Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management (tqm) on company performance by using three independent variables namely leadership, employee involvement, and continuous system improvement on the dependent variable, namely company performance. The population in this study were the general manager and all employees of PTPN V Sei Pagar Kab. Kampar. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or census by determining the entire population in this study was 147 respondents. The data were tested using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis and linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that 1.) leadership has a positive and significant effect on company performance, 2.) employee involvement and empowerment has a positive and significant impact on company performance, 3.) continuous system improvement has a positive and significant impact on company performance. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.457 means that the effect of total quality management (tqm) on the company's performance is 45.7% while the remaining 54.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this model.Keywords: Total Quality Management, Leadership, Employee Involvement, And Continuous System Improvement, Company Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) how much is the optimal amount of raw material purchases, (2) how many the frequency of raw material purchases is, (3) what the total inventory costs are of an efficient resource supply, and (4) when is the right time to reorder point. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is a technique for obtaining raw material inventory in a company that determines how many beneficial orders are for each time an order is ordered with a predetermined frequency and when to reorder point. This method aims to minimize total inventory costs. Using this method can also reduce inventory costs so that inventory efficiency is good and the optimal number of order units can be achieved by keeping costs to a minimum. The results showed that (1) the amount of raw material procurement carried out by the Usaha Jepara Brownies Pekanbaru was not optimal, (2) the optimal frequency of raw material procurement was four times a year or once every three months, (3) the Usaha Jepara Brownies Pekanbaru was too wasteful in spending the total inventory cost, and (4) the reorder point implemented by the company has not been regular.Keywords: EOQ, purchase frequency, Total inventory cost, and reorder point

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical workload and mental workload on work fatigue and work stress on employees of the production division of CV. Surya Pelangi Pekanbaru City. The population in this study includes all employees of the production division of CV. Surya Pelangi Pekanbaru City, which amounted to 50 people. Primary data collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test this research hypothesis, path analysis (path analysis) was used with the help of SPSS version 26. The sampling technique used was the total sample method or made the entire population as a sample of 50 employees of the production division of CV Surya Pelangi Pekanbaru City.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Physical Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Fatigue, 2) Mental Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Fatigue, 3) Physical Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, 4) Mental Workload positive and significant effect on Work Stress, 5) Work Fatigue has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, 6) Physical Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress through Work Fatigue, 7) Mental Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress through Fatigue Work.Keywords: Physical Workload, Mental Workload, Work Fatigue and Work Stress

Abstract

The current rapid growth of the world economy has reached a situation wherecompetition has become a problem that must be faced by business people in everyeconomic sector. PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Daratan is a company engagedin the field of information and communication as well as the provision of completetelecommunications services and networks in Indonesia. Employees at PT. TelkomIndonesia Witel Riau Daratan must give its best performance. Total QualityManagement and reward systems are things that must be considered by companyleaders in order to improve employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia WitelRiau Daratan. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management(TQM) on employee performance with a reward system as a moderating variablefor employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Mainland. Primary data werecollected with a questionnaire as an instrument. To test the hypothesis of the use ofSEM with the SmartPLS application assistance program. The population in thisstudy includes employees at the manager level and assistant managers. Thesampling technique used the census method, the sample of this study found 33employees. The results of the study indicate that: 1) there is a significant effect ofTotal Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance at PT. TelkomIndonesia Witel Riau Daratan in Pekanbaru City, 2) there is a significantinteraction effect between Total Quality Management (TQM) and the rewardsystem (Reward) on employee performance and the reward system is a moderatingvariable at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality management andinnovation on competitive advantage and business performance lempuk durian inBengkalis District. The population of study included all lempuk durian business inBengkalis District were 58 units and sampling technique used was saturationsampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3 was used asmethods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Quality management had a positiveand significant effect on competitive advantage; 2) Innovation had a positive andsignificant effect on competitive advantage; 3) Quality management had a positiveand significant effect on business performance; 4) Innovation had a positive andsignificant effect on business performance; 5) Competitive advantage had apositive and significant effect on business performance; 6) Quality managementhad a positive and significant effect on business performance throughworkcompetitive advantage; 7) Innovation had a positive and significant effect onbusiness performance throughwork competitive advantage. Keyword: Quality Management, Innovation, Competitive Advantage, BusinessPerformance.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of supplier relationship management andcustomer relationship management on business performance clothing SMEs inPekanbaru healt centers. The population in this study includes all SMEs at healtcenters, totaling 525 SMEs. The sample taking technique was using conveniencesampling so obtained sample of 84 respondents. The dependent variable (Y) inthis study was business performance the independent variable is supplierrelationship management (X1), customer relationship management (X2). Theanalisys method was multippled regression linier berganda. For data processingwas using SPSS 23. The resultsof research shows that : 1) supplier relationshipmanagement and customer relationship management have a significant effect onbusiness performance, 2) there significant effect of Supplier relationshipmanagement on the business performance, 3) there significant effect of customerrelationship management on the business performance. Keywords : Supplier Relationship Management, Customer RelationshipManagement, Business Performance
