Abstract

The emergence of residual materials during the building construction process cannot be avoided by the construction operator, especially the impact that directly or indirectly results in wasting construction material costs. However, this can be minimized by applying an ideal waste material management concept from the planning, procurement to implementation stages. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of potential impact of the application of the concept of waste management of building construction materials in an effort to reduce the impact of inefficiency in project material costs, where in this study is viewed from the point of view of the parties involved in the project carried out by the State Owned Contractor (SOE). The method used in this research is done by distributing questionnaires to the building construction organizers which are being handled by the SOE contractors, where the respondents consist of experienced and responsible parties in project activities. So the conclusion from the results of this study shows that the concept of the model provides an impact test value that is quite ideal and has the potential to be applied by construction operators, both contractors, planning consultants and material suppliers in an effort to reduce the impact of cost inefficiency due to the emergence of residual building construction materials in Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

In the execution cycle of a construction project often found a divergence varians especially withrespect to time and costs, which in detecting the occurrence of a deviation of the project is oftencarried out an evaluation of the performance of the results that have been achieved both on timeand cost. One method that is most frequently used in evaluating the performance of the cost andtime that the methods Earned Value Management (EVM), but in the study of analysis methods EVMcan be concluded that the assumptions used only linear and static the estimation of the time andcost of the project from performance has been generated just shows the estimated value of which isrigid and not dynamic, where as if the result of the estimated project cost and time performanceshows one possible course. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article which is to carry out adevelopment model of performance measurement time and cost of the project by analyzing acombination of uncertainty dymanic against time and cost of the project, which will be used incombination by entering the numbers uncertainties optimistic, enable / ideal and pessimism aboutthe estimated time performance and future costs at the time of the evaluation process is done(Freeze time). From the study results of the analysis conducted can be formulated basic equation inthe form of indicators that can be formulated to predict total project time and cost of the threeconditions, namely optimistic pessimist and ideal and analysis to the level of probability methodsnormal distribution to predict time and totalcost of completing a project construction

Abstract

Analysis of public transport tariffs is one of the supporting factors for public transportation for the general Makassar community. Especially people who use transportation transportation services on the Central Market route - Minasa Upa or vice versa. The purpose of this research is to obtain a detailed description of the analysis of the costs of the Central Market public transport route - Minasa Upa in Makassar City and analyze public transport fares on Central Market routes - Minasa Upa and from Minasa Upa - Central Market. The data collection method used in this study was conducted by conducting interviews and questionnaire distribution to the public transportation management (Angkot) routes of the Central Market-Minasa Upa. The calculation results of Central Market transport rates - Minasa Upa which consists of two types of vehicles, namely, Suzuki Carry 1500 cc produces a basic tariff for public transportation of Rp. 4000, - / Route and Student Transportation Tariff of Rp. 2600, - / Route, while for the type of Daihatsu Grand Max 1500 cc, the basic tariff for public transportation is Rp. 5000, - / Route and student transportation tariff of Rp. 3400, - / Route

Abstract

The implementation of building construction projects cannot be separated from the problem of wasting costs, which is one of the contributing factors due to the emergence of residual materials during the construction process. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the ideal indicators in the application of construction material waste management in an effort to reduce the impact of cost inefficiency due to the of waste material so far, which in this study is viewed from the point of view of the parties involved in the building project. The results obtained from this study are that the ideal factor for implementing the ideal construction material waste management. Where at the planning/design stage, the most priority variable category is the Selection of Low Waste Materials, then at the procurement stage, namely the Estimation and Ordering of Material Volume and at the construction stage, namely the category Management Commitment category variables. The direction of research development is in the form of developing the concept of an ideal building construction material waste management model that can be applied by the construction operator, in this case addressed to the contractor, planning consultant and material supplier in an effort to reduce the impact of inefficiency in material costs during the construction process in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the planning concept for the housing project, PT Baruga Asri, the Blaithai area, still uses a modular septic tank and is still conventional. Meanwhile, there are alternative choices for the type of Septic tank as a fecal treatment facility which are widely available in the market. The research method uses primary data, with sources of RAB, and Makassar City Work Unit Price Analysis. As well as secondary research methods with sources, from relevant books, and important data about the project such as price lists and wages. It can be concluded that among all Balithai Land housing developments by following the RAB reference for Bukit Baruga Asrinusa housing in the Balithai Land area and AHSP (Work Unit Price Analysis) Makassar city, sanitation work items are one of the work items that can be broken down in terms of the costs involved. also eat up a large budget, even though there are actual work items that cost more. And there was a difference in sanitation work items between the main design and alternative designs of Rp. 148,718.00 and there was 1 alternative design that was raised to replace the existing design currently used, namely by replacing the use of Septic Tank buis concrete Ø80 (4 stacks 2.0 m high) + Cover + Infiltration + 2.5" ventilation pipe with a septic tank with bio capacity of 3-5 0 people. Thus saving the cost of the Bukit Baruga Asrinusa housing development project in the Balithai Land area phase 2. From Rp. 7,025,788.31 to Rp. 6,877,070 ,15.

Abstract

Work motivation for workers in a project can be considered simple and can also be a complex problem, because basically humans are easy to motivate by giving what they want. Furthermore, motivation is a process as the first step for someone to take action due to physical and psychological deficiencies or in other words, it is an encouragement shown to fulfill certain goals. If this condition does not occur, it will reduce worker work motivation and will result in decreased worker performance. This research aims to determine the level of needs that influence the motivation of construction foremen and analyze the motivational factors that influence the motivation of construction foremen. The method used by researchers was by distributing questionnaires to 15 foremen who were used as respondents for construction project research in Pangkep, as well as conducting interviews with three or four project foremen. Based on the research results, it was found that 5 factors have the most influence on the motivation of construction project foremen in Pangkep Regency in general, namely: Of the 23 motivation factors, there are 5 factors that have the most influence on the motivation of construction project foremen in general, namely: (1) adequate wages/salaries , (2) good workplace facilities, (3) payment received on time, (4) Good relationships with fellow workers, (5) good work direction program.
