<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dan inkuiri; 2) Perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kreatif yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dan inkuiri; 3) Apakah terdapat perbedaan antara siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dan inkuiri terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dan kemampuan berfikir kreatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran yang terdiri dari 6 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa di kelas X IA-1 dan 30 siswa di kelas X IA-3. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis varian 2 jalur (ANAVA). Hasil Temuan ini menunjukkan : 1) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang di ajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share dan model pembelajaran inkuiri; 2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share dan model pembelajran inkuiri; 3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dan model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out: 1) Differences in students' mathematical communication skills taught by cooperative learning models of Think Pair Share and inquiry types; 2) Differences in the ability to think creatively taught with the cooperative learning model Think Pair Share and inquiry; 3) Is there a difference between students taught with Think Pair Share cooperative learning models and inquiry on students' mathematical communication skills and creative thinking skills.This research is a quantitative study, with a quasi-experimental type of research. The population is all grade X students of SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran consisting of 6 classes. The sample in this study were 30 students in class X IA-1 and 30 students in class X IA-3. Data analysis was performed with 2-way variant analysis (ANAVA). The results of these findings indicate: 1) There is a significant difference in students' mathematical communication skills taught by the cooperative learning model of think pair share and inquiry learning models; 2) There is no significant difference in the creative thinking ability of students taught with the cooperative learning model of think pair share and inquiry learning models; 3) There is a significant difference between Think Pair Share cooperative learning models and inquiry learning models on students 'mathematical communication skills and students' creative thinking abilities.
