Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap keterampilan bermain futsal pada pemain walet muda futsal akademi u-16 Kebumen tahun 2021.Penelitian yang di lakukan merupakan penelitian deskripsi kuantitatif dengan dua variabel. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain walet muda futsal akademi u-16 dengan jumlah 17 peserta. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode survei, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik data menggunakan uji korelasi regresi.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Hasil penelitian di peroleh sebanyak 0 % pemain memiliki motivasi yang baik sekali, 52,9 % pemain memiliki motivasi baik, 29,4 % pemain memiliki motivasi cukup, 5,88 % pemain memiliki motivasi kurang, 11,76 % pemain memiliki motivasi yang kurang sekali. Maka dari data yang di peroleh tingkat motivasi pada pemain walet muda futsal academy di nyatakan baik. Dan tes keterampilan di ketahui sebanyak 8 pemain (47%) dinyatakan Baik Sekali, 3 pemain (18%) dinyatakan Baik, 0 pemain (0%) dinyatakan Cukup, dan 6 pemain (35%) dinyatakan Kurang, dan 0 pemain (0%) dinyatakan Kurang Sekali.Maka tingkat keterampilan pada pemain walet muda futsal academy U 16 di nyatakan baik sekali. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji korelasi dan realibility di dapatkan data N sebanyak 17 person correlations sebesar 1 (1,000) dan Cronbach's Alpha 0, 756 Berdasarkan pedoman derajat hubungan menunjukan tingkat hubungan sangat kuat. Berdasar hasil tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi terhadap tingkat keterampilan bermain pada pemain walet muda futsal akademi.

This study analyzes the inner conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel Mata Penakluk. The theory used is Sigmund Freud's theory to examine the psychological condition of the characters described in the novel Mata Penakluk. In addition, it also examines educational values. The aims of this study are to (1) describe the mental turmoil experienced by Abdurrahman Wahid's character in the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong, a review of literary psychology; (2) describe and imitate the values ??of character education contained in the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong published by PT Mizan Publica. Data collection techniques in this study used library, listen, and note-taking techniques. Data validity uses data triangulation. The data analysis technique uses flow analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) the psychological condition experienced by the character KH. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) in the novel Mata Penakluk is influenced by three elements including id, ego, superego; (2) the character values ??contained in the novel Mata Penakluk have 9 values ??including monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, liberation, brotherhood, simplicity, chivalry and local wisdom/tradition. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to pass down volleyball with the target wall media. This type of research is an experimental study with lower passing exercises using a target wall using circles and ropes on the lower passing ability of the students. The research subjects were volleyball extracurricular students in middle-high school; all students are 20 children. Based on the results of the calculation of the first hypothesis test, it is known that there is an effect of bottom passing practice using a target wall using a rope on the ability to pass down. The results of the calculation of the second hypothesis are known that there was an effect of lower passing practice using a target wall by using a circle on the ability to pass down. The results of the average comparison are known that the lower passing practice using the target wall using a circle is better than the under-passing exercise using the target wall using a rope on the volleyball bottom passing ability. The results of the comparison of the two training methods concluded that the lower passing exercise using a target wall using a circle had better results compared to the lower passing practice using a target wall using a rope on the volleyball bottom passing ability of the students. Futsal which is played by women is currently a sport that is quite popular in Indonesia and is in great demand by the public. This study aims to determine the development problems of the women's futsal club in Kebumen Regency and provide training programs that are in accordance with the training program as the basis for futsal coaching. This research is quantitative and descriptive. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey method with research questionnaires in the form of questions related to one topic or one related topic, which must be answered by the subject. The results of the study revealed that if the development of the women's futsal club in Kebumen Regency was a good category, the facilities and infrastructure of the women's futsal club in Kebumen Regency were in a good category, and the organization of the women's futsal club in Kebumen Regency was well organized, most of the coaches of the women's futsal club in Kebumen already had certified coach and in terms of funding the futsal club in Kebumen is a good category. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The approach used is a literary psychology approach. Sources of data obtained from documents. Data collection techniques with library techniques, listen, take notes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out by interactive data analysis. The validity of the data using theoretical poles. Based on the results of data analysis obtained 3 conclusions. First, the building blocks of the novel are the intrinsic elements. Intrinsic elements include; (a) the major theme is about the struggle for life of a warrior of the nation and religion, minor themes, among others, the problem of matchmaking, the problem of love, the problem of nationalism; (b) the main character is Hasyim Asy'ari, additional characters are Kiai Usman, Kiai Asy'ari, Kiai Ya'qub, Nyai Layinah, Nyai Halimah, Kiai Kholil, Darwis/Ahmad Dahlan, Nafisah, Marto Lemu, Wahab Hasbulloh and Bisri Sansuri; (c) the setting of the place (Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, Mecca of Saudi Arabia, Rooms, Gedang Islamic Boarding School, Keras Islamic Boarding School, Kademangan Islamic Boarding School, Semarang Land Islamic Boarding School, Siwalan Islamic Boarding School, Ship, Market and Prison), time setting (morning, afternoon, evening, night), background atmosphere (sad, happy, emotional, worried); (d) forward flow; (e) mixed viewpoints; (f) and the mandate that can be taken is honesty. The three values ??of psychological wisdom contained in the novel are (1) religious, (2) honest, (3) tolerance, (4) discipline, (5) hard work, (6) creative, (7) thirst for knowledge, (8) friendly/communicative, (9) nationalism. The pandemic pushed government to issue implement policies the study in Indonesia which is that learning must be performed online or long distance. This research is aimed to describe the online learning performance of Indonesian language subject during the Covid-19 pandemic at Mutiara Vocational High School of Kebumen. It belongs to a kind of qualitative research, which describe all forms of actions and the phenomena performed by subject examined in the implementation of online learning. The technique of data collection in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research illustrated that the performance of online learning in Mutiara Vocational High School of Kebumen at Indonesian language subject reasonably well done, both learners and teachers have had basic facilities what is needed. It described the readiness to perform online learning. In the implementation of online learning, teachers have already done the lesson plan and performed good learning using the learning media, strategies, learning methods and learning approaches are adjusted with the student. Online learning had flexibility in practice and be able to encourage the teachers to be more creative in teaching. Furthermore, students are required to be more self-reliant and motivated to be more active study. However, online learning had a constraints in the implementation of conditions unstable networks and learners' difficulties understood the learning materials is the unique challenge of learning online in Indonesian language subject. Oil palm is the largest vegetable oil-producing plantation crop in the world. The need for oil palm seeds increases along with the increasing demand for oil palm products. The need for these seeds needs to be balanced with the presence of ordinary oil palm seeds. The abnormalities in oil palm plantations were found due to the selection of seeds that were less selective. Chimera in plants is the formation of characteristics that are governed by several genotypic constitutions and grow side by side with each other in tissues. In oil palm, chimeras can begin to appear in the seedling phase. The characteristics of abnormalities can be seen in terms of morphology and plant physiology. Based on morphological characteristics, chimera plants have a phenotype that is determined by the presence of white or bright yellow leaves parallel to the stem, stunted plants, rosettes, undeveloped leaves, mantle sissy flowers, followed by squirrel tail flowers (androgynous), thick coat fruits, and thin skin. . Based on physiological characteristics, chimeras occur due to changes in chloroplast development which result in changes in the chlorophyll content of oil palm plants. Oil palm plants that are considered abnormal from time to time can turn into normal plants depending on the level of abnormality of each plant. This study aims to examine the characteristics of abnormalities in oil palm plants. Therefore, it can be seen that oil palm seeds are classified as abnormal to be selected before planting in the field. This is done to obtain high potential oil palm plantations. ‘Black or White’ described of complains, blames, jealously, selfishness, and understanding about the family love from Elliot Anderson’s character. This research is aimed to know the character of Elliot Anderson as main character by analyzing the evidence from the dialogues and his actions in the film. To know about the character of Elliot Anderson, the writer used the descriptive qualitative method in this paper. The writer employs himself to collect the data by reading script, watching the film and marking them. The writer used the film of Black or White by Mike Binder released in 2014 by Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The writer focused on the dialogues of the film, and then followed by analyzing the character through conscientiousness and neuroticism of personality. In this analysis, the writer finds out that final result about the protagonist character of Elliot Anderson. Elliot Anderson is a recently widower and visible wealthy grandfather. The writer found Conscientiousness of Elliot Anderson characteristic is ambitious and neuroticism Elliot is irritable or anger, complaining person, blaming person, selfish, and jealous. It’s all happened when on one particularly bad day, in which he loses his wife, he wishes people would recognize how hard he is trying and how good his heart is and just leaving him alone in his big house with its big swimming pool and his Mexican maid to raise his young granddaughter Eloise.
