Abstract

The research objective was to determine the optimization of the application of office channeling at Bank DKI Syariah, Wahid Hasyim Branch. The process of collecting data uses library data and field data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of office channeling services was still limited to collecting third party funds, namely savings, current accounts and time deposits. The supporting factor in the application of Office channeling is having a fairly extensive network in the DKI area and has been supported by adequate information technology. The inhibiting factors of the lack of socialization and education to the public, and the non-recognition of the achievement of Office channeling as part of the business performance achievement of implementing Bank DKI Syariah Office channeling can increase third party funds, increase market share, expand service access to the public and can compete with conventional banks. The research implication is expected that DKI Syariah Bank can improve service quality, both in terms of service and products in the sharia channeling office. Bank DKI as the office in determining targets and achieving business performance so as to encourage maximum growth of funds.

Abstract

The aim is to determine consumer behavior in deciding to buy products through the internet. This study uses a survey method of respondents through the internet with involved 125 responden consisting 0f 3 catagories age 15-25 years, aged 26 -35 years and those aged over 35 years. The results show that the ability of consumers to buy products through the internet depends on the amount of income. Income is grouped into three catagories, namely income of 1.000.000 - 5.000.000, 5.000.000 -15.000.000 and consumers who earn more than 15.000.000. the results of the analysis based on consumer characteristics show that 42.4% of consumers with an income of 5.000.000 – 15.000.000, while incomes of 1.000.000-5.000.000 anf above 15.000.000 are respectively 34.4 % and 23.2 %. While based on gender there is a positive and significant relationship with the frequency of purchases through the Internet. Gender factors influence the frequency of product purchases through the internet. For the age factor there is a positive and significant relationship to the frequency of product purchases. Young people between the ages of 26-35 years dominate the purchase of products through the internet, because they have mastered the technology and financially. They are also quite good. Abstract

E-Commerce saat ini menjadi platform penjualan yang mendominasi terutama pada masa pandemi covid-19. Saat ini tren pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia terbilang cukup tinggi yakni berada di angka 78% dan masuk ke dalam 10 negara dengan pertumbuhan e-commerce tertinggi. Dalam penelitianini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi e-commerce berbasis Website yang memudahkan PT. Nusantara Indah Kemilau dalam melakukan proses transaksi penjualan dan pembelian drum. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah (1) Penjualan dan pembelian rentan terhadap kekurangan nya atau kelebihan barang pada saat pengiriman drum (2) Proses penjualan dan pembelian belum berbentuk website atau online,sehingga tidak tertata nya dengan baik data-data penjualan perusahaan sehingga kemungkinan sulit mengetahui pendapatan penjualan bulanan yang valid. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode waterfall yang diawali dengan analisis, perancangan, impelementasi danpengujian. Dalam aspek perancangan dilakukan secara terstruktur dengan membuat pemodelan DiagramKonteks, Data Flow Diagram, Perancangan Basis Data dan Perancangan Tampilan Antar muka Pengguna. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan aplikasi penjualan kayu berbasis web. Kata Kunci : E-Commerce , sistem penjualan , website penjualan, drum polygen , limbah
