<![CDATA[The purpose of the implementation of this study was to describe and examine the effect of extending of the reinforcement by the teacher to the learning outcomes of civic education at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung. The method used in this research was descriptive correlation method. The population in this study was the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung, which totaled 158 respondents with the sample was 40 respondents. The results showed that there was an significant influence of extending of the reinforcement by the teacher to the learning outcomes of civic education at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung. This means that the stronger the extending of the reinforcement by the teacher, the higher the learning outcomes of civic education. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menguji pengaruh pemberian penguatan oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung, yang berjumlah 158 responden dengan sampel sejumlah 40 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian penguatan oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung.
