Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui studi korelasi keterkaitan daya ledak tungkai dan ketepatan sasaran gawang  terhadap keterampilan shooting futsal pada mahasiswa. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasi sehingga populasi.teknik pengujian menggunakan teknik pengujian product moment untuk mengetahui tingkat korelasi antar variabel DLT dan KSF Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semesster IV Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Kusuma Negara Jakarta yang berjumlah 120 orang. Hasil Penelitian: Hubungan/korelasi  daya ledak otot tungkai   ( Variabel X-1 ) terhadap keterampilan shooting futsal  ( Variabel Y ) adalah : Hasil hitung koefisien korelasi ( r ) yaitu 0,571  lebih besar dari pada r tabel korelasi product moment dengan responden 30 dimana besarnya r tabel adalah 0, 361. Interpretasinya, terdapat hubungan/korelasi yang positif daya ledak otot tungkai  terhadap  keterampilan shooting  futsal. 2. Hubungan/korelasi Ketepatan Sasaran Gawang  ( Variabel X-2 )  terhadap Keterampilan Shooting Futsal  ( Variabel Y )Hasil hitung koefisien korelasi adalah 0,455. Hasil hitung ini  lebih besar dari pada r tabel korelasi product moment dengan responden 30 dimana besarnya r tabel adalah 0,361. Interpretasinya, terdapat hubungan/korelasi yang positif daya ledak otot tungkai   terhadap  keterampilan shooting futsal. 3. Hubungan/korelasi daya ledak otot tungkai   ( Variabel X-1 ) dan  Ketepatan sasaran gawang ( Variabel X2 ) terhadap Keterampilan Shooting Futsal  (Variabel Y ) Nilai r hitung = 0, 745, jika  dikonsultasikan dengan r tabel  korelasi product moment dengan jumlah responden 30 maka r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel ( 0,745  > 0, 361  ) Kesimpulan. terdapat hubungan/korelasi yang positif dari daya ledak otot tungkai   dan ketepatan sasaran  terhadap  keterampilan bermain futsal..

Abstract

The purpose of the study. To find out the needs of interactive multimedia in students. And based on field observations that there is a lack of understanding and effective application of basic techniques in futsal. Therefore the application of interactive multimedia is used as learning in practice. Materials and methods. Initial design Development of basic training techniques based on the results of literature studies and needs analysis. The needs analysis was carried out with the subject of 35 students who had passed the futsal course. The steps used in the development of basic futsal training techniques include; product, technical implementation of limited trials, revisions, wider trials, revision of the final product, dissemination and implementation. Results. The results of the analysis show that 100% of students have played futsal, 80% have participated in futsal training, 45% know the variations of training in futsal, 91% like to practice with different training variations, 100% require the development of variations in futsal training, and 97% want a variety of exercises. futsal is made in the form of interactive media. The results of small group trials with a percentage of 91.69% in good categories and for the results of large group trials with a percentage of 94.16% with good categories. Conclusions. Interactive media products can be used in actual practice.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan power otot tungkai dan power otot lengan terhadap pukulan smash permainan bola voli SMA Yayasan Perguruan Rakyat. Metode Penelitian. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh pemain bola voli SMA yayasan perguruan rakyat-1 yang berjumlah 20 orang, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. rancangan penelitian ini yaitu mengukur power otot tungkai dan power otot lengan yang dihubungkan dengan kemampuan pukulan smash permainan bola voli. Hasil. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara power otot tungkai dengan pukulan smash sebesar (r = 0.42), power otot tungkai memberikan kontribusi sebesar 17.64 % dengan pukulan smash, (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara power otot lengan dengan pukulan smash sebesar (r = 0.53), power otot lengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 28.09 % dengan pukulan smash, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara power otot tungkai dan power otot lengan secara bersama-sama dengan pukulan smash sebesar (Ry.12 = 0.57) Kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa 32,49 % variasi pukulan smash permainan bola voli ditentukan oleh kedua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

The  purpose  of   the  study. In improving the learning outcomes of shooting in Football games through modification of target exercises for fourth grade students of SDS KARTIKA VIII-2 semester in the 2019/2020 school year. Materials and methods. classroom action research that follows the model of Kemmis and Taggart theory. This study includes 2 cycles where each cycle includes 4 stages, namely planning (planning), acting (implementation), observing (observing), reflecting (reflection). research subjects were 25 students, while data were collected through tests and observations. Results. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in learning outcomes for fourth grade students. This is evidenced by the percentage of fourth grade students who achieve the KKM scores on the Shooting test in a football game in each cycle. In the first cycle = 64%; cycle II = 88%, with the result that the percentage is proven in the first cycle to the second cycle has increased by 24%. Conclusions. Shooting in football games through target practice modification can improve students' shooting skills.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. To improve the learning outcomes of front roll in floor gymnastics learning through a game model at Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Junior High School, South Jakarta. Materials    and    methods.  The method in this research is classroom action which follows the model of Kemmis and Taggart theory. This research is planned for 3 cycles where each cycle has 4 stages, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The research time was 3 months with 30 students as research subjects, while data were collected through tests, interviews and observations. Results. The average score of students in the initial conditions was 70.46 with a percentage of completeness of 38.46%. This condition experienced an increase in the average score of students in the first cycle, which was 73.08 and the percentage of completeness was 57.69%. In the second cycle, the average value of the front roll ability of students again increased by 82.82 with a percentage of completeness of 80.77%. Conclusions. This shows that the previously set target has been achieved so that the research is stopped in cycle II.
