Abstract

Peneltian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya mahasiswa di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat mempunyai masalah tentang karir, terlihat dari adanya mahasiswa yang belum dapat mengetahui tentang pengetahan mengenai dirinya atau potensi yang dimilikinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengungkap dan melihat kematangan karir mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. 2) Untuk mengembangkan model rancangan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling karir mahasiswa BK 19 di perguruan tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif, dan populasi juga sampel sebanyak 67 mahasiswa angkatan 2019 STKIP PGRI SUMBAR dengan menggunakan teknik yaitu total sampling, untuk mengungkap kematangan karir mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) 2019 dan membuat pengembangan model bimbingan konseling karir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kusioner dan di analisis dengan teknik presentase dari rata-rata. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kematangan karir pada mahasiswa BK angkatan 2019 STKIP PGRI SUMBAR secara umum berada pada kategori cukup tinggi dengan presentase 32,84%. Sehingga dapat dibuat model pengembangan bimbingan karir sesuai dengan permasalahan mahasiswa brdasarkan hasil penelitian direkomendasikan pada mahasiswa untuk lebih bisa meningkatkan karirnya sesuai denganyang diharapkan dan juga untuk mengembangkan model yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti.

Abstract

This research is entitled Profile of Adolescent Deviant Behavior in Jorong Makmur Pasaman Timur. The background of this research is that there are teenagers who take part in illegal racing, there are teenagers who speed on public streets, there are teenagers who run away from home when fighting with their parents, there are teenagers who skip school, there are teenagers who get drunk, there are teenagers who gamble, there are teenagers returning home at dawn, teenagers making noise at night and teenagers joining in brawls. This study aims to describe the forms of adolescent deviant behavior in Jorong Makmur, East Pasaman seen from: 1) Nonconforming actions. 2) Antisocial acts. 3) Criminal Acts. This type of research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The study population consisted of 39 adolescents selected by total sampling technique with 39 participants. The instrument used is a questionnaire. As for data analysis using interval scores and percentages. The results of research on forms of adolescent deviant behavior in Jorong Makmur, East Pasaman are seen from: 1) Nonconforming actions are in the small category. 2) Antisocial acts are in very little category. 3) Criminal acts are in the very few categories. This research is recommended for adolescents so that they are not easily influenced by deviant behavior by carrying out activities and joining positive communities

Abstract

This research is entitled Guidance and Counseling Service Program Design in Overcoming Student Learning Problems in Class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 5 Padang. Thesis, Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Pgri University, West Sumatra, Padang, 2023. This research is motivated by the problems students face while studying. The research aims to describe: students' learning problems in aspects 1.) Lack of enthusiasm for learning 2.) Saturated 3.) Lazy 4.) Procrastinating assignments 5.) Hating teachers. 6.) do not want to ask. As well as designing programs based on the analysis of the problems faced by students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 252 students of SMA Negeri 5 Padang. The sampling technique used random sampling technique as many as 72 people. The instrument used is the questionnaire. Data analysis using percentage technique. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that: 1.) Lack of enthusiasm for learning is in the very high category 2.) Saturation is in the high category 3.) Lazy is in the fairly high category 4.) Procrastinating assignments is in the fairly high category 5.) Hates the teacher is in the very high category. 6.) Do not want to ask is in the high category. The design of the Guidance and Counseling Service Program in Overcoming student learning problems at SMA Negeri 5 Padang in the form of information services with the topic of questioning skills and increasing self-confidence, group guidance with the topic of time management material and bibliotherapy with the topic of learning skills. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that counseling teachers be able to overcome learning problems by trying out the material designed through this research.

Abstract

This study entitled The Relationship between Parents' Economic Level and Students' Career Direction Selection. This study aims to determine: 1) The economic level of the parents of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung. 2) Selection of the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung. 3) The relationship between the economic level of parents and the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with a correlational approach. The population of this study were students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung, totaling 147 students. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling technique, namely as many as 108 students who became the research sample. The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive statistics, data analysis was carried out after the data was collected through a questionnaire. Furthermore, the prerequisite analysis test of this study used the normality test and data linearity test. The results of this study indicate: 1) The economic level of the parents of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung is in the very high category. 2) Selection of the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung is in the high category. 3) There is no relationship between the economic level of parents and the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung with a very low coefficient.
