Educators make one of the realizations of the quality of education in schools for the better. The professionalism of a teacher is one of the determinants that the process of learning activities goes well and perfectly. <![CDATA[Assistance for prospective madrasah diniyah teachers is part of the process of preparing cadres in Islamic symbols in the archipelago of the Republic of Indonesia. The mentoring that was carried out within a period of 1 month has inspired the students who have studied at the Madrasah Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Learning through the sorogan, bandongan and batsul masa'il approaches is not just classical learning, but a lot of philosophical principles are obtained in the formation of the souls of students who are polite, tawadu' and have good character. Mentoring which aims to equip prospective madrasah diniyah teachers in both material and religious abilities also equips prospective teachers to have an educator spirit in conveying knowledge in the community. Ability testing is carried out in the sorogan, bandongan and discussion method approaches or better known as batsul masa'il. The results obtained in the mentoring activity are that prospective students have met the standards both in the ability to read the salafi book and the ability to convey the contents contained in the yellow book. The ability to study and read the yellow book is a must for every santri who will serve as a madrasah diniyah teacher.]]>

<![CDATA[Santripreneurs are very important in Islamic boarding schools and at Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat is a boarding school located in the village of Banjarwati, Paciran sub-district which is in a large complex and is currently introducing students to the business sector. The Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School will later become an example for other pesantren, especially those in Lamongan and East Java in an effort to improve the quality of students who have an entrepreneurial spirit. The obstacle faced is the lack of students who have an entrepreneurial spirit. So the solution that can be given is to hold Santripreneur Empowerment through the Production of "D'BOX CRISPY" with the students of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this program is to empower the students of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School in instilling the entrepreneurial spirit in the program. Then the method used is to make banana chips which are developed into banana chips and later learn to introduce or promote the products they made earlier. Other than that, the result of this program is that the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School can improve students who have an entrepreneurial spirit and maintain and even develop them Santripreneur sangatlah penting dalam Pondok Pesantren dan di Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat adalah pondok pesantren yang terletak di desa banjarwati kecamatan paciran yang mana berada di kompleks yang luas dan baru baru ini sedang mengenalkan santri dalam bidang bisnis . Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat nantinya akan menjadi contoh untuk pesantren lain khususnya yang ada di lamongan dan jawa timur dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas santri yang berjiwa interpreneur. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya santri yang mempunyai jiwa interpreneur. Sehingga solusi yang dapat di berikan adalah dengan mengadakan Pemberdayaan Santripreneur Melalui Produksi “D’BOX CRISPY” dengan bersama santri Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk memberdayakan santri Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat dalam menanamkan jiwa jiwa interpreneur dalam progrm tersebut. Kemudian metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pembuatan pelapah pisang yang di kembangkan menjadi kripik pelapah pisang dan nantinya juga belajar memperkenalkan atau mempromosikan produk yang dibuatnya tadi. Lain daripada itu hasil dari program ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat dapat meningkatkan santri santri yang berjiwa interpreneur.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan antara lain kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam seni menulis Arab di kelas. Kesulitan mereka sebab kurang percaya diri dalam praktik menulis serta merasa tidak mudah untuk focus dan jenuh. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh tim ini adalah mengajak siswa mengenal aplikasi Canva. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 16 orang peserta telah mampu memahami materi menulis Arab. Materi-materi yang disajikan melalui aplikasi Canva memiliki daya tarik dan seni yang baik. This Community Service activity aims to overcome several problems, including the lack of students' ability in the art of Arabic writing in class. Their difficulties are due to their lack of confidence in writing practice and feeling that it is not easy to focus and get bored. One of the efforts that can be done by this team is to invite students to get to know the Canva application. Based on the results of the activity, it showed that as many as 16 participants were able to understand Arabic writing material. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the work performance of teachers and employees at SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Quantitative research method involving 98 respondents using the validity test, reliability test and multiple regression analysis. The results of research at SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan showed the magnitude of the positive influence between the influence of leadership style on the work performance of teachers and employees at SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan. The correlation coefficient value of 0.876 indicates a positive relationship between leadership style and employee performance at SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan. While the coefficient of determination (R2) is 76.7% indicating the magnitude of the contribution of leadership style to work performance]]>

<![CDATA[Everyone is always faced with the fulfillment of unlimited needs. The purpose of this study is to examine the levels of human needs according to Abraham Maslow and maqasid sharia. A normative and sociological research methodology approach that bases analysis on social phenomena. The results of the observation of Abraham Maslow's theory are studied in the discipline of sharia. The concept of maqasid sharia places religion as a benchmark in order to save human souls. The levels of need in the sharia maqasid concept include hifdz addin (preservation of religion), hifdz al nafs (preservation of the soul), hifdz al mal (preservation of property), hifdz aql (preservation of reason), and hifdz al nasl (preservation of offspring). Abraham Maslow stated that someone who has achieved self-actualization is universal, will be able to uphold the values ??of goodness in dealing with others even though it is not religious. <![CDATA[This community assistance activity aims to provide assistance to lecturers and academics in compiling scientific papers and journals using reference management applications. This service method is carried out with assistance and training using the Mendeley Desktop application. The activity was held on February 14 2021, attended by 40 lecturers. The results of the research show that using Mendeley is very helpful in the process of writing journals and scientific work. Participants are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity and it is very important for the activity to be carried out.]]>
