Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of participatory leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervention variable at PT Rahayu Perdana Trans. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire to 150 respondents which is then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and an overview of research variables, while quantitative analysis conducted by SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) will be used to test the hypothesis in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be seen that participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and the effect of distributive justice on turnover intention, the influence of leadership and the influence of distributive justice to the workload at PT XYZ. In this case, the workload in this study be the intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with causal relationship approach. The process of collecting primary data is done through a questionnaire technique directly to 100 respondents based on Slovin sampling. While data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. Results of data analysis shows that: (i) high and low levels of leadership in the company, will not affect employee turnover intention, (ii) high distributive justice in the company, then will reduce the level of employee turnover intention, (iii) the perceived high workload employees, it will affect employee turnover intention, (iv) low workload, no will affect distributive justice in decreasing the intensity of turnover intention in employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance, including: leadership, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction. This study also wants to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and analyze how job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 130 permanent employees at PT TI. The sample used was 99 employees using the Slovin formula calculation. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique which was carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population. The research method used is quantitative with SEM-PLS. Based on the analysis in this study, the results show that: 1) Leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 3) The work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction; 4) Leadership has no significant effect on employee performance; 5) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance; 6) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 7) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 8) Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance; 9) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance; 10) Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on teacher performance through job satisfaction at madrasah arifah. This research uses a quantitative approach through questionnaires to 98 respondents with a Likert scale with analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The research results show:leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect and significant to teacher job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, leadership has an indirect effect on teacher performance, motivation has an indirect effect on teacher performance, work discipline has an indirect effect on teacher performance, so it can be concluded that leadership, motivation , and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at Arifah Madrasah.
