Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the consumer segmentation of ‘555’ Ground Coffee in Capital city of Nusa Tenggara Barat Province, to know the variables which influence the consumer behaviour from buying ‘555’ Ground Coffee and also knowing the marketing  prospect of ‘555’ Ground Coffee based on sales trend. The data were analyzed from 99 respondents in Mataram and also from secondary data series of sales over three years in recent. Chi Squared analysis, Linear Regression and least squared Trend Method was also used to analyze the data. The result of Chi Squared analysis showed that there was a differ segmentation of ‘555’ Ground Coffee consumer. The segmentation of ‘555’ Ground Coffee was divided into three segments which is: low income level, middle income level and high income level. Linear Regression Analysis found that variables of customs, education, price, income, promotion and profession were significant toward consumer buying decision. In other side, variable of quality, age and ethnic were not significantly related. Moreover, income was the highly significant variable which affect on consumer buying decision. Least square trend analysis on sales showed that ‘555’ Ground Coffee marketing have a good prospect in the future. The study suggested that company have to responds to consumer wants in order to make them become loyal, reaching more consumer and also taking more positive movements toward ‘555’ Ground Coffee future. Government is suggested to play roles by developing and promoting ‘555’ Ground Coffee in order to make them more famous, instead that it was one of their region assets. Moreover, central government is suggested to inventory the potential of each region, so that it can be used to increase country’s devisa. Keyword: Segmentation, Consumer Behaviour, Ground Coffee

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara kedisiplinan terhadap  kinerja  karyawan Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sampel sebanyak 58 orang karyawan. Variabel  yang  digunakan dan diamati  terdiri  dari  disiplin  dan  kinerja  karyawan. Selanjutnya dalam pengumpulan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner/angket. kuisioner/angket ini masing-masing variabel yang menjadi pengamatan dilakukan analisis. Analisis dengan menguji data syarat berupa dilakukannya kevalidan dan reliabilitas, normalitas, dan linieritas. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil didapatkan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember. Hal ini didasarkan atas nilai sig 0,003 0,05. Pada korelasi/hubungan (R) sebesar 0,376 dan output R2 sebesar 0,243 bermakna pengaruh kedisiplinan sebesar 24,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember.

Abstract

Food is a basic human need, which requires accuracy and caution in choosing daily food. The success of implementing an early childhood feeding program to meet nutritional needs is very dependent on the role of parents. Parents must have skills and knowledge in processing food and managing children's nutrition. So that the development of the child's level of emotional intelligence is achieved perfectly. Providing healthy food to children is the main support in fulfilling nutrition in the growth process and level of social-emotional development. The aim of this research was to find out how the pattern of providing food is in order to build emotional intelligence in early childhood. Providing balanced nutritious food for children will increase emotional intelligence in optimizing the learning process because it can increase enthusiasm and concentration in class. Every child has different nutritional needs and it depends on their activity level, height, weight and immunity. One difference can be seen based on the activity between active and passive children so that calorie needs are certainly different when children do activities.

Abstract

Bermain tutup tutup botol angka sangat efektif digunakan sebagai pembelajaran berhitung permulaan anak TK, karena anak tidak mudah merasa bosan. Berhitung permulaan bagi anak usia dini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar-dasar pembelajaran berhitung sehingga pada saatnya nanti anak akan lebih siap mengikuti pembelajaran berhitung pada jenjang selanjutnya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif, termasuk penelitian pre ekxperiment dengan model eksperimen tidak murni yaitu one shot case study. Pengambilan responden penelitian menggunakan teknik population research dengan jumlah 53 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-kuadrat (X2). Hasil analisis Chi-kuadrat menghasilkan nilai X2 hitung = 4,78 lebih besar dari nilai X2 tabel = 3,84 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara bermain tutup botol angka terhadap kemampuan berhitung permulaan siswa kelompok A TK Kartini Curah Buntu Kecamatan Jenggawah Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

Inovasi dan pembaharuan dalam memajukan pendidikan terus dilakukan seperti pada saat ini termasuk menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan. Profil pelajar Pancasila menjadi hal krusial dimana munculnya masalah terkait pengamalan nilai Pancasila yang berdampak pada jatuhnya karakter siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan, pembelajaran dan pengembangan karakter pelajar Pancasila harus menjadi fokus utama untuk menciptakan generasi muda yang berkarakter Pancasila yang dapat dipupuk sejak pendidikan anak usia dini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila pada pendidikan anak usia dini dengan tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada kelompok bermain Al Hikmah dimana metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi dan wawancara terstruktur bersama perwakilan guru dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa Guru telah menyisipkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam melakukan pembelajaran dengan tetap memerhatikan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Pembelajaran berbasis projek pelajar Pancasila tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan karakter siswa seperti karakter kreatif, karakter mandiri dan karakter gotong royong.

Abstract

Leadership styles applied by elementary school principals in each of these regions. Researchers chose the Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang KB Preschool which is in Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang Village. The aim of this research is to determine the leadership style applied by the principal at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang. There are 4 types of leadership styles that may be applied by school principals, namely autocratic, laissez-faire, democratic and pseudo-democratic. This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method with the research location at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang, starting in July 2023 with the research subjects being principals, teachers, committee members and school supervisors respectively. This research data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The data that has been collected is then tested for validity by testing credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Next, the data was analyzed using an interactive model whose analysis process was divided into 4 stages, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and ending with drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis of research data that has been carried out, the results of the research show that the leadership style applied by the principal at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang is a democratic leadership style that always emphasizes openness of information, freedom of opinion, controlled freedom in carrying out learning, and togetherness. -Equally with all parties in every decision making.

Abstract

  Research aim : This scientific article was prepared with the aim of finding out the influence of Human Skill Training on closing the competency gap and the individual performance of PGRI Argopuro Jember University employees in carrying out their job descriptions. Design/Methode/Approach : As supporting data, the authors made 58 UNIPAR Jember employees as respondents based on the results of employee assessments and performance measurements in June 2023 as a result of employee participation in Human Skill Training which was held from February to April 2023. The Human Skill Training which was held was in the form of Training on Communication Effectiveness and Increased Self-Motivation at Work. The collected data is then analyzed using regression after validity-reliability, then observing the suitability and relationship between the variables measured. From the results of employee assessments and comparisons between employee performance before and after participating in Human Skills training, it can be seen and concluded that the influence between each variable measured Research Finding : Based on the results of the analysis of the relationship between the variables tested, it can be concluded that employee participation in Human Skill Training significantly influences increasing individual competency and performance in carrying out the job description, respectively, with a sig value of 0.001 (< 0.05) and with a correlation value. (R) is 0.42 and the amount (R2) is 0.301, so it can be interpreted that the results of Human Skill Training in closing the competency and individual performance gap are 15.8%. From these conclusions it can be recommended that to improve employee competency and individual performance, Human Skill Training is needed which must also be combined with other training on Conceptual Skills and Technical Skills so that closing the competency and individual performance gaps can be achieved perfectly.
