As many as 48% of the total teacher population are non-civil servant teachers, most of whom earn below the regional minimum wage. The aim is to explore or explore in more detail the opportunities and challenges of using resources to achieve a sense of justice for honorary teachers in their income. This research is a literature study, with qualitative methods and a relational philosophy approach. The result of this research is that the President is central to solving the problem of honorary teachers because the Indonesian government system is presidential so that the president becomes the head of state as well as the government. The Indonesian government should have drawn up a grand design for the field of education, specifically for human resources, by removing the status of civil servant and non-civil servant teachers and their derivatives so that there is only one term for teachers of the Republic of Indonesia who have the same regulations, welfare and guarantee of work wherever they carry out their duties. in both public and private schools. There are ten hypotheses for this study. data was taken with a questionnaire as primary data and observations as secondary data. Data analysis was carried out with smartPLS. Of the seven hypotheses of direct influence, five hypotheses were found to be proven between the independent variable and the dependent variable to have a positive and significant relationship. Two of the seven hypotheses of direct influence there are two hypotheses whose results have a positive and insignificant effect. For variables with an indirect effect from the three hypotheses, there are two hypotheses that have a positive and insignificant relationship. Abstract

Non-profit institutions, even if they are religious institutions, cannot be separated from finances, how they earn and how they are managed. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research tries to dissect how the Catholic Church in West Surabaya Diocese of Surabaya Diocese struggles to manage finances during the co-19 pandemic. There are two issues in this research, namely whether the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the collection income of the Catholic Church and on the impact that has arisen on the income of church collections during the Covid-19 pandemic, and how the Catholic Church has financed its activities. The results of the study revealed that only at the beginning of the pandemic, some churches experienced ups and downs in their collection income, but after getting used to it; the collection income became stable again. In financing its activities, namely routine activities, programs, worship, and charities, all the Church manages from the finances of the congregation's collections and donations. During this pandemic, the Catholic Church of the West Surabaya Diocese of the Surabaya Diocese did not raise funds. The pure church only accepts congregational collections and donations from its own congregation. Keywords: non-profit organizations, catholic church, collections, donations, activities.

Abstract

Whatever the organization, it is important to pay attention to dynamic capabilities . Even though there have been many studies related to dynamic capabilities, they are still relevant today. This research is a follow-up study of the same theme that the author has examined. The difference is in the research sample. This study tries to present the influence of dynamic capabilities on organizational resilience by mediating digital transformation from the point of view of school principals and their representatives. Data was taken by distributing questionnaires via Googleform as primary data. Data analysis was performed with smartPLS. From the two direct effect hypotheses, it was found that the two hypotheses proved to have a positive and significant relationship, namely, dynamic capabilities on organizational resilience and digital transformation towards organizational resilience. For an indirect relationship, significant results were also found, namely the relationship between dynamic capabilities and organizational resilience with digital transformation as a mediating variable.
