Abstract

Di Kabupaten Sikka, nyamuk adalah sumber penularan penyakit malaria, demam berdarah, chikungunya dan kaki gajah. Pada tahun 2010 penyakit-penyakit tersebut menjadi populer dengan ditemukannya banyak kasus yang meliputi 19.763 kasus malaria, 861 kasus demam berdarah, 20 kasus chikungunya dan 5.252 kasus kaki gajah. Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana medis serta keadaan geografis yang buruk menjadi faktor penyebabnya. Kabupaten Sikka hanya memiliki 3 buah rumah sakit dan 57 orang dokter. Jumlah seperti ini tentunya tidak sebanding dengan jumlah penduduk saat itu sebesar 300.328 jiwa. Jauhnya tempat pelayanan kesehatan menyebabkan masyarakat harus mengeluarkan dana lebih untuk memeriksakan kesehatannya. Hal ini tentunya akan membebani sebagian masyarakat yang memiliki latar belakang perekonomian yang rendah. Berdasarkan masalah diatas, penulis mengembangkan sebuah sistem pakar berbasis mobile yang mampu membantu masyarakat untuk mendiagnosis penyakit-penyakit akibat gigitan nyamuk sehingga masyarakat dapat mengambil langkah cepat untuk menanggulangi penyakit tersebut. Untuk menangani masalah ketidakpastian data, sistem ini menggunakan Teorema Bayes. Sistem ini dapat membantu Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sikka untuk memonitoring perkembangan penyakit akibat gigitan nyamuk melalui media grafik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujuan pada 3 orang dokter dan 30 pasien penderita penyakit akibat gigitan nyamuk, 93,93% jawaban menunjukan setuju bahwa sistem ini dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada pasien atau dokter dalam hal mendiagnosis penyakit.

Abstract

The Sapu ceremony is a ceremony carried out by the people of So'a in general and the people of Lo'a in particular. This ceremony is held only for adult men both those who are married and those who have not. To be able to carry out a successful event requires careful planning and good implementation. The choice of place of ceremony, invitation, consumption and luggage must be planned from the start. Some of the reasons for the swelling rituals of traditional Sapu rituals are that the organizers of the rituals focus less on the amount of the budget, follow all the wishes of others, lack information, handle everything themselves and are less strict in determining the number of guests. Traditional Sapu rituals, like other projects, require careful planning in which the amount of the budget is followed by the deadline that must be met. Planning traditional Sapu rituals is a complex job, and can be large and spend a considerable amount of time. If it is not well planned, the traditional Sapu ritual cannot run smoothly. Based on these problems, a mobile-based website was built that can help the admin, calculating the amount of budget needed to hold the traditional Sapu ritual. Facilitate the process of recapitulation and printing of financial reports per participant and total funds overall. In terms of appearance, it is good, interactive and user friendly, easy to read and understand, and the choice of colors that are comfortable and beautiful to look at. The website is created using the PHP programming language. To manage the database management system (DBMS), MySQL is used.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of coronavirus. This is a new virus and a disease previously unknown before the outbreak in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. To suppress its spread, at the end of 2019 the government appealed to every educational institution to implement a home study program. In this regard, the development of a learning model in the Covid-19 emergency period is now an obligation that must be done by every educator in Indonesia. Nowadays information technology plays an important role in all fields, including in education. The right learning media to use now is certainly a choice that must be made, based on information technology. The development of information and communication technology has experienced rapid development, so that it impacts on human life. This development can be seen from the pattern of technology-based education. The application of technology in education better known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has finally become the pulse in the world of education. It is clear that ICT has become an integrated part of learning through distance learning or internet-based learning (e-learning). During the Covid-19 emergency. at the end of 2019 after receiving an appeal from the government regarding home learning programs due to the Covid-19 pandemic, STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang felt the need to build a system to be able to help monitor online teaching and learning activities from home by utilizing internet technology or known as e-learning. The main purpose of iClass (e-learning that will be built) is to collect student attendance data online so that it can help the academic community to control lecture activities in real time. Presentation of data will be faster, more precise and accurate.

Abstract

iClass has been used at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang in the 2020/2021 academic year. Because of its very young age, iClass certainly still has some shortcomings that must be corrected so that teaching and learning activities can run even better. During the period of use, there are several obstacles that are felt by students, namely when there is a change in the class schedule made by the lecturer in charge of the course, students do not get notification, causing students not to take part in lecture activities. This of course will affect the recap of the lecture attendance list because it will be considered absent without explanation. In accordance with the rules at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang contained in the 2020 academic manual, if a student does not attend without a maximum of 20% information, the student will be declared a failure and must be reprogrammed. Based on these problems, Telegram's Instant Messaging (IM) information technology feature is needed which can help iClass to send instant messages (Instant Messaging) automatically to students via mobile devices. Instant Messaging (IM) Telegram is one of the IM applications that is widely used by people around the world. One of the advantages of IM Telegram is that there is a basis for using the Application Programming Interface (API) for the wider community. one of the advantages of Bots is the reliability to provide data to users which is not limited by time. The use of IM applications has increased dramatically from year to year, although the use of IM still cannot completely replace SMS, along with the increase in mobile device users, the demand for data also increases. Telegram application that can be downloaded for free on Google Playstore. Because it is not paid, Telegram application users also experience an increase.

Abstract

The greater the diversity of a city, the greater the threat to its security. The number of criminal cases in Kupang City was reported at 1,472, with a crime rate of 438 per 100,000 population. The number of theft cases was 1,288. This is a very high number and if it is not addressed, it will cause unrest in the community. STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has experienced cases of theft of 7 units of laptops, wallets, helmets. The higher crime rate encourages the need for a technology-based security system that is effective, efficient and easily accessible anywhere, one of which is CCTV. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is a digital video camera device and is used to send signals to a monitor screen and aims to increase security. Based on the test results at 24 points of the room and open areas of STIKOM Uyelindo kupang, video streaming can run well on the room security monitoring system and can be accessed publicly.

Abstract

The high level of educational development in Indonesia, especially in East Nusa Tenggara, spurs every university to continue to innovate to provide the best information technology-based services quickly and easily. Universities that have fast and easy services are one of the attractions for prospective new students to join the college. One of the strategies used to increase the number of new prospective student admissions is to use digital media that handles the registration process. In addition, implementing an affiliate marketing strategy to expand the network and promotional reach. Each affiliate is given a commission in the form of cashback and a regular honorarium every semester for affiliate students who successfully register and actively study at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. This will certainly attract many actors to join as affiliates. The performance of affiliate marketing can be seen from the increase in the number of new students by 21% from the previous year which has not implemented an affiliate marketing strategy.

Abstract

Zebra Cross is a facility for pedestrians to cross the highway. In addition, zebra crossing is also a marker for motorists that there are lanes for pedestrians to cross. Because of its function to cross the road, pedestrians need to pay attention to their own safety and smooth traffic when crossing. The problem at the red light is the frequent occurrence of violations. Vehicles that break through when the light is red can cause accidents and even cause fatalities. The accident rate in 2022 is 1,321 incidents. Compared to 2021 there were 1,191 incidents. Meanwhile, the number of traffic violations in 2022/2023 was 25,982 compared to 2021 with 11,316. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to create a monitoring system for violations of the zebra crossing line at red lights. This research was built using the prototyping method and using the ESP32-CAM. From the results of this study a tool was created to detect zebra crossing violations using ultrasonic sensors and ESP32-CAM will automatically send evidence of violations via Telegram.
