Abstract

Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that is more than 500 ml (in vaginal delivery) or more than 1000 ml (in caesarean delivery), WHO (World Health Organization) Regarding national health status in achieving the Sustainable Developmentd Goals (SDGs) target globally, around 830 women died every day due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth with an MMR rate of 216/100,000 live births. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between preeclampsia, pregnancy spacing and birth weight of babies simultaneously with postpartum hemorrhage in the work area of Sumber Marga Telang Public Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2020. This study uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach, the independent variables (preeclampsia, gestational interval and birth weight) and the dependent variable (the incidence of Postpartum Hemorrhage). This study uses secondary data by viewing and recording data from medical records using a Check List. The results of the chi-square test of the preeclampsia variable obtained value = 0.001 smaller than = 0.05, the variable duration of pregnancy obtained value = 0.044 and the BBRL variable obtained value = 0.00405 indicating there is a significant relationship between preeclampsia, pregnancy distance and BBRL with post partum hemorrhoids in the Work Area of the Sumber Marga Telang Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2020    Keywords         : LBW, Pregnancy Distance, Preeclampsia, Post Partum Hemorrhage

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a multisystem disorder with a complex etiology that typically occurs during pregnancy. Preeclampsia is usually defined as an increase in blood pressure and proteinuria that occurs after 20 weeks of gestation. In Indonesia, preeclampsia is a high cause of maternal death in addition to bleeding and infection, namely bleeding up to 28%, preeclampsia 24%, infection by 11%, complications of the uterus by 8%, prolonged labor by 5% and abortion by 5%. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between diabetes mellitus, obesity and history of hypertension simultaneously with the incidence of preeclampsia in the Kertapati Palembang Health Center Working Area in 2021. This type of research is quantitative using an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out at the Kertapati Health Center in Palembang with a total sample of 99 respondents. This study uses secondary data with a checklist tool. The results of the chi-square statistical test for diabetes mellitus variable obtained value (p<0.000), obesity variable obtained value (p<0.001) and hypertension history variable obtained value (p<0.001) smaller than = 0.05 indicating there is a significant relationship between diabetes mellitus, obesity and history of hypertension with preeclampsia   Keywords         : Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, History of Hypertension, Preeclampsia

Abstract

Contraception is the meeting of a mature egg and sperm cell that results in pregnancy. Contraception is to avoid pregnancy due to the meeting of a mature egg cell with a sperm cell. An estimated 225 million women in developing countries wish to delay or discontinue fertility but do not use any contraceptive method for the following reasons: limited choice of contraceptive method and experience of side effects. Data on the number of active family planning participants in South Sumatra province consisted of IUD 246 people (0.63%), MOW 92 people (0.23%), MOP 116 people (0.29%), condoms 4234 people (10.9%) , Pills 13672 people (35.3%). This research is quantitative using analytical survey research methods, namely correlation analysis research that can be seen how far the contribution of certain factors to the existence of a particular event with the "Cross Sectional" approach. This research was carried out at Telag Jaya Telang Health Center with a sample of 69 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data where this data is obtained through a direct interview process with respondents using a questionnaire tool. The results of the chi-square statistical test for the age variable obtained value = 0.000, knowledge variable obtained value = 0.000, partner support variable was obtained value = 0.000 smaller than = 0.05 indicating there is a significant relationship between age, knowledge and partner support with the use of the IUD in the Telang Jaya Telang Health Center Work Area in 2021   Keywords         : IUD, Spouse Support, Knowledge, Age

Abstract

Lactational Amenorrhea is a contraceptive that relies on exclusive breastfeeding. The Lactational Amenorrhea Method. is a natural family planning method that has a fairly high level of effectiveness, which is 98% if used correctly. The application of the lactational amenorrhea (MAL) method in Indonesia is still low, this is measured by the low level of achievement of exclusive breastfeeding. In general, more people use hormonal contraception. Experts also concluded that women who do not use contraception but breastfeed exclusively or almost exclusively and experience amenorrhoea have less than 2% chance of pregnancy in the first 6 months of postpartum. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of exclusive breastfeeding, mother's knowledge and the role of health workers simultaneously on Lactational Amenorrhea in the Telang Jaya Telang Health Center Work Area in 2021. The research design used in this quantitative study was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Telang Jaya Telang Health Center with a total of 79 respondents. The results of the chi-square statistical test for the exclusive breastfeeding variable obtained value = (ρ <0.000), knowledge variable obtained value = (ρ <0.001), the role factor of health workers was obtained value = (ρ <0.010) smaller than = 0.05 indicating there is a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding , knowledge and role of health workers with lactational amenorrhea in the Telang Jaya Telang Health Center Work Area in 2021.   Keywords      : Exclusive Breastfeeding, Lactational Amenorrhea Method, Knowledge, Role of Health Workers

Abstract

A tear in the birth canal is trauma caused by the birth of a baby that occurs in the cervix, vagina or perineum. The tears that occur can be minor (blisters, lacerations), episiotomy wounds, spontaneous perineal tears from mild degrees to total detail rupture (disconnected anal sphincter), tears in the vaginal wall, uterine fornix, cervix, area around the clitoris and urethra, even the most severe such as rupture. uterus. Based on the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) in 2012, the MMR in Indonesia is still quite high, at 248 per 100,000 live births, this figure is still the highest in Asia, while the target for the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) is 226 per 100,000 live births. The biggest causes of maternal death that occur during the puerperium are bleeding 28%, eclampsia 24%, infection 11%, and others at 11%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between primiparas, maternal birth spacing and birth weight simultaneously with the occurrence of perineal rupture in normal delivery mothers in the Semuntul Health Center area, Banyuasin Regency in 2020. This study was quantitative using an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The cross sectional research design is a study in which all the variables, both dependent variable (perineal rupture) and independent (primipara, birth spacing and birth weight). P Value = 0.000, birth weight variable obtained P Value = 0.000 <0.05 this indicates that there is a significant relationship between primiparas, gestational interval and birth weight with the incidence of perineal rupture.   Keywords         : Birth Weight, Pregnancy Distance, Primipara, Perennial Rupture
