Abstract

Kejahatan seksual baik dalam bentuk prostitusi maupun dalam bentuk pelecehan seksual semakin meningkat dewasa ini dalam kehidupan masyarakat, hampir setiap saat kita dengar informasi terjadinya kejahatan seksual. Kejahatan ini sangat membahayakan masyarakat secara keseluruhan, karena dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kejahatan seksual ini sungguh luar biasa mengerikan, diantaranya: terganggunya stabilitas kehidupan sosial, maraknya penyakit menular/kelamin (aids), terganggunya ketahanan kehidupan keluarga dan lain sebagainya. Oleh sebab itu kejahatan seksual ini merupakan masalah besar bagi masyarakat yang harus dicarikan solusinya. Islam memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan besar ini, yaitu melalui jalan dakwah. Untuk itu dakwah harus mampu menjadi solusi agar kejahatan seksuaal ini dapat diminimalisir, kapan perlu dihentikan. Maka dakwah harus mampu mengambil langkah kongkrit, agar setiap perlakuan dan kegiatan yang akan menjerumuskan kepada kejahatan seksual ini bisa di putus matarantainya. Maka dalam artikel ini membahas prostitusi dan pelecehan seksual dalam tinjauan dakwah.

Abstract

This community service is caused by the tendency to strengthen the understanding of religious radicalism in society. Understanding radicalism obtained by the public along with developments in technology and information such as social media. In general, the understanding of radicalism has penetrated specific target groups such as young people. On the one hand, young people are among those who are vulnerable and potentially exposed to religious radicalism. On the other hand, young people are also potential groups in counter the understanding of religious radicalism. Community organizations such as Muhammadiyah have a strategic role in counteracting understanding of religious radicalism. Young people have a tactical and strategic role in counteracting the understanding of religious radicalism that tends to strengthen lately. Therefore, the seeding of thoughts, ideas, ideas of counter-radicalism and religious de-radicalism becomes relevant to carry out. The method used was a brainstorming technique, to find out the solution of a problem by gathering ideas spontaneously from group members. After that, it was then followed by a lecture method that ends up with a discussion. The results of this devotion showed an understanding of religious moderate for Muhammadiyah youth as a counter to understand the religious radicalism.

Abstract

Sharia-based policies can be understood as tangible manifestations in increasing regional participation in the development of religious life and assisting government work programs. The Mayor of Padang gave rise to sharia-based policies because seeing the condition of the students in Padang many did not care about the rules set in religion and many had violated the rules and norms of religion prevailing so far in the Minangkabau culture in general and the City of Padang in particular, as well as many students who are not good at reading the Koran and other religious rituals such as prayer, remembrance and so on. For the political elite, the ABS-SBK space is not only a cultural construction but also a political space. They make the cultural jargon as a policy orientation through the emergence of regional regulations, so that ABS-SBK becomes something formal-legalistic. From mapping the formulation of policy models, sharia-based policies use a more problem-oriented policy formulation process.

Abstract

This research was entitled Female Coffee Lovers' Consumptive Lifestyle at Espresso Beach Café in Pariaman. This study was a kind of illustrative subjective exploration that highlighted field research and did not put aside the concentration of writing that intended to describe the impolite behavior of female coffee lovers at Espresso Beach Café in Pariaman. The investigation strategy used in this research was purposive investigation. The informants taken in this study were female coffee lovers at Espresso Beach Cafe in Pariaman.The techniques used for collecting data were interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research showed that the quality of female coffee lovers was observed from their lifestyle and their public activities that spent a lot of energy with their friends. The inspiration for female coffee lovers was to satisfy their desires, supported by financial assistance and close friends that made female coffee lovers feel more comfortable in their exercise. The spendthrift behavior of female coffee lovers was in choosing the place, the type of the drink, the friends, friends’ nicknames, time according to their assumptions, how to drink a drink, visit, and the environment while drinking and saving pocket money.Kajian ini merupakan semacam eksplorasi subjektif ilustratif yang menyoroti tentang “Gaya Hidup Konsumtif Wanita di Espresso Beach Cafe Pariaman”, penelitian ini tidak mengesampingkan konsentrasi penulisan yang bermaksud menggambarkan cara tidak sopan perilaku para wanita pecinta kopi di Espresso Beach Café Pariaman. Strategi pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan purposive samppling. Lokasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah para wanita di Espresso Beach Café Pariaman yang mendapat kesempatan untuk mengkonsumsi kopi. Strategi pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas yang dimiliki wanita yang menyukai kopi terlihat dari gaya hidup dan aktivitas publik mereka, menghabiskan banyak energi dengan teman-teman mereka. Inspirasi bagi para ahli kopi wanita adalah untuk memuaskan hasrat mereka, didukung oleh bantuan keuangan dan pasangan yang membuat para pecinta kopi wanita lebih nyaman dalam latihan penggunaan mereka. Perilaku boros yang dilakukan para wanita penikmat kopi adalah dengan memilih tempat coffeshope, jenis minuman, memilih teman minum kopi, waktu untuk nongkrong, cara meminum, dan berusaha menghemat uang saku.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh identifikasi kepartaian terhadap preferensi memilih Generasi Milenial pada Pemilihan umum tahun 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan studi verifikasi, studi eksplanasi dan ekplorasi dari beberapa teori dan konsep-konsep Voting Behaviour. Kedua, penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor identifikasi kepartaian yang diduga mempengaruhi preferensi pemilih milenial terhadap sebuah Parpol, Calon Anggota Legislatif dan Calon Presiden dalam Pemilu Tahun 2019. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian survai. Sedangkan desain penelitian survai dibatasi pada penelitian yang datanya dikumpulkan dari sampel atas populasi untuk mewakili populasi. Dapat disimpulkan penelitian survai adalah penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam tipe penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research), Sig. (2-sided) 0,05 maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara identifikasi kepartaian terhadap perilaku memilih.jika nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) 0,05 maka tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara isu kampanye terhadap perilaku memilih. Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) 0,002< 0,05 maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara identifikasi partai dengan perilaku memilih. artinya pula bahwa identifikasi kepartaian juga mempunyai korelasi dengan perilaku memilih Kata Kunci : Generasi Milenial, identifikasi kepartaian, Pemilihan Umum

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of campaign issues on the preferences of the Millennial Generation in the 2019 general election. This research aims to develop a verification study, a descriptive study, and an exploration of several theories and concepts of Voting Behavior. Second, the study aims to analyze various factors influencing millennial voter preferences for a political party, legislative candidate, and presidential candidate in the 2019 election. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. While the survey research design is limited to research in which data is collected from a sample of the population to represent the population. It can be concluded that survey research takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research, Sig. (2-sided) 0.05, then there is a significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. If the Asymp value. Sig. (2-sided) 0.05, there is no significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. Asymp Value. Sig. (2-sided) 0.000 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. It also means that the issues in the campaign correlate with voting behavior.
