Abstract

Passing on volleyball is important in volleyball games, but students have difficulty determining the exact passing result with the target. This study improves the passing skills on volleyball in volleyball learning on students of VII A grade in-state junior high school 1 Probolinggo using the target games approach. The research method uses Classroom Action Research. The implementation of this class action is by two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and 4) reflection. The subjects of this study are students of VII A grade in State Junior High School 1 Probolinggo. The collecting techniques of the data use observation sheets, documentation, and tests. The results of the passing skills test on volleyball in the first cycle, the number of students amount 30 people, there are 29 students able to do the passing beginning movement on the volleyball correctly 90.25% with good category, 27 students can do the movements correctly in the subject position of 81.12 % with good category, and 28 students are able to make the final movement correctly 80.25% with a good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning of passing on volleyball through the target games approach can improve the passing skills on volleyball of students in State Junior High School Probolinggo. It is hoped that in the future, research can be found that develops target games with other types of games to overcome student learning difficulties.

Abstract

This research aims to study how the learning planning and implementation of Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning can be used as evaluation material to improve Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning in schools. This research is action research with qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods using models from Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consists of one cycle or a round of activities which include: -1) Planning (plan), (2) Action (action), (3) Observation (observing), (4) Reflection (reflecting), and planning revision will be carried out cycle. Data processing is done by reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The study results indicate that the planning and implementation aspects of academic supervision improve performance in developing learning devices and on the implementation aspects. From the results of the study, there were the findings of teacher performance not following the action in the field, such as the brakes that still copied paste from fellow teachers, the facilities were inadequate and had sports outside the school because the school was still new and did not have sports facilities, the clock of the faded subjects in SMK only 2 hours of lessons run out on a trip from school to the sport. The conclusion in this study is that after being done through the filling of teacher performance appraisal instruments given to physical education teachers, it can be obtained from cycle I to cycle II the results of better teacher educators after being given assistance and supervision.

Abstract

Physical fitness is essential in maintaining body condition during a pandemic. In physical education learning, delivering exciting and media-based technology material increases students' interest in learning activities. This research aims to develop physical fitness teaching materials based on flipbook maker media for junior high school age. The design of this research refers to the 4D development model, namely, the analysis is carried out through four stages: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development, and (4) Disseminate. This research resulted in a flipbook-based physical fitness teaching material product that had been evaluated by three experts and was declared worthy of a trial. This study uses a total of 30 students. The data analysis technique used in this study used quantitative descriptive statistics with the effectiveness test using the t-test. The study results resulted in an e-book product of physical fitness teaching materials using traditional flipbook maker-based games that have been tested and validated by experts with appropriate categories and can increase students' physical fitness levels and develop students' talents and interests in participating in physical education learning activities. So it can be concluded that physical fitness teaching materials through traditional games based on flipbook maker media can improve the physical fitness of junior high school-age students.

Abstract

Tercapainya tujuan olahraga salah satunya adalah berhasilnya transfer keterampilan hidup yang diterapkan pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil analisis komponen biomotor dominan pada atlet all round bolavoli baik pada atlet putra maupun putri Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian atlet putra dan putri bolavoli Kota Bekasi berjumlah 29 subjek. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis data menggunakan persentase. Intrumen tes yang digunakan meliputi sprint 20meter, shuttle run, Sit& Reach, core stability, push up, sit up, back up, squat, vertical jump, throw medicine ball, dan bleep test. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi tes komponen biomotor atlet bolavoli terlihat enam (6) komponen biomotor yakni kecepatan, kelentukan, keseimbangan, kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan otot paha, daya ledak otot tungkai baik untuk atlet putra dan putri didominasi oleh pemain dengan spesialisasi all round. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan sebagai seorang atlet bolavoli all round yang handal perlu memenuhi komponen biomotor yang mendukung seperti kecepatan, kelincahan, kelentukan, keseimbangan, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan otot punggung, kekuatan otot paha, daya ledak otot tungkai, daya ledak otot lengan dan daya tahan. Komponen-komponen tersebut dapat diperoleh atau ditingkatkan melalu latihan yang teratur dan intensif yang sejalan dengan program yang telah disusun

Abstract

Pemeriksaan kadar uric acid secara acak terhadap masyarakat Desa Pulojaya, Kecamatan Lemahabang, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang kadar asam urat sebagai deteksi dini penyakit yang muncul. Semakin banyak masyarakat yang tahu akan kadar asam urat/ uric acid diharapkan dapat mengubah perilaku asupan makanan dan gizi masyarakat. Sehingga pencegahan penyakit dapat dikurangi terutama pada masyarakat yang memiliki faktor resiko tinggi. Metode edukasi dilakukan dengan penyuluhan gizi dan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada tanggal 15 Februari 2020 dengan subjek masyarakat, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Pemeriksaan kesehatan yang dilakukan adalah mengukur tingkat kadar asam urat. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil 73 responden. Sebanyak 40 berjenis kelamin perempuan dan 33 orang berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Ditemukan pada warga berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 60% dan laki-laki sebanyak 55% pada kadar asam urat tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan melalui penyuluhan gizi dan pemeriksaan kadar uric acid masyarakat dapat mengetahui tingkat asam urat dalam darah yang digunakan rujukan untuk mengatur pola asupan makanan yang sehat dan bernutrisi untuk menurunkan resiko penyakit.
