Abstract

Every business action needs business comunication for getting profits. For getting profit, variously business communication strategics and technics are used to get it. Practically business comunication tends to manipulate even to lie the business stakeholder. Ethically this way is morally evil. Business communication ethics discourse needs to minimize these tendencies. In this term, business communication ethics should be understood as moral rules. These moral rules manage the business actor’s behavior in business activities. It has been formed ini deontology, utilitarian, justice, rights and virtuosity ethics. Business communication ethics critically review the business communication practice. In the moral philosophy perspective, profit oriented business communication produce domination stucture in the form of monologal business communication. Business communication ethics will produce the ethical business communication by deconstructing domination structure of monologal business communication. It will formed by esthablising the new rules and strengthening the civil society. It means that business communication ethics clarifies that ethical business communication deals not only with moral rules but also with social structure that support and hamper the ethical communication business practices. Abstract

Feminism is quite influential in popular culture. This can be known from the many products of popular culture (such as film, for example) that the theme of feminism. This study wanted to find out how the construction of feminism in Indonesia films by director Sjuman Djaya (1982) and Hanung Brahmantyo (2017). The object of this research is R.A Kartini (1982) and Kartini (2017). This study is a qualitative descriptive study using a critical discourse analysis method, by adopting the model Sara Mills. This model was adopted because it adjusts the object of research in the form of films. By performing the analysis of two levels, namely the micro level and macro level, obtained results that there is construction of feminism in films that became the object of research, as follows: In the analysis of micro-level, there are some aspects of the center of attention, namely: theme, setting, characters, dialogue, costume, photography, and music. From all of these aspects can be known how the films construct feminism. In the analysis of the macro level, some aspects are used, namely the use of various greeting and a link between social context with the film. Meanwhile, the construction of feminism that is widely available in these films is liberal feminism, which enhances the careers of women's rights, rights of women in sexual terms, and the right of women to determine its future.Keywords : feminism, film, critical discourse analysis, Sara Mills

Abstract

It is moral duty to manage business ethically for human solidarity and general welfare. Recognized that ethical business should be based on fairness, responsiblity, honesty, wisdom, loyality, moral integrity and no harm to the others principles. These ethical principles were found in state ideology, culture, and religioeus teachings. Indonesian state ideology is pancasila. Pancasila means five principles, that are belive on one God, fair and civilized humanity, Indonesian unity, democracy and social justice. These principles provide guidance for Indonesian people in everyday lifes as citizenship and business activities. Based on library research I found that these five principles and UUD 1945 constitution articles could support in bulding ethical activity and ethical structur in business everyday activities. It is fairness if workers salary is based on social justice values and govermental rules. Sosial justice values and govermental rules should be produced from the democracy values in salary negotiating process between business corporate and workers. These salary negotiating process should based on the unity spirit prinsiple. Pay attention to the humanity inherently comes from the unity spririt principle. And becuase we are God’s creature, pay attention to the humanity is must. In the same level, contitution article in UUD 1945 and rule law regulate rights and duties of the workers. For example, article 27 point 2 explain that every citizen should have working and way of living properly. Labour law nomor 11 tahun 2020 could be called ethical structure if this law contains of justice, democratic, unity, humanity and divinity value Key words: ethical business, pancasila morality, ethical attitude and ethical structure
