Abstract

This study aims todetermine the effectof working capital management, growth opportunities, company size, institutional ownership, the financial performance. The populationin this research ismanufacturing companies listedin Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014 year The sample was taken by purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using skewness-kurtosis normality test, classic assumption test, koofisien determinasi test, F test and test hypotheses. The test results working capital variables are significant positive effect on the performance of financial , growth opportunities variables significant positive effect on the performance of financial, company sizevariables significant negative effect on the performance of financial, institutional ownership variable statistically not significantpositive effecton the performance of financial.Keywords: Working Capital, Growth Opportunities, Company Size, Institutional Ownership, The Performance Of Financial

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of independence, Institusional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, audit committee, Firm Size and Audit Quality toward Integrity of financial Statements on Manufacture that Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Periode 2012-2014. The population in this research was all companies manufacture that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2014. Selection of sample used purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research are multiple linier regression model. The result showed that the F-test statistic shows that, between independence, Institusional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, audit committee, Firm Size and Audit Quality jointly influence toward Integrity of financial Statements. And the results of the testing of hypotheses partial evaluation shows Institusional Ownership, audit committee, Firm Size that there is a positive significant toward Integrity of financial Statements. While for independence, Independent Commissioner, there is a negative not significant toward Integrity of financial Statements. Abstract

This study examined the effect of profitability, liquidity, sales growth, asset structure and dividend policy on capital structure. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using analysis unit manufacturing company. The sampling method using purposive sampling the study period of 2012 to 2014. The relationship and influence between variables or described by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the liquidity and asset structure significant negative effect on the capital structure, sales growth significant positive effect on the capital structure. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the companys growth, profitability, asset structure, business risk, tax and liquidity to funding decisions on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. Data were processed as many as 242 companies. Mechanical testing data is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis show that the variable tax and asset structure significant positive effect on funding decision, the variable growth of company and liquidity (current ratio) significant negative effect on funding decision, while the variable profitability (ROA) and business risk does not affect to the funding decision on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Growth of Company, Profitability, Asset Structure, Business Risk, Tax, Liquidity and Funding Decision

Abstract

This study is a study that examinedthe influence of trading volume activity and variant of return have an effect to bid-ask spread. Bid-ask spread is the difference between the lowest asked price and the highest price. In this study, the sampels used by 340 companies that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2012 to 2015. Sampels choosed by purposive sampling method. In this study, the dependent variable is bid-ask spread and independen variable is stock price, trading volume activity and variant of return. To analyze the hypothesis used multiple regresion analysis. The results indicate thatTrading volume activity showed positive effect on bid-ask spread. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors - factors that affect stock returns in manufacturing companies. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling obtained a sample of 69 companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that each variable has a different effect, namely EPS leave a positive and significant impact on stock returns, ROA positively influence and insignificant, while the DER, PBV, AG had a negative impact and no significant effect on stock returns. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and the size of the dividend payout ratio for companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2015. This study uses secondary data obtained from the financial statements www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies went public and its shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the positive effect on the profitability of the dividend policy, meaning that the higher profitability of the higher the dividend. Liquidity has no effect on dividend policy. Leverage does not affect the dividend policy. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, leverage, audit committees and firm size on the integrity of financial statements. This study focused on LQ45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period February 2011- January 2016. Research conducted with the number of observations of 126 research samples obtained by nonprobability sampling method is purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that institutional ownership, independent commissioners, leverage, and firm size have no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, Managerial Ownership, and Company Size on the Value of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 Period. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 Period. The sample selection uses the purpose sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the Capital Structure has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, Profitability has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, Managerial Ownership has a Negative effect that is not significant to the Firm Value, and the Firm Size does not significantly influence the Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Analysis of the effect of Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability, and Investment decisions on Firm Value in Manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample selection technique used a purposive sample and obtained 38 companies with a period of 3 years so that 114 data were obtained, and processed using the SPSS application. Based on the results of data processing, it was found Debt Policy, Profitability, and Investment decisions variables have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value While Dividend Policy did not affect the Firm Value. The results of the test on the coefficient of determination (R2) are 0.831. This means that 83.10% is Debt Policy, Profitability, and Investment decisions and tax while the remaining 16.90% is influenced by other variables.
