Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui konsentrasi tepung jagung yang tepat untuk medium cair Trichoderma harzianum T10, 2) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi T. harzianum T10 dalam berbagai konsentrasi medium cair tepung jagung terhadap penekanan penyakit rebah semai dan pertumbuhan bibit mentimun. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan di lahan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan September 2017 sampai Januari 2018. Pengujian in vitro menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan  lima perlakuan dan  lima ulangan, meliputi perlakuan formula cair medium Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB), formula cair tepung jagung konsentrasi 5, 10, 15 dan 20 g/L. Pengujian in planta menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, membandingkan kontrol dengan tanaman yang diberi perlakuan T. harzianum T10 pada masing-masing formula cair konsentrasi tepung jagung. Variabel yang diamati meliputi kepadatan konidium, masa inkubasi, kejadian penyakit, area under disease progress curve (AUDPC), potensi tumbuh maksimum, daya kecambah, tinggi tanaman, panjang akar, bobot segar akar dan bobot segar tajuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan konidium T. harzianum T10 tertinggi pada formula medium cair tepung jagung konsentrasi 20 g/L sebesar 3,67x106 konidium/mL, tetapi belum mampu menyamai medium PDB. Aplikasi T. harzianum T10 yang efektif menekan penyakit rebah semai adalah perlakuan T. harzianum T10 dalam formula cair tepung jagung konsentrasi 15 g/L, yaitu mampu menekan kejadian penyakit 71,43% dan menunda masa inkubasi 35,83%. Aplikasi T. harzianum T10 selain konsentrasi 15 g/L belum berpengaruh terhadap variabel yang diamati dan diukur.

Abstract

This research aimed to study the potential role of Ipomoea reptans and Trichoderma sp. on the absorption of cadmium from cadmium-contaminated soil and its effect on and growth rate and yield of spinach. The research was arranged in a completely randomized blok design with two factors. The first factor was the density of Ipomoea reptans consisting of 0, 2, and 4 plants/polybag. The second factor was the dosage of Trichoderma sp. consisting of 0, 50 and 100% dose of Trichoderma sp. Results of the research showed that Ipomoea reptans with 2 plants/polybag effectively reduced Cd to 66.31% and increased the growth of spinach by 20% on plant height, shoot dry weight of spinach by 35%. Application of 100% dose of Trichoderma sp. effectively reduced Cd by 63.81% and increased spinach plant growth by 18% on plant height and increased shoot dry weight of spinach by 23%). There were interactions of phytoremediator of 2 Ipomoea reptans plants/polybag with bioremediator of 50% Trichoderma sp. that effectively reduced Cd to 71.19% and improved 43% of plant height and leaf number, 31% of leaf area, and 63% of shoot dry weight of spinach plant compared with plants without application of Ipomoea reptans and Trichoderma sp.

Abstract

The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.
