Abstract

The queue process is a process associated with the arrival of a customer at a service facility, then waited in a row (queue) when all services are busy, andleaving the place after getting the service. The queue process can happenanywhere, including in BBPLK Semarang. A wide variety of services such asregistration, competency testing, placement, making the rights of participantsand certificates. Therefore, it is necessary to study on the queuing system tooptimize service to customers. The purpose of this study was to determine thestatistical analysis deskriptive, making modeling a queue that services moreeffectively and efficiently and interpret the queuing models. The research in thispaper begins with a queuing system design kiosk 3 in 1 BBPLK Semarang.Then, the retrieval of data for each counter in the form of many arrivals anddepartures every 15 minutes. The collected data is then tested to determinewhether the data is distributed Poisson or not. Once known Poisson distributeddata, followed by determining a model queue at each phase and determine therate of arrivals and departures every service counter. The next step is to analyzethe size of the performance of each phase in the form of the average number ofcustomers in the system, the average number of customers in the queue, theaverage length of customer in the system, and the average length of customer inthe queue.  Keywords : queue, model multi phase-multi channel,  poisson, eksponensial

Abstract

The Poverty is still a serious problem, especially in Indonesia. Central Java is the province with the highest percentage of poor people in Java Island 13, 19%,the figure is above the national poverty rate. In this research will be an analysisof the factors affecting poverty in Central Java. The statistical approach used inthis case is cluster analysis. Cluster analysis is an analysis that aims to classifyan object (region) based on similarity characteristics of data. The method usedis the method of K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means. The object of research isgrouped into 4 clusters. The result of grouping shows that K-Means method isthe best method based on SW and SB ratio of 0.124. Keywords: Data Mining, K-means, Fuzzy C-Means

Abstract

Salah satu peran penting Provinsi Jawa Tengah bagi perekonomian wilayah dan nasional adalah sebagai penghasil tanaman pangan. Produksi padi di daerah ini memiliki surplus yang berpotensi mendukung ketahanan pangan wilayah. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), pada tahun 2013 secara nasional Jawa Tengah termasuk penghasil padi terbesar ketiga setelah Jawa Barat dan Jawa Timur, dengan produksi mencapai 10,34 juta ton padi kering giling. Sejalan dengan produksi yangtinggi, tingkat produktifitas padi di Jawa Tengah adalah sebesar 56,06 kwintal per hektar, lebih tinggi dari rata-rata nasional (BPS, 2013). Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui dependensi spasialmenggunakan pendekatan global morans. Berdasarkan analisis global morans, produksi, luas panen, jumlah petani dan luas panen padi terdapat dependensi spasial dengan alfa 5 persen. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan spasial antar kabupaten dan kota di Jawa Tengah untuk produksi, luas panen, jumlah petani dan luas panen padi. Kata Kunci : Autocorrelation spatial, Morans I, Dependensi Spasial, Produksi Padi.

Abstract

Discussion on the issue of unemployment is always associated with variousfactors that affect the length of time a person needs to get a job.One commonmethod used to determine these factors is to conduct survival analysis, amongwhich commonly used is Cox Proportional Hazard Regression.The purpose ofthis study was to identify the various factors of the time needed to be employeda university fresh graduate. The variables used consist of time to be employedas the dependent variable, while the independent variables are the educationalbackground, family income, job vacancies and the work aspiration. Coxregression can be the most appropriate method because the function andpurpose of this analysis is to predict exactly what factors make a person take acertain time to get his current job. The survival function and hazard functionpresent in the cox regression method allow the estimated time required by aperson until the person experiences an event (in which case the event is gettinga job). The results obtained from the analysis of each of these variables provedto have a significant effect on the length of time seeking employment of privateworkers in the city of Semarang.Keywords: Unemployed Length, Proportional Hazard Cox Regression, Survival.

Abstract

The transfer function model is one of multiple time series models that combineARIMA model characteristics with one variable of regression analysis. Anincreasingly growing world of investment and many types of investments.Thevalue of gold precious metals that have never experienced depreciation. Makepeople prefer gold as a profitable investment tool. Information on gold prices isan important issue for investors. Therefore, researchers want to find a modeland predict the price of commodity gold market using the method of single inputtransfer function. The data used is the world gold data commodity market, andinflation data of 2008-2017 in units of the month. In the results of forecastingthat has been anti ln addressing the peak of price increases occurred in August2018 which reached $1481. while December 2017 is the month of the lowestgold price of $ 1188.06, and the forecast shows that throughout the year all themonths of rising prices while the month that only declined in price only threemonths ie in May 2017, November 2017 and December 2017. Keywords: Transfer function, Single Input, Gold Price

Abstract

Formulasi penyaluran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) merupakan masalah yang kompleks, karena setiap daerah memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  perbandingan model spatial autoregressive (SAR) dan spatial error model (SEM) serta menentukan model terbaik diantara kedua model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model SEM lebih baik disbanding dengan model SAR. Kata Kunci : Bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS), SAR, SEM

Abstract

Small area estimation (SAE) merupakan suatu teknik statistika untuk menduga parameter-parameter subpopulasi yang ukuran sampel nya kecil. Teknik pendugaan ini borrowing information memanfaatkan data dari domain besar (seperti data sensus, data susenas) untuk menduga variabel yang menjadi perhatian pada domain yang lebih kecil yang selanjutnya dikenal pendugaan tidak langsung. Adapun pendugaan langsungtidak mampu memberikan ketelitian yang cukup bila ukuran sampel dalam area kecil, sehingga statistik yang dihasilkan akan memiliki varian yang besar atau bahkan menghasilkan pendugaan yang bias. SAE dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan nonparametrik yang digunakan untuk menduga tingkat kemiskinan pada level kecamatan di Kabupaten Sumenep. Kecamatan Bluto merupakan wilayah dengan mayoritas penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Sumenep dengan rata-rata pengeluaran per kapita jauh dibawah garis kemiskinan. Abstract

Abstract.Human Development Index (HDI) is one ofthe indicators that used to determine the human developmentofa country. The calculation of the value of HDI in Indonesia is carried out until the scale of the districteach year. Since the implementation of regional autonomy policy,the calculation of the HDI value is required with a smaller scale in the district. The calculation of HDI values with sub-scale is difficult because the sample is toosmall to estimate the value of HDI perdistrict. One of the component stocalculate the value of HDI is an indexof purchasing power that approximated by the value of percapita expenditure. Small Area Estimation is one of the indirect estimates that used to estimate the parameter values of the subpopulation. On this research, Small Area Estimation (SAE) is a statistics methode for estimate small sampel .The research purpose to estimate per capita expenditurefor HDI in Demak District. The results of the estimation with SAE methods in Demak District indicates that the Demak Sub-district has the largest per capita expenditure that can be said have the highest HDI value while Kebonagung Sub-district has the smallest per capita expenditure that can be said have the lowest HDI value.

Abstract

Wado is a village that has great potential that still needs development. This area is a peanut producing area. The majority of people in Wado sell abundant peanuts every harvest is only sold to middlemen, not much use of peanuts to be processed into high-value peanut production. This resulted in the potential of peanut in Wado has not contributed the maximum to the welfare of the community. The purpose of KKN-PPM is toprovide knowledge to the Wado Village community to empower themselves through peanut business, to provide process processing skills and peanut packing process as typical food of Kedungtuban village, to  provide knowledge and skills of marketing process of peanut products widely, to provide assistance in the learning activities of school-aged children and to provide assistance to the Wado Village community in processing peanuts into typical food products and regional superior. Methods used to solve problems include using lecture strategies, observation, discussion, case studies, demonstrations, practices and brainstorming suggestions. The result of this activity is the change of mindset of the community to consciously process the local potential of the village to be a product of sale value in Wado Village, Kedungtuban Sub-district of Blora Regency, the product produced by KKN-PPM in the form of peanut stick, peanut cruncy 3G, peanut butter, chicken peanut nugget, milk peanut powder and ketapang seeds rich in flavor. This processed peanut products can be sold widely through online and have filed No.PIRT products. In addition, other activities in the field of education, environment and health have been done to provide awareness for the community so that there is a change in public attitudes to be more concerned about education, environment and health.
