Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan etos kerja terhadap komitmen serta kinerja pegawai, dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variable moderasi. Sumber daya manusia yang baik diperlukan guna mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan cara meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 responden. Untuk mendapatkan data kuantitatif dari tanggapan responden menggunakan skala likert. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen, sedangkan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Selanjutnya, kepemimpinan dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen. Sedangkan moderasi dari budaya organisasi dapat memperkuat pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai. This research was conducted at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Riau Province, which is located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work ethic on employee commitment and performance, with organizational culture as a moderating variable. Good human resources are needed to achieve organizational goals by improving employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with a total sample of 131 respondents. To get quantitative data from the responses of respondents using a Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate that leadership and work ethic affect commitment, while commitment affects performance. Furthermore, leadership and work ethic affect performance through commitment. Meanwhile, moderation of organizational culture can strengthen the influence of commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the causal relationship between the Rupiah Exchange Rate and the Indonesia Composite Index in Indonesia in 2007.1 – 2021.6. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. In this research, the data used is secondary data. The analysis used in this research is using the Granger Causality Test method with the help of eviws 10.0. The results showed that the results of the data stationarity test showed that all research variables were statistically stationary at the first level of differentiation. This can be seen in the ADF value of the Indonesia Composite Index variable of -11.29, the exchange rate of -12.96 where the value is smaller than the critical value. The optimal lag test results show that the recommended optimal lag value is lag 1 with the consideration that changes in one variable in the model will affect other variables within a month. Granger causality test shows that there is a unidirectional causality relationship, there is a unidirectional causality between the exchange rate and Indonesia Composite Index variables and vice versa at the 5% significance level (value = 0.05).
