Abstract

Abstrak -- Pusdikif selaku lembaga pendidikan memiliki tugas pokok menyiapkan sumber daya prajurit yang profesional, pada sisi tersebut Pusdiif perlu didukung kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam operasionalitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mendeksripsikan; (1) Peran Pusdikif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik; (2) Hambatan yang terjadi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik Pusdikif; (3) Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka optimalisasi peran pusdikif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa; (1) Peran pusdikif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dapat dilihat melalui penegakan norma-norma yang mengikat kepada Gadik, Peran pusdikif dalam meningkatkan peran individu (peningkatan kualitas Gadik) dan Peran Pusdikif dalam peningkatan perilaku individu; (2) hambatan yang terjadi yaitu belum optimalnya penerapan prinsip pembinaan TNI AD di lingkungan pusdikif, minimnya anggaran kesejahteraan dan operasional pendidikan, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana pusdik, rendahnya motivasi para gadik untuk mengikuti kursus gadik, gumil, dam masih adanya beberapa gadik yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan norma; dan (3) Optimalisasi peran pusdikif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dilakukan melalui pengembangan karir, reward, optimalisasi sarana dan prasarana, peningkatan motivasi dan penegakan norma-norma.Kata Kunci: pusdikif, kompetensi, tenaga pendidik Absract -- Infantry education center (Pusdikif) as an educational institution has the main task of preparing professional soldier resources, on that side Pusdikif needs to be supported by the competence of educators in its operations. The purpose of this study is to know, analyze and describe; (1) The role of Pusdikif in enhancing the competence of teaching staff; (2) Barriers that occur in improving the competence of Pusdikif educators; (3) Efforts that can be made in order to optimize the role of the pusdikif in improving the competence of educators. This study uses qualitative research methods, with primary data and secondary data. The results of this study explain that; (1) The role of pusdikif in enhancing the competence of educator staff can be seen through the enforcement of norms that bind to Gadik (educator), the role of pusdikif in enhancing the role of individuals (improving the quality of Gadik (educator)) and the role of Pusdikif in improving individual behavior; (2) the obstacles that occur are the not yet optimal implementation of the principles of the Army in the pusdikif environment, the lack of welfare budget and education operations, limited education facilities and infrastructure, low motivation of the gadik (educator) to attend gadik courses, gumil, and the existence of some undisciplined gadik in carrying out the norm; and (3) Optimizing the role of pusdikif in enhancing the competence of educators is carried out through career development, reward, optimization of facilities and infrastructure, increased motivation and enforcement of norms.Keywords: infantry education center, competency, educators

Abstract

Abstrak -- Kesiapan opersional pesawat udara CN235-220M Maritime Patrol Aircraft ditentukan oleh faktor kesiapan teknis pesawat udara, kesiapan personel dan dukungan logistik. Kesiapan operasional yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan melaksanakan tugas dalam rangka pertahanan dan keamanan Negara di laut. Namun kesiapan operasional pesawat udara CN235-220M Maritime Patrol Aircraft Skuadron Udara 800 Wing Udara 1 Puspenerbal belum optimal yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor kemampuan personel. Kemampuan personel dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor antara lain pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman. Permasalahan yang diteliti yaitu tentang pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kemampuan personel Skuadron Udara 800 Wing Udara 1 Puspenerbal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kemampuan personel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Responden penelitian sebanyak 62 personel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan terhadap kemampuan personel dengan nilai thitung > dari ttabel yaitu 2.051 > 2.001 dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan terhadap kemampuan personel dengan nilai thitung > dari ttabel, yaitu 3.099 > 2.001 serta secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kemampuan personel. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.753 menunjukkan bahwa besar pengaruh kedua variabel bebas yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kemampuan personel adalah sebesar 75.3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24.7% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain diluar model. Semakin tinggi pendidikan dan pelatihan akan berdampak kepada semakin tingginya kemampuan personel, begitu juga sebaliknya.Kata Kunci: Maritime Patrol Aircraft, Kuantitatif, Wing Udara 1 Abstract -- Operational readiness of CN235-220M Maritime Patrol Aircraft is determined by factors of aircraft technical readiness, personnel readiness and logistical support. High operational readiness can improve the cability to carry out tasks in the framework of defense and security of the State at sea. However, the operational readiness of aircraft CN235-220M Maritime Patrol Aircraft of the 800th Squadron of the 1st Air Wing Puspenerbal is not yet optimal which is influenced by the personnel capability. The personnel capability is influenced by various factors including education, training and experience. The problems studied were about the influence of education and training on the personnel cability of the 800th Squadron of the 1st Air Wing Puspenerbal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of education and training both partially and simultaneously on the ability of personnel. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. Research respondents were 62 personnel using saturated sampling techniques. The results showed that there was a significant influence between education on the personnel capability with a tcount > of ttable, that was 2,051 > 2,001 and there was a significant influence between education on the personnel capability with a tcount> of ttable, that was 3,099 > 2,001 and simultaneously there was a significant influence between education and training on the personnel capability. The determination coefficient of 0.753 shows that the influence of both independent variables, namely education and training simultaneously on ability is 75.3%. The determination coefficient of 0.753 shows that the influence of both independent variables, namely education and training on abilities is 75.3%, while the remaining 24.7% is explained by other causes outside the model.
