Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of public computer users' satisfaction toward the efficiency and effectiviness of students at Trisakti school of management. User satisfaction was measured by feature completeness, stability/ accuracy, user friendly, innovation, security and flexibility. This study uses 380 respondents which are students at Trisakti School of Management. Data was collected by using simple random sampling. Using Multiple Regression Analysis, the result shows that public computer users satisfaction have significant influence toward efficiency and effectiviness of students at Trisakti School of Management. ilowever, from t-test shows that feature completeness, innovation, security, flexibility have significant influence toward efficiency, and feature completeness, innovation have significant influence toward effectiveness.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) merupakan agenda pembangunan dunia yang dipelopori oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UN) memiliki tujuan bagi kesejahteraan umat manusia, dan melestarikan kehidupan bumi. Dengan mengacu kepada tujuan ke 4 dari tujuh belas tujuan SDG, yakni: menjamin pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkeadilan serta mendorong kesempatan belajar seumur hidup bagi semua orang. Sebagian besar mata pencaharian penduduk di desa tersebut adalah petani. Beberapa komoditas utama seperti pala, gula aren dan manggis menjadi industri rumah tangga yang kerap menjadi andalan desa tersebut. Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) STIE Trisakti bekerja sama dengan SMA Lab School Kebayoran dimana P3M berkontribusi dalam hal pengadaan dan pelatihan dasar komputer. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengelola desa Cibuntu adalah pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai sarana dalam kegiatan administrasi yang cepat, mudah dan efisien. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang diterapkan meliputi: ceramah, presentasi, studi kasus, simulasi dan evaluasi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan akses kecepatan sambungan internet, instalasi jaringan sederhana, dan penanganan atas serangan virus dengan harapan pekerjaan administrasi dan laporan perkembangan desa dapat diaplikasikan dengan mudah dan cepat. Target dan luaran yang hendak dicapai adalah membangun infrastruktur jaringan sederhana, mendorong kesempatan belajar bagi setiap warga desa, dan membina inovasi yang berkelanjutan. Tentunya bukan sekedar ilmu dan pengetahuan yang disampaikan, tetapi juga bantuan dua unit komputer sebagai wujud untuk kemudahan bagi perangkat desa Cibuntu dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasional sehari-hari. Abstract

The purpose of implementing Community Service is to provide knowledge and training in the use of Information Technology. In the current pandemic era, online transactions by using Information Technology are an option for the social community. From the preliminary interviews conducted with the Principal of SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang, it was found that most of the students had an interest in doing business online. But they don't understand how to run an online business to increase sales. Therefore, the training given to class XI students of SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang, Tangerang is the use of Search Engine Optimization to optimize online sales. The focus of knowledge and training on Community Service activities is Search Engine Optimization with image design sub-modules. The stages carried out are first, providing knowledge and motivation to students about online sales; second, providing knowledge and how to create a Keyword Planner using Google as one of the ways to optimize Search Engine Optimization, and thirdly providing training on image design based on Keyword Planner that has been made for optimization in online sales. The method used is by sharing, discussion and question and answer. Since it is currently in a pandemic era, the delivery of training activity materials is carried out using Zoom. Evaluation of the results of activities is carried out by distributing questionnaires using Google Form. As a result of this activity, students gained knowledge about using Google Keyword Planner as a Search Engine Optimization to optimize online salesABSTRAK:Tujuan dilaksanakan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi.Dalam masa pandemi sekarang ini, transaksi secara online dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat. Dari wawancara pendahuluan yang dilakukan dengan Kepala Sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang, dijketahui, bahwa sebagian besar murid-murid memiliki ketertarikan dengan berbisnia secara online. Tetapi mereka belum mengerti bagaimana menjalankan bisnis secara online untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan yang diberikan kepada murid-murid kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang, Tangerang adalah penggunaan Search Engine Optimization untuk mengoptimalisasi penjualan online. Fokus pengetahuan dan pelatihan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat adalah Search Engine Optimization dengan sub-modul rancangan gambar. Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan adalah pertama, memberikan pengetahuan dan motivasi kepada para siswa tentang penjualan online; kedua, memberikan pengetahuan dan cara membuat Keyword Planner dengan menggunakan Google sebagai salah satu cara meng-optimalisasi Search Engine Optimization, dan ketiga memberikan pelatihan rancangan gambar berdasarkan Keyword Planner yang sudah dibuat untuk optimasi di penjualan online. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara sharing, diskusi dan tanya-jawab. Karena saat ini sedang dalam masa pandemi, penyampaian materi kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Zoom. Evaluasi hasil kegiatan dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dengan menggunakan Google Form. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, murid-murid mendapat pengetahuan mengenai penggunaan Google Keyword Planner sebagai Search Engine Optimization untuk meng-optimalisasi penjualan online

Abstract

In today's technological era, digital marketing is one of the keys to business success. The implementation of digital marketing includes copywriting and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. The implementation of this service activity provides training for MSME actors to know, understand, and be able to practice information technology for digital marketing activities. Starting from preliminary interviews with MSME managing partners, several main problems were identified in their business marketing, namely first, insight into digital marketing, second, techniques to increase online sales, third, increasing product reputation, and fourth, improving product packaging and presentation quality. According to the needs of the participants, this training explains digital marketing, as well as conveys two techniques in digital marketing, namely copywriting and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The stages of implementing Community Service are first, knowledge of digital marketing, second, understanding of copywriting, and third, the practice of implementing SEO in the participants' online business. In the main activity of implementing SEO techniques, participants were trained to use the Google Keyword Planner analysis tool. This training uses lectures, tutorials, discussion, and practice methods. This service implementation activity was carried out during the pandemic so the delivery of training activity material was carried out using Zoom media. Evaluation of the results of the activities was carried out through question and answer with the participants. As a result of this activity, it is hoped that MSME participants have started to apply Search Engine Optimization techniques to run their businessesABSTRAK:Di era teknologi saat ini, pemasaran digital menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan bisnis. Penerapan pemasaran digital diantaranya melalui teknik copywriting dan Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMKM agar mengetahui, memahami, dan mampu mempraktekkan teknologi informasi untuk kegiatan pemasaran secara digital. Berawal dari wawancara pendahuluan terhadap mitra pengelola UMKM, teridentifikasi beberapa masalah utama dalam pemasaran bisnis mereka yakni pertama, wawasan tentang pemasaran digital, kedua, teknik menaikkan penjualan secara online, ketiga, menaikkan reputasi produk, dan keempat, meningkatkan kualitas kemasan dan penyajian produk. Sesuai kebutuhan peserta tersebut, pelatihan ini membekali penjelasan tentang digital marketing, serta menyampaikan dua teknik didalam digital marketing yaitu copywriting dan SEO. Tahapan pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu pertama, pengetahuan tentang digital marketing, kedua, pemahaman copywriting, dan ketiga, praktik menerapkan SEO dalam bisnis online para peserta. Pada kegiatan utama penerapan teknik SEO, peserta dilatih untuk memanfaatkan alat bantu analisis Google Keyword Planner. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tutorial, diskusi, dan praktik. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam masa pandemik sehingga penyampaian materi kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan media Zoom. Evaluasi hasil kegiatan dilakukan melalui tanya-jawab dengan peserta. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of expected return, self efficacy, perceive risk, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and investment / transaction attitude on investment intention, especially students. The data used in this study are primary data collected from questioner that involve 383 respondents which are active students from various majors in West Jakarta who have an Investment Gallery on their college. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result shows that expected return, self efficacy, perceive risk, subjective norms, and investment attitude have a significant effect to determine the investment intention. Meanwhile, perceived behavior control doesn’t affect investment intention in students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence related the internal and external influence of corporate factors on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The independent variables used in this study are Board Size, Audit Quality, Board of Director Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Leverage, Audit Committee, and Media Exposure.This study used non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2021. Researchers used purposive sampling in determining company samples, and 99 companies met the criteria in this study. In this study, the hypothesis was test using the multiple linear regression method. The result of this study show that Board Size has positive effect on CSRD, because the larger size of the board, thus higher the understanding and experience to make disclosures. Audit Quality has a positive effect on CSRD, because high audit quality can expand the disclosure made by the company. Leverage has a positive effect on CSRD, the company seeks to attract a good image from public for a good returns in the future. Meanwhile, other variables the Board of Director Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Audit Committee, and Media Exposure, do not affect CSRD. Because it does not have a significant impact to motivate companies in making CSRD

Abstract

The Merdeka Internship Program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology aims to increase students' knowledge and experience in the world of professional work. This Merdeka Internship Program is carried out at Active MAP Adiperkasa/Active MAP with HR Recruitment position. MAP Active (PT MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk) is a retailer engaged in sports products and is a subsidiary of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP). The brands managed by this company like Fitflop, Docmart, Skechers, New Balance, ALDO etc.The work done during the Merdeka Internship Program is to carry out the the end-to-end recruitment process. As for other work, such as helping project walk-in interviews which have been carried out 3 times during the internship. The Merdeka Internship Program is fully offline program so that we can learn many things directly and can be used as provisions to enter the world of work.The result of this internship program is to add new knowledge and experience that cannot be obtained from studying in college and also working professionally. In addition, hard skills and soft skills are also very well honed.

Abstract

This final internship report is a form of accountability to provide an explanation regarding the author's activities while undergoing an internship at PT Abbauf Mulia Konsultan Teknologi, which was organized through the Merdeka Campus Certified Internship program for work programs from the Government Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. PT Abbauf Mulia Konsultan Teknologi is a consulting company engaged in technology. The contents of this report describe the routine activities and responsibilities as an apprentice placing the account manager position in the “Management of Marketing Strategy by Account Manager for Grouping Target Clients of GIS Products” project. The author explains the benefits and experience in the world of work, especially related to the analysis of market materials and product analysis from PT Abbauf Mulia Konsultan Teknologi.
