Abstract

Contraceptives are methods used to control pregnancy. Based on the profile data of the Surabaya City Health Office in 2016, the highest family planning (Family Planning) pill acceptors were located in Tambaksari District, amounting to 4440 acceptors. According to WHO data, the failure rate for birth control pills reaches 90 per 1000 people. This can happen due to a lack of knowledge and information related to things that can reduce the effectiveness of the birth control pill.[1] Based on a preliminary study in Pagendinggan Village, Kec. Galis Pamekasan Regency obtained as many as (53.34%) the wrong way of drinking, namely when experiencing forgetting to drink or during menstruation. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of birth control pills in PMB Hj. Yuni Sri Rahayu, SST Kec. Galis Pamekasan Regency. This type of research is descriptive. With a cross sectional approach. The independent variable in this study was the use of birth control pills.[2] The sample in this study amounted to 30 acceptors at PMB Hj. Yuni Sri Rahayu, SST Kec. Galis Pamekasan Regency was taken by total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that from the level of education most of the acceptors have a basic education level, namely 17 respondents (56.67%) about knowledge of how to take birth control pills. Based on these conclusions, the solution that can be done is to provide counseling to the parties concerned, namely the acceptors themselves, husbands, and families because counseling can provide knowledge to acceptors about birth control pills such as side effects, when to use and how to take birth control pills correctly, loss. and health workers can improve the quality of counseling by collaborating with family planning counseling and related agencies, so that acceptors can easily understand the counseling provided so that acceptors or the public are not wrong in using contraceptives. Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi saat ini dimana terjadinya peningkatan kehamilan di usia remaja. Saat new normal, remaja putri mempunyai banyak waktu untuk berkumpul bersama teman sebaya dan melakukan perilaku seksual yang berdampak pada kehamilan di usia remaja putri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemik covid 19 terhadap angka kehamilan pada remaja putri di Puskesmas Banggai Timur Raya. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah semua remaja berjumlah 61 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 53 remaja putri, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel independen adalah pandemik Covid 19 dan variabel dependen adalah angka kehamilan pada remaja putri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hampir setengah dari responden sebanyak 19 (36%) responden dalam kategori Zona Orange. Sebagian besar responden sebanyak 39 (74%) responden dalam kategori tidak hamil. Hasil uji statistic chi square test menunjukan bahwa tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < α = 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dengan demikian ada Pengaruh Pandemik Covid 19 Terhadap Angka Kehamilan Pada Remaja Putri Di Puskesmas Banggai Timur Raya. Ada Pengaruh Pandemik Covid 19 Terhadap Angka Kehamilan Pada Remaja Putri Di Puskesmas Banggai Timur Raya.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic has changed various aspects including education. The strict covid-19 protocol must remain in place in the face of offline learning methods. The research method used is quantitative correlation with sectional cros approach. The sampling method using accidental sampling with a sample of 113 respondents. Data from the results of the study was then processed using logistic regression test. Statistical test results showed the understanding variable p value = 0.042, supervision p value = 0.003, punishment p value = 0.038. The results show that there is a significant influence between the level of understanding, supervision and punishment with the compliance of students in carrying out the covid 19 protocol in offline learning at SMAN 2 Pujut Central Lombok. Student compliance in implementing the covid 19 protocol in offline learning is influenced by the factors of understanding, supervision and punishment given to students.

Abstract

The literature study aims to determine the impact of coronavirus on pregnancy and childbirth, namely on mothers and babies. In this literature study, three database (Wiley, PubMed, Google Scholar) were used to select studies covering the last five years and English journals, titles, and abstracts. The search results obtained eight journals that match the inclusion criteria and for an average number of participants more than one hundred in each study. Coronavirus (COVID-19) in pregnancy and childbirth can have an impact on the mother (premature, premature rupture of membranes, hypoxia, abortion, preeclampsia, ectopic pregnancy and death), whereas in infants it can cause asphyxia, LBW, fetal distress, stunted fetal growth, meconium aspiration syndrome, neonatal seizures, neonatal death, IUFD, and no mother-to-fetus transmission

Abstract

One of the problems related to the reproductive system in adolescents that really needs special attention is the incidence of marriage at a young age, namely under the age of 19 years on the grounds that by marrying young, mothers will still be healthy and active at work when their children grow up and can Avoid getting pregnant out of wedlock. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dropping out of school on early marriage in Potil Pololoba Village, Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The design of this research is correlational research with cross sectional approach. Respondents were taken by total sampling technique. The number of samples is 30 people. The independent variable is dropping out of school and the dependent variable is Early Marriage. The results were analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The results showed that almost all respondents as many as 25 respondents (83%) in the category of dropping out of school and most of the respondents as many as 21 respondents (70%) in the category of occurring early marriage. The results of data analysis show that the significance level is 0.000 < = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is an effect of dropping out of school on early marriage in Potil Pololoba Village, Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. There is an effect of dropping out of school on early marriage.
