Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan aplikasi transpostasi online MyBlueBird. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuanitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan sampel menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane dengan presentasi kelonggaran 10% dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probabilty, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.000.000 dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keputusan penggunaan aplikasi MyBlueBird di Kota Bekasi diketahui terdapat 20 indikator yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan setelah dilakukan analisis faktor kemudian terbentuk 17 faktor yang memenuhi syarat dan terdapat 5 faktor yaitu faktor tingkat kesulitan 23.725%, faktor minat menggunakan 15.704%, faktor kontrol dan pengawasan 6.810%, faktor dampak bagi pengguna 5.635%, faktor efektivitas 5.336%. Faktor tingkat kesulitan memiliki nilai tertinggi dibandingkan dengan faktor lainnya maka dapat dikatakan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan aplikasi MyBlueBird yaitu faktor tingkat kesulitan sebesar 23.725%.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Penggunaan AbstractThis study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the factors that influence the decision to use the MyBlueBird online transportation application. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach and the sample uses the Taro Yamane formula with a 10% allowance presentation and the sampling technique used is a non-probabilty technique, the population in this study is 1,000,000 and the sample is 100 respondents. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the decision to use the MyBlueBird application in the City of Bekasi is known to have 20 indicators that have an influence on the decision to use after a factor analysis is carried out, then 17 factors are formed that meet the requirements and there are 5 factors, namely the difficulty level factor of 23.725%, the interest factor in using 15.704%, control and supervision factor 6.810%, impact factor for users 5.635%, effectiveness factor 5.336%. The difficulty level factor has the highest value compared to other factors, so it can be said that the most dominant factor influencing the decision to use the MyBlueBird application is the difficulty level factor of 23.725%.Keywords: Usage Decision.

Abstract

Backgorund : IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang is a change in the form of the Muhammadiyah Palembang College of Health Sciences which operates in the field of health education services, then on August 5 2020 STIKes Muhammadiyah Palembang became the Muhammadiyah Palembang Institute of Health Sciences and Technology by adding educational services in the field of technology. The ongoing Revolution Era 4.0 has made information technology the main point in institutional development. The use of Information Technology in the activities carried out by IKesT MP is a main priority in prioritizing and introducing information technology to the community, especially students. Information Technology development begins with the development of an Academic Information System which includes information, data and campus academic services. Research Method: This research uses quantitative analysis techniques with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach to assess the behavior of academic information system users. Results: The research results can provide an overview of the performance of academic information systems. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is to assist institutions in developing a more optimal academic information system.
