Abstract

B.IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan safety risk management pada Unit Perawatan Pesawat Udara khususnya di Rotary Wing Hangar, Engine-Propeller Workshop dan Engineering. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment and Mitigation sebagai bentuk dari pengolahan data dan penilaian pada fasilitas dan aktifitas sehingga dapat dilakukan mitigasi untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko bahaya yang tinggi pada suatu pekerjaan menjadi acceptable. Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat aktifitas yang teridentifikasi pada tingkat intolerable, tolerable, acceptable after review sehingga perlu dilakukan mitigasi pada pekerjaan tersebut. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat beberapa risiko bahaya yang memiliki nilai tinggi sehingga harus dilakukan pengendalian untuk menurunkan risiko dari bahaya pada pekerjaan tersebut. Saran yang dianjurkan yaitu perlunya dilakukan evaluasi safety management system pada Unit Perawatan Pesawat Udara.B.EnglishThis study aims to determine the application of safety risk management in the Aircraft Maintenance Unit, especially in the Rotary Wing Hangar, Engine-Propeller Workshop and Engineering. The method used in this research is to use qualitative analysis and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Mitigation as a form of data processing and assessment of facilities and activities so that mitigation can be carried out to reduce the high level of hazard risk on a job to be acceptable. From the results of the study, there are activities identified at the level of intolerable, tolerable, acceptable after review so that mitigation needs to be done on the work. The conclusion of this research is that there are several hazards that have a high value so that control must be carried out to reduce the risk of hazards in the work. The recommended advice is the need to evaluate the safety management system in the Aircraft Maintenance Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to complete the safety management system document and change the layout of the sheet metal workshop at PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility Surabaya. The authors found a decrease in the level of safety and efficiency based on the results of field observations. Based on the existing conditions, the author will process the data using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches or HIRAM (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Mitigation) and gap analysis to analyze and process existing data using the HIRAM method which is then followed up by making a new layout. The conclusion of this study is to find the risk of hazards that have a high value so that controls must be carried out to reduce the risk of the hazard to an acceptable level of risk and create a new layout of the sheet metal workshop. Suggestions from the results of this paper are that PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility carries out mitigation measures from the results of this research and makes minimum layout changes as designed by the authors.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the results of the data record condition of safety in maintenance unit issued by the safety and quality department of PT. Avia Teknik Dirgantara who explained that every year starting from 2017-2021 there were several incidents that caused minor injuries to the workers in the company. There are two research variables that will be analyzed related to their relationship. The data analysis technique used in this quantitative analysis is parametric statistics in which there are simple correlation techniques and simple linear regression. The objectives and targets of this study are to determine the correlation and effect between the work environment and safety risk management, and the relationship between the two can be explained through the regression equation. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the two variables. Obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.876 which indicates a very strong level of relationship between work environment variables and safety risk management. The work environment contributes 76.7% to safety risk management. The effect of the work environment on safety risk management is obtained by the regression equation Y = 1.389 + 0.487X.
