Abstract

Berperilaku positif sangat penting dalam berbangsa dan bernegara, sikap positif peserta didik akan tumbuh dan terpelihara apabila kegiatan belajar mengajar dilaksanakan secara bervariasi dan dihadapkan pada kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini menjawab masalah; 1) bagaimana proses latihan teater dengan naskah “Sang Mandor”, 2) bagaimana perilaku positif siswa di kelas X-XI SMAN 3 Enrekang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta analisa deskriptif yang memaparkan permasalahan sebagaimana adanya. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 tahap proses latihan yaitu Olah tubuh, Olah vokal, Olah Rasa, Reading, Rehearsal. Perilaku positif yang ditanamkan kepada siswa yaitu; maaf, syukur, empati, dan asertiv. Setelah melakukan proses latihan teater dengan naskah “Sang Mandor” Karya Rahman Arge, para siswa lebih memahami dan menerapkan perilaku positif, a) rasa Maaf mendorong para siswa kelas X-XI SMAN 3 Enrekang untuk lebih mudah memaafkan orang lain ataupun dirinya sendiri, b) perilaku Syukur yang membuat siswa lebih bersyukur apapun yang mereka dapatkan, c) perilaku Empati mendorong siswa untuk lebih memahami perasaan orang lain, d) perilaku asertif dimana setelah melakukan proses latihan teater dengan naskah “Sang Mandor” para siswa lebih jujur dan terbuka Proses latihan teater dengan naskah “Sang Mandor” dapat menanamkan perilaku positif kepada siswa kelas X-XI SMAN 3 Enrekang. Dimana siswa yang ikut serta dalam proses latihan teater dapat memahami dan menanamkan perilaku positif ke dalam diri mereka sendiri.Kata Kunci: Proses Latihan Teater, Naskah “Sang Mandor”, Perilaku Positif Positive behavior is very important in the nation and state, the positive attitude of students will grow and be maintained if teaching and learning activities are applied in a variety of ways and are faced with real life. This research answers the problem; 1) how is the process of theater rehearsal with the script "The Foreman", 2) how is the positive behavior of students in class X-XI SMAN 3 Enrekang. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis that describes the problem as it is. In this study, there are 5 stages of the exercise process, namely Body Exercise, Vocal Exercise, Taste Exercise, Reading, Rehearsal. Positive behaviors that are instilled in students are; forgiveness, gratitude, empathy, and assertiveness. After carrying out the theatrical practice process with the script of "Sang Mandor " by Rahman Arge, the students better understand and apply positive behavior, a) forgiveness which encourages students in grades X-XI SMAN 3 Enrekang to more easily forgive others or themselves, b ) Gratitude that makes students more grateful where everything they get, c) Empathy which encourages students to better understand the feelings of others, d) assertive behavior after doing the theater practice process with the script "The Foreman" the students are more honest and open The theatrical practice process with the script "The Foreman" can instill positive behavior in class X-XI students of SMAN 3 Enrekang. Where students who participate in the theater training process can understand and instill positive behavior into themselves.Keywords: Theatrical Practice Process, Sang Mandor Script, Positive Behavior
