Abstract

AbstrakKompetensi sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh pegawai pada Kantor kecematan biringkanaya, dengan berdasarkan pada variabel kompetensi.Variabel tersebut membentuk sumber daya manusia, sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor kecamatan biringkanaya.Masalah dalam penelitian ini Apakah kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor kecematan biringkanaya Di Makassar.Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor kecamatan biringkanaya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Karena taraf nyata (0,05)>Significancy (0,008) maka Ho ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan dan simultan antara kompetensi dengan Kinerja pegawai. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai  pada Kantor Kecamatan Biringkanaya.Kata kunci : kompetensi, Kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahuhi Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Kepolisian Pada Polsek Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji regresi simultan (uji-f) dan uji regresi parsial (uji-t). Proses pengolahan data dibantu dengan program aplikasi software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian pada Polsek Tamalanrea Kota Makassar.Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, dan KinerjaAbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of police officers at the Tamalanrea Police, Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study were 98 respondents with data collection methods, namely questionnaires and observation. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous regression tests (f-test) and partial regression tests (t-test). Data processing was assisted by the SPSS version 24 software application program. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on teacher performance in the Region III Public Elementary School in the Mambi District in West Sulawesi, to find out and analyze the influence of competence on Teacher Performance in the Region III State Elementary School in the Mambi District in West Sulawesi, to find out and analyze which variable has the most dominant influence on teacher performance in Region III Public Elementary Schools in the Mambi District in West Sulawesi. The population in this study were all teachers, both civil servants and non-PNS, in the State Elementary School Region III, Mambi District, West Sulawesi, totaling 120 people in 2022 which included (23 people in 004 Public Elementary School, 22 012 State Elementary Schools , State Elementary School 009 totaled 24 people, Elementary School 002 totaled 23 people and 006 Public Elementary School totaled 25 people. The results showed that Discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while competence had a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance in Region III Public Elementary Schools, Mambi District, West Sulawesi.
