Abstract

Uremic pruritus is one of the complaints that often occurs in patients with chronic renal failure which is an uncomfortable sensation or itching and can cause disturbances during the day or night and can even occur throughout the day such as sleep disturbances, activity, depression and skin complications that can reduce quality of life for patients with chronic renal failure. Patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy will be faced with a variety of health status disorders, one of the most common complications is uremic pruritus (UP) with a multi-factor cause. The intensity and spatial distribution of pruritus were highly significant over time and patients varied to a greater extent and were influenced by the duration of renal impairment. This health education is to provide information about the benefits of peppermint in reducing uremic pruritus experienced by patients with chronic renal failure. This health education provides information about the benefits of peppermint in reducing uremic pruritus experienced by patients with chronic renal failure. This counseling was conducted at the Sembiring Deli Tua General Hospital. This counseling provides some information on the factors that cause and exacerbate the incidence of uremic pruritus in patients with chronic renal failure so that nurses can be more optimal in providing nursing care for patients with uremic pruritus, especially in patients with chronic renal failure.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Hutatonga Village, Minangan District, Mandailing Natal Regency with the aim of knowing the causes of early marriage and to find out the attitudes of parents about early marriage at that location. The method used qualitative method. Data collection uses observation an in-def interviews, as well as documentation. The results of this study conclude that many early marriages occur because of mistakes, namely getting pregnant before marriage. So that early marriage has to be done so as not to make something embarrassing. Incidents like this are caused by several factors, namely economic factors, education and parental factors. Besides that, individual factors, namely self-will, and promiscuity that cause pregnancy out of wedlock. The attitude of parents also greatly influences the occurrence of early marriage, because parents are less assertive and pay less attention to their children in the association so that they make children uncomfortable and eventually want to get married and do things that are not good. Abstract

Sport is an activity that many people are interested in. Every sport has a risk for injury, including futsal. Sports injuries are all kinds of injuries that arise. both during training and during exercise (matches) or after matches. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Core Stability Exercise and Balance Exercise on preventing the risk of injury to female futsal team players in the city of Palembang. This research is quantitative research with an experimental research design. with research design, true experimental pre and post-with controlled design. Respondents were from the women's futsal team Galacticos Girl, totaling 20 respondents, taken by random sampling. Group 1 was given Core Stability Exercise and Balance Exercise. Group 2 was the control group with 18 meetings within 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 times per week. The instrument in this study uses a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) as a predictor of the risk of injury. Measurements were made before treatment and after treatment. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the effect of Core Stability Exercise and Balance Exercise on reducing the risk of injury to futsal players in group 1 with treatment and Group 2, namely the control group tested with Paired Sample T-Test showing the results of p-0,000 (p< 0.05), the different test with the Independent Sample T-Test showed the results of p-0.000 (p<0.05). In future researchers, it is hoped that research can be more complex and both interventions with shorter duration. Keywords: core stability exercise; balance exercise; female futsal player.
