Abstract

Learning necessity on college students encourages their motivation from the inside, whereas the stimulus by lecturers encourages their motivation from the outside. In college students’ opinion, some nursing lecturers have not matched what they expect yet because they are less interesting and monotonous on giving the learning material, indiscipline or not on-time. Then most of the college students stated that those things also affected the learning motivation, because the college students became lazy to listen as well as study. Whereas the college students’ perception about good-figure of lecturer according to them was the ones who were kind, smile easily, good-looking, not weighing against them, on-time, easy to get a good mark from, not selfish, giving time outside the class to consult with, friendly and close in the learning process either inside or outside the class, able to give the learning material clearly and easy to understand as well as able to stimulate the college students’ learning motivation. The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between college students’ perception towards nursing lecturers and learning motivation in nursing department of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This research was analytic research with correlative approach. The population of this research was all active college students of Nursing Department of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta year 2007-2010 whose total was 921 college students with 90 college students as sample. The used sample extraction technique in this research was proportionate stratified random sampling. Bivariate test using spearman rank showed that there was no significant relationship between college students’ perception towards lecturers and college students’ learning motivation (p = 0.454).

Abstract

Pendahuluan: ASI eksklusif merupakan makanan terbaik bagi bayi sampai usia 6 bulan dan dianjurkan sampai anak berusia 2 tahun dengan pemberian makanan tambahan. Berdasarkan rekapitulasi data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sukoharjo diperoleh data Cakupan ASI Ekslusif pada Tahun 2018 sebesar 61,04% tertinggi di Kecamatan Tawangsari sebesar 79,0%, Kecamatan Baki cukup rendah yaitu sebesar 50,6% jauh dari target yaitu 80% (Dinkes Sukoharjo, 2018). Menurut hasil survei pendahuluan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Baki didapatkan hasil bahwa cakupan ASI Ekslusif bayi usia 0-6 bulan baru mencapai 54 % dari total jumlah bayi yaitu sebanyak 266 dari total jumlah bayi usia 0-6 bulan 493.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan usia, pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu dengan pemberian ASI EksklusifMetode: Metode penelitiaan surey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Desain penelitian merupakan penelitian observasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6-24 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariatHasil: Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara usia ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan p>0,05 (0,413), pendidikan ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan p>0,05 (0,382). Sedangkan pada variabel pekerjaan ibu mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan p<0,05 (0,028). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan bersama-sama antara usia, pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan p>0,05 (0,61).Kesimpulan: Pekerjaan ibu menjadi faktor yang lebih mempengaruhi pada pemberian ASI dibandingkan dengan faktor usia maupun pendidikan ibu.Kata kunci : ASI eksklusif, Usia ibu, Pendidikan ibu, Pekerjaan ibu.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang : Kejadian Bendungan ASI akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap masa nifas karena ketidakberhasilan dalam memberikan ASI kepada bayinya, Salah satu tidak tercapainya  ASI  eksklusif yaitu bayi tidak mendapat ASI yang  cukup serta produksi ASI meningkat, terlambat  menyusukan, hubungan dengan bayi (bonding) kurang baik,  dan  dapat  pula  karena adanya pembatasan waktu menyusui. Di klinik Mulia Kasih Kecamatan Ngemplak Kabupaten Boyolali pada bulan Berdasarkan data studi pendahuluan yang di lakukan di klinik mulia kasih, Ngemplak, Boyolali pada bulan Nopember 2017 terhadap 10 orang ibu post partum, didapatkan 6 orang (60%) tidak mengerti tentang perawatan payudara, dan 4 orang (40%) sudah mengerti perawatan payudara. Dari  4 orang yang sudah mengerti perawatan payudara tidak ada yang mengalami bendungan ASI. Sedangkan dari 6 orang yang tidak mengerti perawatan payudara terdapat 1 orang (16,7%) yang mengalami bendungan ASI., karena sebagian besar ibu belum mengerti tentang perawatan payudara (breast care).. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 30 ibu menyusui yang masih masa nifas dibulan Januari 2018. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian Responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang  perawatan payudara (43,3%), responden tidak mengalami Bendungan ASI (66,7 %) Diperoleh nilai p 0,003 (p<0,05)bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan payudara dengan kejadian bendungan ASI. Kesimpulan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan payudara dengan terjadinya bendungan ASI .Kata kunci : perawatan payudara,bendungan asiRELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE OF MOTHER ABOUT BREAST CARE WITH ENGORGEMENT ON THE POST PARTUMABSTRACTBackground: The incidence of breast milk damages will greatly affect the puerperium due to unsuccessful breastfeeding to the baby. One of the exclusion of exclusive breastfeeding is that the infant is not getting enough milk and the milk production is increased, belated, the relationship with the baby is not good enough, and can also be due to restrictions on breastfeeding time. In the clinic of Mulia Kasih, Ngemplak sub-district, Boyolali regency in the month Based on preliminary study data that was done in the noble clinic of love, Ngemplak, Boyolali in November 2017 to 10 post partum mothers, got 6 people (60%) did not understand about breast care, and 4 people (40%) already understand breast care. Of the 4 people who already understand breast care no one has breast dam. While 6 people who do not understand breast care there are 1 person (16,7%) who suffer from breast milk dam, because most of mothers do not understand about breast care (breast care) .. This research type is analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 30 breastfeeding mothers who were still in the month of January 2018. The number of samples were 30 respondents. Data analysis using chi-square test. Results Respondents who have good knowledge about breast care (43.3%), respondents did not experience milk dam (66.7%) obtained p value 0.003 (p <0.05) that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about breast care with the incidence milk dam. The conclusion that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about breast care with the occurrence of breast milk dam.keywords: breast care, engorgement

Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang : Mahasiswa sudah terpapar metode pembelajaran SCL khususnya pada mata kuliah KMB. Namun output yaitu hasil belajar belum maksimal. Mata kuliah ini membutuhkan pemahaman dan hafalan yang mendalam sehingga nilai A hanya didapatkan sekitar 10 % dari seluruh mahasiswa. Menurut observasi dan wawancara, metode pembelajaran yang sering digunakan adalah SGD (Small Group Discussion) namun pelaksanaannya belum optimal.Metode Penelitian : Strategi Penelitian Explaratory Sekuensial. Desain penelitian mixed method. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Keperawatan S1 semester 5 UMS (Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta) yang berjumlah 103 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling.Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian kualitatif didapatkan beberapa permasalahan terkait mahasiswa, proses metode pembelajaran, sarana prasarana dan juga SDM (sumber daya manusia). Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya pembagian peran mahasiswa, peran tutor kurang maksimal, performa individu mahasiswa didominasi nilai tidak memuaskan dan tidak dilakukannya langkah formulating learning issue dan self study implementasi metode pembelajaran SGD.Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan evaluasi implementasi pada metode pembelajaran SGD didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat permasalahan pada mahasiswa yaitu kurangnya partisipasi aktif mahasiswa, jumlah mahasiswa yang terlalu banyak. Permasalahan pada metode pembelajaran adalah tidak dilakukannya langkah self study dan formulating learning issue. Permasalahan pada sarana prasarana adalah penggunaan ruang kelas yang padat.
