Abstract

There are several ways to assess the best teacher in determining the potential teacher. This aims to encourage teachers to excel and see the motivation, dedication, and loyalty of teachers, as well as see the professionalism of a teacher in technological advancements based on 4.0. From the research conducted in determining the best teacher, there are problems, including in the selection of the best teacher, the principal tends to choose based on observations made only by the principal himself and does not pay attention to the criteria and indicators of assessment in the form of professional, personality and social which makes the teachers less than optimal in their work. Therefore we need a system to solve some of the problems that occur. A system was built to overcome the problem in the form of a decision support system. A decision support system is a system aimed at management in helping to make the right decisions. The method used is K-Nearest Neighbor, which is a method for making decisions using supervised learning where the results of the new input data are classified based on the closest in the value data. Calculations were carried out in 2020 and 2021. The total value of data in the previous year was 70 lines of data. If it is further detailed, the data used is 1190 value data. The assessment prediction data used is teacher data in 2021, as many as 37 lines of data. The k-NN algorithm uses the value of k to determine the number of nearest neighbors whose status will be calculated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. ASKES Payakumbuh tentang Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Anggota Asuransi Kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk merealisasikan penggunaan komputer yang lebih optimal. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah data-data melalui buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan tema dan topik. SDLC adalah langkah-langkah (pedoman) yang harus diikuti untuk mengembangkan, merancang sebuah sistem. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat dan menganalisa sistem yang sedang berjalan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan desain output, desain input dan desain file. Desain sistem baru ini diterapkan secara komputerisasi dengan mengaplikasikan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0.

Abstract

Student assessment at the Nahdlatul Ulama University of West Sumatra is currently still manual, so a lot of time and energy is needed to do this task. the purpose of this thesis is to develop a computerized student assessment information system. in processing data and information will succeed with better changes to the existing system. The Student Assessment Information System is the one whose handling is in accordance with the courses taught by the students. processing of this value includes semester exams conducted by students. this website also contains data collection needed for value processing, namely data collection for students, lecturers, majors, courses, and classes. In addition, as a web-based and online system, this system can be accessed anytime and online using internet access. So that the information submitted is not limited by region and time. This website was developed using the PHP (Personal Home Page) programming language and MySQL database that can be used in various computer operating systems.

Abstract

Progress in various fields of technology, especially advances in information technology and computers, encouraging the emergence of new innovations in the presentation of information to meet the needs of information. As a tool of man, the computer also has advantages such as speed, accuracy and efficiency of data processing as compared to manual systems. In the case of SMAN 1 Matur still many systems are still done manually, including the majors interests of students, where the weaknesses of the current system is the amount of use of paper for printing questionnaires charging interest and talent for each student. Long process of distribution of questionnaires from teachers to students, after students filled in questionnaires, the questionnaire must be returned to the teacher to be processed in order to get the interest and talent, only then accepted by the students. Thus it will be in designing a new system of student data processing system before using the questionnaire into a web-based application that can encapsulate student data thus simplifying the decision granting the interest and talent of students of SMAN 1 mature.
