Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Perumda Tirta Muaro Kabupaten Tebo. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 76 orang pegawai dengan tehnik penarikan sampling jenuh. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan Model Regresi Linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Uji determinasi memperoleh nilai 7,4 % kontribusi yang diberikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, masuk pada kategori sangat lemah.This research aims to test and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of Perumda Tirta Muaro Tebo Regency. The number of population and sample is as many as 76 employees with saturated sampling withdrawal techniques. Data analysis techniques use a simple Linear Regression Model. The results of the study had a positive and significant influence on organizational culture on employee performance. The determination test scored 7.4% of the contributions made by organizational culture to employee performance, entering into a very weak category.
