Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19, membawa perubahan besar terhadap pola kehidupan masyarakat dan percepatan revolusi industri 4.0. Fenomena ini, membuat penjualan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah menurun. Demi mempertahankan hidupnya, Bu De Mus sebagai pemilik warung nasi uduk yang berusia lanjut dan berstatus single perents, perlu tetap menjalankan usahanya. Untuk itu, Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti, bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan warung Bu De Mus akibat pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan, pelatihan dan penyuluhan dengan materi kewirausahan dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pasca pelaksanaan, agar dapat menarik minat pembeli, warung nasi uduknya melakukan pembenahan produk dan pemasaran secara online. Keputusan ini, setelelah dilaksanakan dalam 1 bulan, dapat meningkatan penjualan sebesar 150 persen pada senin-Jumat dan 200 persen pada hari libur. Namun, peningkatan penjualannya lebih banyak ditopang oleh produk barunya, berupa makanan gorengan. Kini, untuk memperluas pangsa pasar telah menggunakan sarana media sosial

Abstract

This study aims to look at the factors that influence efficiency and also this study aims to see the principles of Entity Theory on the level of efficiency. This research uses a type of quantitative research through Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and tobit. DEA is used to calculate the efficiency score of Islamic Banks while Tobit is used to analyze the factors that influence the efficiency performance of Islamic Banks with the estimation of the MLE (Maximum Likelihood) method. The software used in this analysis are Microsoft Excel, MaxDEA 8 and Eviews. The variables used in this study are divided into two, namely variables for analyzing efficiency with the DEA method and variables for analyzing factors that affect the level of efficiency. The results of this study are that Islamic banks before the merger from 2016 to 2019 had not reached an efficient level. BRIS and BNIS banks in 2020 have reached an efficient level, while BSM banks in 2020 have not reached an efficient level with a score of 0.97. After the merger was carried out, Islamic banks reached an efficient level with a score of 1. This shows that the purpose of the merger to create more efficient Islamic banks was achieved. The factors that affect the level of technical efficiency are GDP and inflation. Where GDP has a significant positive effect on the level of technical efficiency of Islamic banks while inflation has a significant negative effect on the level of technical efficiency of Islamic banks.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an inseparable part of information. Information is no longer only in printed form, but can now be accessed using digital media. Digital literacy is an urgent need for today's society. Because technological progress that is not balanced by intelligence in using modern technological devices will undoubtedly have a negative impact on human civilization. With current technological developments, we must be able to make the best use of it. However, because the process of disseminating data in the digital world is very rapid, we are required to be able to filter information so as not to get wrong information. MSMEs also play a role in the distribution of development results and are the driving force behind the growth of national economic activity. Attention to the development of the MSME sector gives its own meaning to efforts to reduce a country's poverty rate. The existence of positive opportunities means that MSME players have enormous potential to be successful in the market, if they can adopt the right marketing strategy. This is what encouraged SMKS Pelita IV students and SME groups in the Tambora area, West Jakarta, to start learning to build small businesses in local residential areas. In this PKM activity, SMKS Pelita IV students help with training and counseling to develop their business. The Community Service Team (PKM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University will hold training to better introduce marketing strategies, especially digital marketing, in this case Social Media, to students of SMKS Pelita IV Tambora, West Jakarta. to increase sales of their products.
