Abstract

This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the physical education learning process, especially in the learning of floor gymnastics for wheeling activities, where many of the students did not dare to do wheeling activities. This research method is a research with a qualitative approach with a case study method to be able to understand the factors that influence the courage of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar Raudhah in wheeling activities in physical education learning. The results of the research on factors that affect the courage of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar Raudhah students in wheeling activities in physical education learning are dependent on the way the teacher delivers the material, the methods used in teaching and learning activities, facilities and infrastructure, direct practice and encouragement from students and encouragement from outside.

Abstract

Digital marketing merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan internet dan teknologi tradisional, yang membantu memudahkan dalam mencari informasi sedangkan keputusan nasabah yaitu nasabah membentuk niat untuk membeli produk yang disukai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah digital marketing berpengaruh tehadap keputusan nasabah memilih produk Arrum Haji di PT Pegadaian Cabang Pasar Banjaran dan seberapa besar pengaruh digital marketing terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih produk arrum haji di Pegadaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau sering disebut juga sensus dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel karena relatif kecil jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 40 responden. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah Arrum Haji. Uji instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Metode analisis data dengan analisis regresi sederhana, uji koefisien Determinan (R2), uji normalitas dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih produk Arrum Haji, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 5,603 > 1,687. Dan digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 31,397 > 3,25 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05.
