Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance at the drinking water company Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out by the slovin method. The sample in this study was 61 respondents. The data used in this study was primary data collected through questionnaire survey and google form. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that 1) Career development has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the drinking water company Tirta Mangkuluku Palopo City. 2) Motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the drinking water company Tirta Mangkuluku in Palopo City.

Abstract

It is very necessary to enlighten all elements of Muhammadiyah's business charity management to make and apply the values ​​of the life guidelines of Muhammadiyah citizens in every policy and activity in the association without exception. The purpose of this study is to interpret the values ​​of Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents in the STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo budgeting system. The researcher will use the Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents as a researcher's perspective in observing the activities of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo whether the values ​​of these guidelines are used as one of the considerations in the operation of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo in accordance with the expectations of Muhammadiyah's vision. This study found that the budget as a form of welfare is not only valued in nominal terms in the form of rupiah earned, but welfare is when people who work at Muhammadiyah always feel sufficient and grateful for the sustenance that Allah SWT has given. As a Muhammadiyah citizen, working in a Muhammadiyah business charity is a comfort in itself and believes that the sincerity they do will be a welfare for them in the hereafter. With their sincerity in working in the charity business of Muhammadiyah, they get rewards from Allah SWT such as unexpected sustenance and blessings in the income they get. STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo provides convenience, relief, and assistance in paying tuition fees for students. STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo provides facilities and assistance to students as a form of social care and appreciation for cadres, namely the Lazismu Scholarship, Incidental Assistance, Relief for Brothers, and the free SPP Alumni of SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah Palopo

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis Pengaruh Desain Kerja, Tujuan Kerja, Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Retensi pegawai. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 50 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dimana hasil penelitiannya  Desain Kerja dan Tujuan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap retensi pegawai. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. reward lebih kecil dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa Desain Kerja dan  Tujuan Kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada retensi pegawai. Dimana hasil penelitiannya  komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap retensi pegawai. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. reward lebih kecil dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional yang di terima oleh pegawai sangat berpengaruh pada retensi pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and career development on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Palopo Branch. The research design used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 34 employees of PT. Pegadaian Palopo Branch. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify the relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Career development also has a partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and career development together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
