Education, training and motivation greatly affect the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of the Fire and Rescue Service Sub-dept. of Sector 2, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The research population was 80 people and the research sample, that is, all the population was used as the research sample (census). The analysis method uses correlation, determinant coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) with SPSS software. The results of the study were only education which had no significant effect, while training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Service Sub-dept. Linear Regression Analysis Y = 0.617 + 0.150 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.158 X3 and the determinant coefficient is 80.1%.

The company's performance can be seen from the profitability and sustainability in maintaining its business, especially retail companies. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of factors that affect the performance of retail companies, such as DER, NPM and TATO. The population of this research is 25 companies and the research sample is 8 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The research method uses Normality Test, t test, Anova test, Coefficient of Determinants, Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software version 22. The results of the research Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), while the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect. However, simultaneously the three independent variables (DER, NPM and TATO) have a significant effect on Return on Assets with the equation Y = -0.015 - 0.001X1 + 1.549X2 + 0.011X3.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture (X1) and direct financial compensation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). This research is a quantitative approach by performing parametric statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 207 employees and a sample of 52 respondents using the Nonprobability Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistics of Package for the Social Sciences) version 22 for window. The results showed that partially variable X1 and Variable X2 had significant effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, simultaneously, organizational culture and financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the determinant coefficient was 69.6%.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Macro Variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the period 2010 to 2021. The macro variables used in this study were Inflation, Economic Growth, Gold Price, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate). The research sample year are 12 years, starting from 2010 to 2021. Research analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS Version 26 software. The conclusion of the study are that Economic Growth, Gold Price, Dollar Exchange Rate has a significant effect on the JCI, while the Inflation and SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate) has not significant effect on the JCI.

Companies are required to be able to generate profits for shareholders, including SOEs that must be able to provide dividends to the Government as shareholders. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the project undertaken with the company's. performance in terms of financial performance, from Financial Ratio Analysis. The population of this study is 9 (nine) state-owned construction companies and the research sample is 4 (four) state-owned construction companies. Research analysis using Financial Ratio Analysis is seen from Liquidity Ratios (CR, QR, CR), Solvency Ratios (ROA, ROE, GPM, OPM, NPM) and Profitability Ratios (DEA, DEA, LTDtER and OItLR). The conclusion of this study, seen from the total score the best (first order) is PT. Housing Development, the second place is PT. Wijaya Karya, third place is PT. Waskita Karya, the last order is PT. Adi Karya.

Socialization of the role of Higher Education (Edu Fair), especially STIE Dharma Bumiputera, Jakarta to employees of the Bumiputera Group (AJB Bumiputera 192, PT. Bumida, PT. Bumi Wiyata), approximately 30 participants (Employees), so that they are interested and interested in continuing to Level higher education (Master in Management/MM). After participating in the Edu Fair, employees are expected to continue on to a higher level of education, without leaving their job (still working). The benefit for the company is that the company has employees who are professional, creative, critical, have broad insight and experience, have good knowledge. The Company can accelerate the achievement of the Vision, Mission of the company that has been set by the Founder and Top Management, so that the welfare of the Employees increases, in the end Loyal Employees and the Company remain Survive and can win in business competition.

Motorcycles are a means of transportation that are in demand by the people of Indonesia and the price is affordable so that the number continues to increase from year to year. This study aims to see what factors influence the decision to purchase a motorcycle, especially Yamaha. The research method uses Validity, Reliability, Normality Test, t Test, F Test (Anova), Regression Correlation and Multiple Linear Analysis. The total population is 1,801 people and the sample taken is 100 respondents who have made a purchase. Processing of research data using SPSS version 23 software. The results of the study are (a). The research aims to test whether there is a real difference between the investment performance of bitcoin and other investment instruments, namely shares. This research is quantitative research. The unit of analysis in this research is the monthly closing price of bitcoin and LQ45 shares for the period January 2018 to April 2021, namely 80 pieces of data. The analytical method used is the comparative method and the data used is secondary data. The results of this research show that there is no real difference between bitcoin and LQ45 shares when viewed from returns, there is a real difference between bitcoin and LQ45 shares when viewed from risk, there is a real difference between bitcoin and LQ45 shares when viewed from Sharpe performance measures. When making an investment, pay close attention to the returns and risks of both bitcoin and shares, don't be tempted by the potential profits without knowing the various risks that could occur and spreading assets across several investment instruments is one of the things recommended by this research.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan tolok ukur keberhasilan suatu negara, baik di Indonesia maupun di negara-negara lainnya di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel apa yang memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode analisis regresi penelitian ini adalah linier berganda, Uji Normalitas, uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinan dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 26. Jumlah tahun yang dijadijakn sampel sebanyak 15 tahun, mulai tahun 2008 sampai 2022. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa IHSG, JII dan Harga emas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Inflasi tidak signifikan. Secara simultan semua variabel makro tidak berpengaruh signifikan tehadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dari tahun 2008 sampai 2022.

Theoretically, the relationship between insurance and economic growth can be a causal relationship, economic growth supports insurance growth or insurance growth supports economic growth. The aim of this research is to look at the prospects for insurance growth which are linked to macroeconomic indicators, such as: growth in the number of insurance companies, investment funds, gross premium receipts, economic growth and gross domestic product.The research method used is descriptive analysis which discusses insurance growth over the 10 (ten) years from 2013 to 2022. The research results show that, this can be seen from the average growth over the 10 (ten) years from 2013 to 2022, including; insurance company growth was 0.83%, investment fund growth was 11.48%, gross premium receipts growth was 12.80%, and average economic growth in Indonesia was 4.87% and gross domestic product growth was 8.41%.
