Abstract

Pesantren is a non-formal that aims to educate and train students to have religious beliefs taught by kiai through learning the yellow book and activities that support the needs of students. Pesantren is one of the non-formal in Indonesia that always contributes in educating and building the nation's character. Pesantren education combines learning from various aspects, be it cognitive, affective or psychomotor aspects. Pesantren education aims to improve the character of students, the learning carried out by Islamic boarding schools refers to the Qur'an and Al-hadith which are then used as the basis for making a flexible pesantren curriculum. To realize this goal, pesantren in carrying out their education, use teaching methods, example, habituation, motivation, rewards and punishments carried out by pesantren. The management carried out by the Islamic boarding school based on the results of the study is still mono, where all activities carried out by the Islamic boarding school are sourced from the caregivers of the pesantren. Therefore, pesantren often experience errors in carrying out their duties, such as in terms of communication and decision-making processes. Nevertheless, the pesantren caregivers in carrying out their education continue to make every effort to improve their pesantren towards a better direction, this can be seen from the policies made by pesantren caregivers in terms of educating, guiding and fostering teachers, providing facilities and infrastructure, making programs -programs, arrange activity agendas and provide budgets that are tailored to the needs of Islamic boarding school students. ABSTRAK Pesantren merupakan sebuah lembaga nonformal yang bertujuan mendidik dan melatih santri untuk memiliki keyakinan agama yang diajarkan oleh kiai melalui pembelajaran kitab kuning dan kegiatan yang menunjang kebutuhan santri. Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga nonformal di Indonesia yang selalu berkontribusi dalam mendidik dan membangun karakter bangsa. Pendidikan pesantren memadukan pembelajaran dari berbagai aspek, baik aspek kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotorik. Pendidikan pesantren bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter santri, pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh pondok pesantren mengacu pada Al-Qur'an dan Al-Hadits yang kemudian dijadikan dasar untuk membuat kurikulum pesantren yang fleksibel. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut, pesantren dalam melaksanakan pendidikannya, menggunakan metode pengajaran, keteladanan, pembiasaan, motivasi, penghargaan dan hukuman yang dilakukan oleh pesantren. Pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh pondok pesantren berdasarkan hasil kajian masih bersifat mono, dimana semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pondok pesantren bersumber dari para pengasuh pesantren. Oleh karena itu, pesantren sering mengalami kesalahan dalam menjalankan tugasnya, seperti dalam hal komunikasi dan proses pengambilan keputusan. Meskipun demikian para wali pesantren dalam melaksanakan pendidikannya tetap berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk memajukan pesantrennya ke arah yang lebih baik, hal ini terlihat dari kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat oleh wali pesantren dalam hal mendidik, membimbing dan membina guru, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana, membuat program – program, menyusun agenda kegiatan dan memberikan anggaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan santri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap tata kelola manajemen dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan di sekoklah dasar pada Unit Pengelola Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Pagerageung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Fokus masalah yang dibahas yaitu: Bagaimana kinerja pengawas pada masa pandemi covid dampaknya terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara. Sumber data terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, paparan data dan verivikasi serta triangulasi. Hasil Penelitian  menunjukan bahwa pada masa pandemi covid-19 tugas kepengawasan menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode direct dan indirect. Untuk menjaga dan mengembangakan mutu, kepala sekolah dan guru megitu bimtek online, pelatihan online, workshop online. Pengawasan online mampu memberikan layanan kepada kepala sekolah, guru kapanpun dan dimanapun serta dapat mengembangakan skil kepala seloalah dalam memanaj dan guru dalam mengajar. Dukungan dari pemerintah melalui kemendikbud serta Pengawas kepala sekolah dan guru bersama-sama melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik degan kejasama yang baik pula.

Abstract

The change in the status of the pandemic to endemic provides new enthusiasm for education managers to continue the struggle to educate the nation's life. Education managers are competing to promote their institutions so that consumers can use their services again, including Serba Bakti High School. Various strategies are implemented from very simple to quite complex strategies. The goal is to promote schools as institutions engaged in services and by using the services of these schools can facilitate customers in achieving their goals. From this, the researchers focused on the marketing strategy of the Serba Bakti High School with the aim of seeing and photographing the strategies carried out by the Serba Bakti High School after the covid-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data exposure and verification and triangulation. The results of the study show that SMA Serba Bakti uses a strategy that includes product, price, promotion, place, process, people, physical evidence. oriented towards religion and entrepreneurship, price includes discounts and scholarships for students in the surrounding environment and outstanding students, the promotion is divided into two parts, namely short-term promotions such as distributing pamphlets on social media, presentations at school and long-term promotions such as establishing cooperation with potential schools and surrounding villages. Place, a green school environment and complete facilities for the learning process of students as well as trading facilities for students who are members of entrepreneurial organizations. The student registration process can be done online and offline. There is counseling guidance to facilitate outstanding students and students who have learning disabilities. People, educators are strata II and undergraduate graduates and education staff are strata one and high school graduates. Physical evidence, the Serba Bakti High School environment is a formal educational environment from Kindergarten to college and non-formal education such as Islamic boarding schools, ta'lim assemblies and others
