Abstract

Typologically, Islamic boarding school education has had an influence on civilization in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia play three important roles in Islamic civilization. First, Islamic boarding schools function as centers for religious studies that give birth to Muslim scholars, so that they can develop Islamic teachings. Second, is the act of openness to modernization by considering selectivity acts that function as a filter. Third, pesantren creates a link to connect religion, culture, and local wisdom. Abstract

Pesantren are institutions of educational institutions that still exist from all changes. A manifestation of the development of pesantren that brings the principle of moderation of Islam in Indonesia.Seperti phenomena process of internalization of Islamic Moderation values ​​at Students in boarding Qomaruddin Gresik. Its existence as the oldest cottage on the north coast as the transfer of cultural access but still maintaining the habits of pesantren despite being squeezed by industrialization. This makes the study of the internalization of the Santri Moderation in Qomaruddin Gresik pesantren interesting. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach, case study research, observation data collection method, interview, documentation, and literature review. The concept of internalization of Moderation values ​​in Santri is an attempt to realize the process of taking Islamic Moderation by Santri to be manifested in everyday behavior. The implementation of internalization of Islamic Moderation values ​​in the Islamic School at the Qomaruddin Gresik pesantren is done through the development of efforts in the process of value internalization, the development of strategies and methods and aspects that have an important role in internalizing the value of Islamic Moderation.

Abstract

Pesantren dalam hubungannya dengan peningkatan strategi pengembangan merupakan isu aktual pada perbincangan kepesantrenan.Pengembangan pesantren merupakan sebuah keniscayaan, karena kelahiran pesantren sendiri merupakan hasil proses interaksi antar Muslim di Indonesia dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan pokok mereka terhadap pendidikan Islam. Penelitian kualitatif ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan sebuah pondok pesantren dan menghasilkan bahwa strategi pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Qomaruddin terdiri dari : Pengembangan kelembagaan, Sumber daya (ketenagaan), Kurikulum, Santri ( siswa / mahasiswa) dan alumni, Lingkungan, Sarana dan Prasarana, serta aspek pengembangan sumber dana. Abstract

Guru sebagai pendidik dan pembimbing serta Pembina siswa agar menjadi akhlak yang baik, dituntut untuk bisa menjadi professional. Melalui kegiatan supervisi kepala Madrasah yang baik maka diharapkan bisa mewujudkan lingkungan yang beorientasi profesianalitas. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti meneliti tentang Upaya peningkatan profesioalitas guru melalui suvervisi kepala madrasah. Kegiatan penelitian berlokasi di MAN 1 Gresik melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan descripsitive research melalui beberapa tahapan penelitian dihasilkan bahwa kegiatan sepervisi oleh kepala Madrasah MAN 1 Gresik mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme guru baik melalui komptensi kepribadian, professional, sosial dan pedagogik. Kata Kunci: Supervisi, Profesionalisme
