Abstract

Penelitian  mengenai waralaba dengan  data cross sectional sudah  cukup banyak dilakukan, namun  penelitian  mengenai  waralaba  dengan  data  time  series  masih  sedikit  dilakukan. Penelitian  ini akan  menyoroti masalah  pertumbuhan jaringan  waralaba  dalam  kaitannya dengan  initial  fee,  continuing  fee,  ukuran  waralaba  dan reputasi waralaba.  Initial fee  dan continuing free dihipotesiskan berpengaruh negatif sedangkan  ukuran waralaba dan reputasi waralaba  dihoptesiskan  berpengaruh  positif  terhadap  pertumbuhan  jaringan   waralaba. Sampel penelitian berupa data time series pada  Yayasan SIMA selama kurun waktu tahun September  1999  - Agustus  2003.  Data  time series  yang  digunakan  berupa  data  bulanan. Regresi linier berganda digunakan  dalam analisis data dan pembuktian  hipotesis penelitian. Hasi/1 analisis  menunjukkan  bahwa  Initial fee  sebagai biaya  awal yang  dibebankan  oleh franchisor kepada  franchise  tidak menunjukkan  adanya pengaruh  yang  signifikan  terhadap pertumbuhan  waralaba  (p =  0, 654). Berbeda  dengan  variabel Initial fee,  variable  continuing fee    atau    biaya    terus-menerus   yang    dibebankan    oleh   franchisor   kepada    franchise menunjukkan  adanya  pengaruh  negatif yang  signifikan  terhadap  pertumbuhan  waralaba pendidikan   SIMA  (p  = 0,000).  Ukuran  waralaba diperoleh  memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan  laba (p = 0,000). Reputasi waralaba diperoleh menunjukkan  tidak adanya pengaruh  yang signifikan  terhadap  pertumbuhan waralaba  (p =0,096).  Pengaruh  keempat  variabel  tersebut  menunjukkan  pengaruh  yang  cukup  besar, yanga   mencapai   73, 8%.   lndikasi   adanya   booming   dan  trend   dalam   bentuk  franchise pendidikan  ini menunjukkan adanya faktor lain selain pengaruh keempat variable tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Eko Setyo Wibowo. PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM TEACHING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN IPA PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 7 KEBUMEN TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015. Skripsi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Mei 2015.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menendeskripsikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA pada siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015; (2) meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching pada siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015; dan (3) mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi penggunaan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA  pada siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 7 Kebumen tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 24 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Sumber data berasal dari siswa dan observer. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Alat pengumpulan datanya berupa tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data, yang didapatkan dari siswa, guru, dan teman sejawat. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Prosedur penelitian adalah model spiral yang saling berkaitan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penggunaan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan langkah-langkahnya yaitu: a) tumbuhkan, b) alami, c) namai, d) demonstrasikan, e) ulangi, dan f) rayakan; 2) peningkatan pada kualitas proses pembelajaran yang paling signifikan terjadi pada siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 16%, 3) peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa tertinggi pada siklus II ke siklus III sebesar 7,9; dan 4) kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model Quantum Teaching dapat teratasi dengan beberapa solusi, sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model Quantum Teaching jika dilaksanakan sesuai langkah yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 7 Kebumen tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Kata kunci: Quantum Teaching, kualitas pembelajaran, IPA                                                     ABSTRACTEko Setyo Wibowo. THE APLICATION OF QUANTUM TEACHING MODEL IN IMPROVING NATURAL SCIENCE LEARNING QUALITY FOR THE FOURTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SDN 7 KEBUMEN IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2014/2015. Thesis, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Sebelas Maret University. May 2015.The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the steps of using Quantum Teaching model in improving natural science learning quality, (2) to describe the improvement of natural science learning quality for the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 7 Kebumen in the academic year of 2014/2015, and (3) to describe the problems and solutions of using Quantum Teaching model.This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were 24 students (12 male and 12 female students) in the fourth grade of SDN 7 Kebumen in the academic year of 2014/2015. The sources of data were obtained from students and observers. Techniques of collecting data were test, observation, and interview. Instruments of collecting data were test of learning outcomes, observation sheet and interview guide. Validity of data were triangulation technique obtained from students, teachers and classmates. Data were analyzed using qualitative technique including data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion or verification. Research procedure was sequenced spiral model.The results of this research show that: 1) the use of Quantum Teaching can improve natural science learning quality for the fourth grade students conducted appropriately, namely (TANDUR) : a) growing, b) experiencing, c) naming, d) demonstrating, e) repeating and f) celebrating, 2) the most significant improvement happened on learning process quality was 16%  from the first cycle to the second cycle; 3) the highest average of learning outcomes was 7.9 happened from the second cycle to the third cycle; and 4) the problems of using Quantum Teaching in the learning process could be solved by some solutions, so the learning activity could run well.The conclusion of this research is the application of Quantum Teaching conducted with appropriate step can improve natural science learning quality for the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 7 Kebumen in the academic year of 2014/2015. Keywords: Quantum Teaching, learning quality, natural science

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the role of value added (VA) especially the value added of intellectual capital coefficient (VAIN) and value added capital employed coefficient (VACA) as an indicator of intellectual capital (IC). By using The Pulic Model (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient – VAIC™) as the measure of IC and that consequency to the firm’s economic (OIS), financial (ROA)and stock market performance(MB)on banking companies. Data from this study were obtained from financial statements and annual reports of  banking companies drawn from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2011 for 25 companies. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The type of data used are secondary data in the form of annual reports by the media banking companies. Data analysis tools that use the Multivariate Analize with the help of a computer program SPSS. The results of this study indicate there is a possitive association between the value added of intellectual capital (VAIN) and financial performance (ROA) and the firm’s economic (OIS), but have no association on stock market performance(MB) on Indonesia banking companies. The results also show that the valueadded capital employed (VACA)  has a positive association on the firm’s economic (OIS) and stock market performance (MB), but the value added capital employed (VACA) have no association on financial performance (ROA) on Indonesia banking companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning Islamic religious education and activeness in organizations on students' awareness of religious moderation at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. This research is a field research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 341 students at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using linear and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the learning of Islamic religious education has no significant effect on students' awareness of religious moderation at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the results of r count which is smaller than r table (0.024 <0.113), and its significance value is 0.662 > 0.005, contributing only 00.1%. Organized activity does not have a significant effect on students' awareness of religious moderation at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the results of r count which is smaller than r table (0.030 <0.159), and its significance value is 0.586 > 0.005, contributing only 00.1%. There is no significant effect of Islamic religious education learning and organizational activity on students' awareness of religious moderation at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. This is indicated by F count < F table (0.253 < 3.04), and a significance value of 0.776 > 0.005, contributing only 00.1%. This means that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 00.1%.

Abstract

According to Kridalaksana (2001: 63) language style is the use of language wealth by someone in speaking and writing. It can also be interpreted as to use a certain type to achieve the general characteristics of the language of a literary group. There are many types of figurative language, speech can be broadly divided into four types, each with its own function. There are four types of language: comparative language style, contradictory language style, satire language style, affirmative language style.
