Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak pada laju pertumbuhan Negara, salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya dilakukan secara tatap muka saat ini dialihkan dengan menggunakan sistem pembelajaran online. Pembelajaran online yang diimplementasikan menimbulkan banyak kendala, seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi pelajaran dan kurangnya pendampingan orang tua pada saat proses pembelajaran online berlangsung. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengadakan Bimbingan Belajar Ceria di Dusun Jegles Desa Tarokan Kabupaten Kediri. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa dan membantu permasalahan yang terjadi pada siswa SD/MI dan TK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian setelah ada pendampingan Bimbingan Belajar Ceria ini yaitu memberikan alternatif solusi dalam pendampingan belajar anak sehingga bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan para orang tua dan guru.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic and the issuance of an emergency PPKM decree resulted in a decline in production and marketing activities for MSME actors. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Marketing Strategy of MSMEs for WeddingEquipment in Pacekulon Village During the Emergency PPKM To Increase Sales Targets. The method used in this research is using qualitative research methods. The subject of this research is MSME Wedding Equipment which is located in Pacekulon village, Nganjuk. Sources of data used in this study using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews. This reasearch data analysis uses qualitative analysis from Miles and Hubberman. The results of this study were to deal with emergency PPKM for MSMEs for Wedding Equipment in Pacekulon village to apply online marketing strategies through social media applications such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, although there were decreased orders for some of their products due to the pandemic and emergency PPKM.

Abstract

This research endeavor to examine effectiveness of Digital Storytelling technique to develop kindergarten students’ spirituality aspect. Spirituality is mental dimension that make someone think about life meaning, value, believe, someone’s relations with God-with other humans-and the universe. Literally, someone’s spirituality can’t be measured, but it manifest in behavior shape can. This research is an experiment research with digital storytelling technique developed by Lambert, Weinshenker and others in Centre of Digital Storytelling (CDS). Digital storytelling is a technique that combined traditional understanding from a story with different type using digital multimedia. This technique expecting development of childrens’ spirituality level. Research method used in this research is within group or individual design and the research design using equivalent time series with researchers’ modification.

Abstract

This research is based on social phenomena that occur in the world of education, especially those relating to respect. Respectful mind is one of the ability to think that is important for the future and needs to be developed in the world of education, because it is related to ethical and moral problems and interpersonal relationships. This study aims to test the effectiveness of respectful mind training in developing the character of respect for first-year students. The method used in this research is quantitative with pre-experimental research, research design using one group pretest-posttest. The subjects of this study were first-year students, the subject was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the instruments used in this study include the training manual of respectfull mind and the main measurement instrument is respect questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is a nonparametric statistical test that is Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results showed through statistical tests showed a significance level of 0.005 <0.05 which means that Ho was rejected, and respectfull mind training can improve student’s respect.

Abstract

Abstract: Emotional intelligence is a person's ability to manage emotions wisely. Several factors related to emotional intelligence include religiosity and self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is the ability to measure the strength of an individual to complete a task or face a problem. Religiosity is a process that occurs between fellow human beings and humans with their god which is framed in worship behavior, aqidah and living systems. Both of these things can affect the level of emotional intelligence of students. This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity and self-efficacy on the emotional intelligence of MA Al-Huda students in Kediri City. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple correlation types. The subjects were 62 students. The sample was drawn using a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant influence between religiosity on emotional intelligence of MA Al-Huda students in Kediri City by 36.6 percent. 2) There is a significant influence between self-efficacy on emotional intelligence of MA Al-Huda students in Kediri City by 51.7 percent. 3) There is a significant influence between religiosity and self-efficacy on emotional intelligence of MA Al-Huda students in Kediri City by 55.1 percent. Abstrak: Kecerdasan emosi merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengelola emosi secara bijak. Beberapa faktor yang berkaitan dengan kecerdasan emosi diantaranya adalah religiusitas dan efikasi diri. Efikasi diri merupakan kemampuan untuk menakar kekuatan yang dimiliki individu guna menyelesaikan tugas atau menghadapi masalah. Religiusitas merupakan proses yang terjadi antar sesama manusia dan manusia dengan tuhannya yang dibingkai dalam perilaku ibadah, aqidah dan sistem hidup. Kedua hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi tingkatan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh religiusitas dan efikasi diri terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa MA Al-Huda Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi ganda. Subjek sebanyak 62 siswa, penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Teknik analisi data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan aplikasi spss. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas terhadap kecerdasan emosi siswa MA Al-Huda Kota Kediri sebesar 36,6 persen. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap kecerdasan emosi siswa MA Al-Huda Kota Kediri sebesar 51,7 persen. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan efikasi diri terhadap kecerdasan emosi siswa MA Al-Huda Kota Kediri sebesar 55,1persen.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is intended 1) to determine the effect of family social support on students’ motivation to learn Islamic education, 2) to determine the effect of school climate on students’ motivation to learn Islamic education, 3) to find out the effect of family social support and school climate on students’ motivation to learn Islamic education. This study uses a quantitative approach through correlation research design. The subject of this study is the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ngadiluwih. The sample used is 175 students using simple random sampling technique. The data are analyzed by using simple and multiple linier regression analysis. The results of the study show that 1) there is an influence of family social support on student motivation to learn Islamic education which has an effect of 18.2 percent, and the remaining 81.8 percent is influenced by other factors; 2) there is an influence of school climate on students’ motivation to learn Islamic education which has an effect of 17.4 percent, and the remaining 82.6 percent is influenced by other factors; 3) there is an influence of family social support and school climate on students’ motivation to learn Islamic education which has an effect of 23.2 percent, and the remaining 76.8 percent is influenced by other factors. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dimaksudkan 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial keluarga dan iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Ngadiluwih. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 175 siswa menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) ada pengaruh dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam yang berpengaruh sebesar 18,2 persen dan sisanya yaitu 81,8 persen dipengaruhi faktor lain; 2) ada pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam yang berpengaruh sebesar 17,4 persen dan sisanya yaitu 82,6 persen dipengaruhi faktor lain; 3) ada pengaruh dukungan sosial keluarga dan iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan agama Islam yang berpengaruh sebesar 23,2 persen dan sisanya yaitu 76,8 persen dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

Early childhood is a period of amazing development, at this time children experience various kinds of problems, both emotional problems, behavior, and social life related to peers. The main objective of this study was to examine the prevalence of self-reported emotional and behavioral symptoms in a representative sample of parents and early childhood teachers using Goodman's Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). A total of 110 respondents (teachers and parents) participated. The results showed the prevalence of emotional and behavioral symptoms in the analyzed samples. Some of the problems found from the highest to the lowest are prosocial problems, hyperactivity, problems with peers, emotional problems, and behavioral problems. Based on SDQ items, the highest problems experienced by children are losing their temper 50.4%, reported being easily distracted or having difficulty concentrating 49.6%, and Children were less able to get along better with adults than with other children 56.6%. In conclusion, the SDQ test is offered as a simple and effective tool to propose to all formative agents who are concerned with the interests and concerns of not only early childhood but also adolescents and adults.
