Abstract

Salah satu faktor majunya suatu negara dapat dilihat dari banyaknya wirausahawan di negara tersebut, Semakin banyak jumlah visioner bisnis, semakin besar pula harapan bahwa individu dapat menduduki posisi yang ditunjukkan dengan penguasaannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan harapan hidup individu suatu negara, karena akan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan akan mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Otoritas publik telah berusaha untuk melakukan satu upaya dengan memasukkan bisnis sebagai mata pelajaran/mata pelajaran baik di sekolah maupun di pendidikan lanjutan untuk membangun jiwa wirausaha. Kemajuan dalam mengambil mata pelajaran dan selanjutnya dipandang setara dengan jurusan yang berbeda. Sosialisasi pemajuan jiwa wirausaha melalui pemberian data, misalnya business plan, bisnis para eksekutif dan upeti dari hasil para pebisnis muda dianggap penting untuk menambah inspirasi, sehingga dapat menambah informasi yang ada sambil berkonsentrasi pada mata pelajaran bisnis dan lain-lain. mata kuliah terkait dan selanjutnya mengikuti praktikum sehingga dapat diterapkan dengan baik. sampai beberapa waktu lain. Pemajuan jiwa kepeloporan seharusnya menumbuhkan jiwa usaha dan lebih mengembangkan perekonomian sehingga dapat membuka lowongan pekerjaan mulai dari sekarang.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of market orientation and innovation on the marketing performance of culinary MMTC UMKM in Medan City. The problem formulation is to identify the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The population used for this study were culinary MSMEs in the MMTC of Medan City. The data collection method uses interviews with several MMTC MSME actors in Medan City. The results of this study indicate that (1) market orientation has a significant influence on the marketing performance of culinary SMEs. (2) Innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance in culinary SMEs. This research has limitations in the number of variables, it is hoped that future research can pay attention to other factors so that it can increase the accuracy of research results in the context of improving marketing performance. The researcher suggests that MSME actors pay attention to other factors that can affect marketing performance.

Abstract

Personal accident insurance is protection against all risks suffered by a person resulting in death and accident to someone. One of the principles that is firmly held in insurance is the principle of utmost good faith. This principle means that a person is obliged to provide honest information about what is insured to the insurer and vice versa the insurer must also provide honest information to the insured. This study aims to determine the application of the principle of utmost good faith in the personal accident insurance agreement at PT. Asuransi Askrida Syariah Medan Branch. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by means of interviews and theoretical studies taken from scientific works, books, journals, and other reference materials. The results of this study show that in entering into an agreement, the principle of good faith (Utmost Good Faith) is the basic principle that must be fulfilled by the parties, where the parties must uphold honesty in providing important matters related to the insurance agreement.
