Abstract

The financial management carried out by this institution is still carried out in a semicomputerized manner, namely by recording payment data using Ms. Excel which is done whenneeded to recapitulate financial statements. This of course has an impact on the speed andaccuracy of the services provided. In conducting this research using the waterfall method, thestages are communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Using this method,it is possible that the downstream stages that must be carried out can be well organized so that theexpected results are following the needs. The results obtained in the design of this accountinginformation sistem can make it easier for officers to make accounting-standard financial reportsthat will be reported to the leadership. Besides that, it can also provide optimal service to thecongregation. Thus this information sistem can improve the quality of services provided byKBIHU Hafas to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Proses bisnis sendiri merupakan instrumen yang mengatur alur kerja sehingga dapat dengan mudah dipahami terkait suatu kegiatan, sehingga kegiatan yang dijalankan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan espektasi. Sejauh pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, proses bisnis yang ada di LP2M belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan kegiatan dijalankan tanpa berdasarkan pada standar operasional prosedur dan standar operasional prosedur yang dibuat bersifat tekstual dan tidak terstruktur sehingga sulit untuk dipahami, serta kurangnya publikasi terkait proses bisnis yang dijalankan yang mengakibatkan para pemangku kepentingan merasa kesulitan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian terkait proses bisnis yang dijalankan pada perguruan tinggi XYZ dalam upaya membantu perbaikan dan optimalisasi proses bisnisnya. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode Business Process Management Life Cycle, dengan tahapan pemodelan proses, pemodelan proses yang diharapkan, dan proses eksekusi. Selain itu juga menggunakan studi kasus agar penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dengan detail meneliti suatu kasus sehingga menghasilkan solusi yang tepat. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memodelkan proses bisnis secara berlevel, sehingga penggambaran proses bisnis menjadi lebih detail dan mudah dimengerti, selain itu dengan adanya simulasi pengujian proses bisnis dapat dengan mudah untuk menganilis perbaikan proses untuk peningkatan layanan untuk menjadi lebih cepat, tepat, efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: Business Process Modelling Notation, Pemodelan, Proses Bisnis

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a decision support system for selecting high-achieving students using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method at SMP Miftahul Ulum. The system is designed as a web-based application using PHP programming language and data storage using MySQL. Currently, the selection of high-achieving students at mts at taqwa is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Therefore, this research utilizes the SAW method as an approach to decision-making. The SAW method allows the assessment of students based on predetermined criteria and preference weights, enabling objective and measurable evaluations. The decision support system developed in this research assists the school in determining high-achieving students based on established criteria. With this system, it is expected that the school can improve efficiency and accuracy in assessing high-achieving students. The system also aids in storing and processing student data effectively. This research has practical benefits in enhancing the quality of assessing high-achieving students at mts at taqwa The developed decision support system provides accurate and reliable information regarding decision-making calculations. Thus, this research can serve as a reference for other schools in developing similar systems. Keywords Decision support system, high-achieving students, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), web-based application, student assessment.
