Abstract

Abstrak : Pandemi Covid-19 dengan cepat menyebar ke seluruh dunia dan menyebabkan gangguan berskala besar di segala aspek kehidupan sehari – hari. Pandemi berpotensi mempengaruhi mahasiswa secara fisik, akademis, finansial, dan psikologis. Besarnya tekanan psikologis yang dialami mahasiswa sangat beragam dan mengundang keprihatinan kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan psikologis yang paling dominan dialami mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Studi ini diperoleh dari 3 database yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct. Kata kunci yang digunakan menggunakan bahasa indonesia yaitu dampak psikologis, covid-19, mahasiswa dan bahasa inggris yaitu Psychological Impact, Covid-19, Students. Didapatkan 4.967 artikel kemudian disaring menggunakan PICOST, guidline prisma, dan critical appraisal. Berdasarkan 10 jurnal yang dianalisis terdapat masalah psikologis yang dialami oleh mahasiswa yaitu depresi, stres, cemas, bunuh diri, dan kebosanan. Beberapa penelitian dengan instrument pengukuran DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales) mahasiswa mengalami depresi (14,34%), kecemasan (10,63%), dan stres (9,86%). Masalah psikologis yang paling dominan dialami oleh mahasiswa adalah depresi dengan prevalensi tertinggi yaitu 14,34%. Kata Kunci : Dampak Psikologis, Covid-19, Mahasiswa. Abstract : The Covid-19 pandemic is rapidly spreading around the world and causing large-scale disruption in all aspects of daily life. The pandemic has the potential to affect students physically, academically, financially, and psychologically. The amount of psychological pressure experienced by students is very diverse and invites students mental health concerns. The purpose of this literature review is to identify the most dominant psychological problems experienced by students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was obtained from 3 databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. The keyword used in Indonesian are psychological impact, covid-19, students and English psychological impact, covid-19, students. Obtained 4.967 articles and then filtered using PICOST, guidline prism, and critical appraisal. Based on 10 journals analyzed there are psychological problems experienced by studentsh, namely the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales) measurement instrument showed that students experienced depression (14.34%), anxiety (10.63%), and stress (9.86%). The most dominant psychological problem experienced by students is depression with the highest prevalence of 14.34%. Keywords : Psychological Impact, Covid-19, Students.
