Abstract

Balanced scorecard is a strategic business management method that links performance evaluation to vision and strategies using a multidimensional set of financial and nonfinancial performance metrics. This study examined both quantitative data for the proposed Analytic Network Process method. The purpose of this research is to build a model that combines the Balanced Scorecard approach and Analytical Network Process to assist in the performance evaluation of public organizations tax services. Balanced Scorecard concept is applied to determine the hierarchy of the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective as well as their respective performance indicators of public organizations and then Analytical Network Process used to tolerate vagueness and ambiguity of information and built an information system that is applied to facilitate the performance evaluation process. The study provides recommendations to the management of public organizations regarding the tax service strategy to improve the performance of public organizations.

Abstract

AbstrakPenggunaan transaksi e-Commerce pada alat kedokteran sangat menguntungkan banyak pihak, baik konsumen, produsen maupun penjual, serta dapat mempercepat proses pemesanan dan menekan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk keperluan pengiriman informasi. Aplikasi sistem yang dirancang merupakan sistem berbasis web yang berfungsi untuk mencari dan menampilkan aplikasi sistem e-Commerce penjualan alat kedokteran, dengan menggunakan suatu antarmuka pemakai yang berbentuk halaman web. Aplikasi sistem e-Commerce menggunakan teknologi Java Server Pages (JSP) untuk pengembangannya dan saat ini model pemrogramannya telah mampu mendukung aplikasi enterprise. Komponen web pada platform J2EE dapat berupa servlets atau Java Server Pages (JSP) dimana Java Server Pages (JSP) merupakan bagian dari Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE).Sisi perangkat lunak dikembangkan dengan bahasa program berbasis Java untuk komunikasi dan       pemrosesan data serta Java Server Pages (JSP) untuk halaman web dinamis dan MySQL sebagai basisdata server, Apache Tomcat sebagai web server dan NetBeans untuk mendesain website. Sistem e-Commerce dalam penyampaiannya berfungsi sebagai sistem basisdata dan sarana transaksi melalui internet yang memanfaatkan teknologi web.Kata Kunci : e­-Commerce, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE). Abstract The use of e-commerce transactions on medical devices greatly benefit many parties, including consumers, producers and sellers, as well as to speed up the ordering process and reduce the cost to be incurred for the purposes of sending information. Applications designed system is a web-based system that serves to locate and display the e-Commerce system applications medical equipment sales, using a user interface in the form of web pages. E-Commerce applications using technology Java Server Pages (JSP) for the development and current programming models have been able to support enterprise applications. J2EE web components on the platform can be either servlets or Java Server Pages (JSP) where Java Server Pages (JSP) is part of the Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE).Side software developed with Java-based programming language for communication and data processing, and Java Server Pages (JSP) for dynamic web pages and MySQL as the database server, Apache Tomcat as a web server and NetBeans to design a website. E-Commerce systems in the delivery of database systems and server as a means of transaction via the internet utilizing web technologies.Keyword :  e-Commerce, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE).
