Abstract

This research was conducted in the community self-reliance organization. This research is aimed at determining the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram. The population of this research are 556 from which 85 respondents were selected. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research showed that organizational commitment and work motivation subsequently affect positively and significantly the performance of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram.Keywords: organizational commitment, work motivation, performance

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of work satisfaction on the relation betweenorganizational atmosphere and performance of nurseat Mataram District Hospital. This research is an associative study. The datawerw collected through questionnaires, interview, and hospital as the population from which 162 nurses selected as the samples (besides 15 nurses were evaluated by the head of nurses). The were anlayzed using moderated regression analysis to test hipotesis. The research showed that there is significant and positive effect of organizational atmosphere and performance of nurses at Mataram District Hospitaal. The organizational atmosphere is good to boost the performance of the nurses. work satisfaction is not moderated variables but independent variable that affect the performance of the nurses of Mataram District Hospital. This means that work satisfaction directly affect the performance. The work satisfaction can make the relation between the work satisfaction and the performanceof the nurses but not significant enough. This mean that work satisfication does not affect significantly to strengthen the relation between the work satisfaction and the performance of the nurses, the relation of wihich is only 16,9%, while the rest is the effect of other vaariables outside the this research problemsKeywords: work satisfaction, organizational atmosphere, performance

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of leadership on work satisfaction, the effect ofcompensation on work satisfaction, the effect of training and development on work satisfaction, theeffect of leadership of productivity, the effect of compensation on productivity, the effect of trainingand development on productivity, and the effect of work satisfaction on productivity of the ofemployees of national land agency of West Nusatenggara.This research is quantitative-associative causal study. The respondents are the civil servant ofland agency of West Nusatenggara who had been working for at least 5 years and have the positionof the head off sub-division (echelon IV) in provincial and district office in West Nusatenggara. Theyare 79 respondents from who the data collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed withPartial Least Square (PLS) using software of SmartPLS version 3.The research showed that leadership has positive but not significant effect on work satisfaction,compensation has positive and significant effect on work satisfaction, training and development haspositive and significant effect on work satisfaction, leadership has positive but not significant effecton productivity, compensation has negative and not significant effect on productivity, training anddevelopment has positive but not significant effect on productivity, work satisfaction has positive andsignificant effect on productivity of employees of national land agency of West Nusatenggara.Compensation has dominant effect on work satisfaction, and work satisfaction also has dominanteffect of the productivity of employees of national land agency of West Nusatenggara.Keywords: leadership, work satisfaction, compensation, training and development, and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance benefits to the motivation and leadership, and leadership performance benefits to productivity, motivation effect on productivity, the impact on the productivity performance benefits through the mediation of motivation, as well as the influence of leadership on productivity through mediation motivation. The survey respondents are all civil servants Regency / City Lombok island numbered 97 people. But filling questionnaire answers just as much as 87 people. Data analysis techniques in this study conducted by SmartPLS 3..0. As a result, the leadership performance benefits and positive and significant impact on the motivation; allowances and leadership performance and no significant positive effect on productivity; motivation positive and significant effect on productivity; performance benefits positive and significant impact on productivity through the mediation of motivation; leadership and significant positive effect on productivity through mediation motivation.Keywords: performance benefits, leadership, motivation and productivity

Abstract

This research is aimed at (1) determining the significant effect of leadership on theorganization commitment, (2) determining the significant effect of work load on the organizationcommitment, (3) determining the significant effect of work environment on the organizationlcommitment.The data were collected through census method. The population the research are all 57employees working as guard in Correctional Institutions of Class II A Mataram. All of them are therespondents of this research. The analysis is using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version17.0.The research showed that the organization commitment of the guards is very high. This resultis supported by the leadership of the head of Correctional Institutions during the well running of hisfunctions, the work load of the guards is quite hard, and the work environment as the guards felt isvery good. The statistic analysis showed that : (1) the leadership has positive and significant effect onthe organization commitment. This means that the better the head of correctional institutions runshis function, the better the organization commitment of the guards and vice-versa, (2) the work loadof the guards has negative and significant effect on the organization commitment. This means thatthe more work load of the guards, the worse the organization commitment of the guards and viceversa,(3) the work environment has positive and significant effect on the organization commitment.This means that the better the work environment for the guards, the better the organizationcommitment on the guards and vice-versaKeywords : Leadership, Work Load, Work Environment, and Organization Commitment

Abstract

This research was aimed at determining the effect and level of trend of effect offactors affecting organizational effectiveness consisting of leadership, organizationalstructure, human resource capability, and motivation on the effectiveness of organization indistrict offices of BPS in West Nusa Tenggara. This research was quantitative descriptivestudy with 128 respondents. The data were collected through close questionnaires. The datawere analyzed using logical regression analysis with SPSS 20.0. The research showed that:(1) leadership had positive but not significant effect on organizational effectiveness, (2)organizational structure had positive and significant effect on organizational effectiveness,(3) human resource capability had positive and significant effect on organizationaleffectiveness, (4) motivation had positive and significant effect on organizationaleffectiveness, (5) good organizational structure , good human resource capability, and highmotivation had the trend of effect on how good organizational effectiveness subsequentlyas 14.22, 10.47, and 9.96 times comparing to the other side. This research recommendedthat: (1) stakeholders need to improved the quality of organizational structure, humanresource capability, and motivation for better organizational effectiveness, (2) furtherresearch need to considered other independent variables in the analysis.Keywords: organizational effectiveness, leadership, organizational structure, humanresource capability, motivation

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the work load and the need of human resources development in the provincial office of Population and Family Planning Agency of West NusaTenggara. This research is descriptive-qualitative study supported by qualitative data. The data were analyzed with Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs (WISN) and Force-Field Analysis (FFA). The samples were 72 respondents selected from 94 populations. With the WISN analysis, the research showed that there is different workload of each unit; 4 units are lack of human resources and 2 other units are surplus of human resources, and 1 unit had sufficient workload and human resources. With the FFA analysis of human resources development, the research showed that formal education, trainings, and workshops were needed to upgrade the knowledge and skills in equipment and drug for contraception, public speaking, partnership and information technology. This research recommended that authority do mutation, take outsourcing, and make partnership to balance the workload in each unit and develop human resources by making policy in terms of education, trainings, and workshop that support the job description.Keywords: workload, WISN, FFA, Human resources development.

Abstract

This thesis is aimed at analyzing the effect of diversification of electronic products and the reputation of company on the repurchase interest in UD. Mekar Sari in Praya Central Lombok. This research is to analyse the effect of variable of company reputation on the repurchase interest in UD. Mekar Sari. This research is an associative study with all consumers buyimg the electronic products as the research population. The sample were 100 respondents. The data were analysed using SPSS.The research showed that Diversification of Electronic Products conducted by UD. Mekar Sari providing the various types, brands, and size of products has positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest of consuumers. The Company reputation was measured with the company’s competence, excellee, trust of cconsumers, the company’s experience had positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest in UD. Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of competence, motivation and organizational support on the performance of financial officers at the Governmental Organization of East Lombok District. This research is an quantitative associative reseach, using primary and secondary data source. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population are all 224 employees of Finance Manager at the collection methodused in this research is census method. The data analysis was using multiple regression.The reseach showed that the competence had positive and significant effect on the performanc , motivation had positive and significant on the performancce, and organizational support had positive and significant on performance. It is suggested that employees improve their competence to be better such as improving the abilityto manage the work to be completed on time and that the organization of the district apparatus in East Lombok continue to provide motivation and passion to the financial officers. In addition, the organizational support provided by the district apparatus organization of East Lombok had been in the category of supporting. Thus each agency that has financial officers needs to maintain such supports as the opportunities for training, the opportunities to be promoted an to keep the work environment of financial officers at the regional apparatus organization in the goverment of East Lombok District. Then it is necessary to improve the performance of employees, to have initiative to finish job without having to wait for command from the boss and to dare to take decisions in accordance with the main tesk and function.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, Organizational Support and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the workload of each work unit and the category of human resources (HR), analyze the number and HR competencies of each work unit and to analyze the types of human resource development needed by the Highways Department of the Public Works and Spatial Planning ( PUPR) West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). The population in this study were all employees who worked on the Highways Sector of the PUPR Provincial Office of NTB Province which numbered 49 people. The population in this study were all employees working in the Highways Division of the Public Works Department of West Nusa Tenggara Province with documentation techniques, questionnaires, in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as the data collection methods used. The data analysis technique used in this study is WISN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need). The results showed that the workload for each unit in the Highways Sector of the PUPR Office of NTB Province was still not optimal, there were a shortage of human resources of 34 people consisting of 24 (twenty four) technical personnel and 10 (ten) non-technical personnel, as well as still need HR development to improve HR competencies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja masing-masing unit kerja dan kategori sumber daya manusia (SDM), menganalisis kebutuhan jumlah dan kompetensi SDM masing-masing unit kerja dan untuk menganalisis jenis pengembangan SDM yang dibutuhkan Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Populasi pada penelitian iniadalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Provinsi NTB yang berjumlah 49 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Provinsi NTB dengan teknik dokumentasi, angket, wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview), dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah WISN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja pada setiap unit pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Provinsi NTB masih belum optimal, terdapat kekurangan SDM sejumlah 34 orang yang terdiri dari 24   orang tenaga teknis dan 10 orang tenaga non teknis, serta masih membutuhkan pengembangan SDM untuk peningkatan kompetensi SDM.Keywords:Workload, Human Resource Needs, Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN), Needs Assesement.
