Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of the application of Islamic business ethics on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). The research method used in this research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis based on multiple linear regression analysis obtained partial and simultaneous effect. The results of the accepted hypothesis or variables that have a positive and significant effect on the performance variables, namely the aspect of fairness, free will, responsibility, Tauhid and Ihsan have a significant positive effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Simultaneously all aspects of Islamic business ethics affect performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.746 or 74.6%. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on performance is seen from the Standardized Coefficients Beta test by looking at the value of the Standardized Coefficients Beta the largest is the responsibility variable with a value of 0.475 greater than the other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide motivational reinforcement, dissemination of information, and efforts to build awareness of high school students (SMA) equivalent to the urgency of continuing study to university which has implications for education, career, and family economic income. The method of service implementation is carried out in the form of socialization and motivational training in each selected sample school. There are five sample schools with a total target of 12th-grade high school students. The description of this activity is reviewed from the stages of activity planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities. Data collection techniques in evaluating this activity use pre-test and post-test in the form of direct questions about students' interest in continuing their studies in college. The technique of analyzing the results of the evaluation uses a comparison of the number of students who are interested in further studies during pre-training and post-training. The results of this service activity showed that educational activities for the continuation of studies up to university were quite effective. This is evidenced by the increase in the number of students who are interested in further studies after the education or socialization process is carried out. With these results, it is hoped that similar activities will be held in the coming year for different students so that the continuity of study is evenly distributed among all high schools

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the skills of test-takers in solving general intelligence test questions for prospective civil servants in 2021. The method used in this service is participatory action research which involves collaboration with participants through actions given by the trainer as well as a facilitator. The action is in the form of delivering material, giving information on how to quickly solve problems, and tiered exercises. An important finding in this service is that students who are guided in following explanations and exercises well, meanwhile through pre-test and post-test data, it is concluded that there is a gap in mathematical insight and case analysis for civil servant enthusiasts from the natural sciences department or allied with graduates from majoring in social sciences or a cognate. This difference in responses and learning outcomes becomes a follow-up in the next service with different treatments.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menguatkan mindset ekonomi masyarakat, melatih keterampilan kreasi kerajinan tas noken dan tikar dari bahan alam serta inisiasi pendirian kelompok usaha masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan Participatory action research (PAR) sehingga skema pelaksanaan pengabdian mengikuti alur model  ini. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 warga muslim suku Kokoda, Kampung Maibo Kabupaten Sorong. Teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian dengan penjelasan langsung, demonstrasi keterampilan dan latihan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berlangsung dengan baik, dengan program terlaksana adalah penguatan motivasi dan mindset masyarakat, pelatihan  peningkatan keterampilan pembuatan tas noken dan tikar sajada daun dan inisiasi pendirian kelompok usaha bersama dan UMKM. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan, 82% masyarakat telah menguasai keterampilan membuat kerajinan tas noken dan  tikar setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan lingkungan sosial terhadap keputusan berwirausaha pada mahasiswa ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri Sorong. Pada penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 mahasiswa yang memiliki usaha pada Angkatan 2019-2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian dan lingkungan sosial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan berwirausaha. Besarnya koefisien R Square sebesar 0,49 menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (X) secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel terikat (Y) sebesar 49%, sisanya sebesar 51% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang lain. dimana variabel yang memiliki pengaruh langsung terbesar yaitu lingkungan sosial terhadap keputusan berwirausaha sebesar 18,8%, dan diikuti kepribadian terhadap keputusan berwirausaha sebesar 15%.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of advertising and price on purchasing decisions with social media Instagram as a moderating variable. Research at the Muntira Skin Care Clinic in Sorong City used a quantitative research method with an associative research type. The sample in this study were all consumers who used Muntira Skin Care Clinic products in Sorong City. As for the sampling of this study using non-probability sampling technique. The data management method in this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study found that advertising had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media had an effect on purchasing decisions, Instagram social media moderated advertising on purchasing decisions, and social media moderated prices on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Advertising, Pricing, SocialMedia, Purchase Decision.Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana iklan dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan media sosial Instagram sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Muntira Skin Care Kota Sorong dan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari seluruh konsumen yang menggunakan produk Klinik Muntira Skin Care Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling non probabilitas untuk pengambilan sampel. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Media sosial juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan media sosial Instagram memoderasi pengaruh iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, media sosial juga memoderasi pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Iklan, Harga, Media Sosial, Keputusan Pembelian.
