Abstract

Dwi Yanto Abas (005190461101). 2021. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi dan Semangat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Program Studi Magister Manajemen. Pembimbing I Bapak Idrus Usu, Pembimbing II Ibu Deby Rita Karundeng. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepuasan kerja, iklim organisasi dan semangat kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, dan secara simultan, variabel Kepuasan kerja, Iklim Organisasi dan Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorntalo. The data used in this research is primary data that comes from the questionnaire filling. The population of the study was 47 employees using census method. The analytical technique used to answer the research problem and test bthe hypothesis is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software used to analyze the data. Before performing the hypothesis test, validity and reliability test of the instrument followed by testing the requirements of regression analysis. The findings of this research are (1) there are positive and significant influences Personality to Employees Performance of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorontalo, (2) there is positive and sifnificant influence Emotional Intelligence to Employees Performance of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorontalo. Tests simultaneously show that the personality and Emotional intelligence have a positive ang sifnificant impact on the performance of employees of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorontalo. The dominant variabel affecting employees performsnce of Bank SulutGo Branch Gorntalo is emotional intelligence

Abstract

Basically present business will not be endless otherwise is accompanied with ethics. This thing of course very far diffired from tending to industry era concept that permits all ways, pursues maximum benefits without bothering ethics and others importance, environment and generation a period of coming. Business ethics is study majored about wrong and correct morale. This study concentrates on morale standard as applied in policy, institution, and behavior of business. Whereas social responsibility is processing social interaction between the componies and public. Public claim and development of democracy and rapid of globalization current and free market, causing peeps out awareness from industrial world about the importance of executing company social responsibility (Company social responsibility). Kata Kunci: Etika, Tanggung Jawab Sosial, Bisnis, Perusahaan, Manajemen.
