Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh jenis coronavirus. Pandemi covid-19 telah berdampak di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Indonesia menggunakan kebijakan sosial distancing. Akibat adanya kebijakan ini dapat mempengaruhi semua segi kehidupan tidak terkecuali sektor ekonomi di Indonesia. Perekonomian merupakan kebutuhan masyarakat yang sangat pokok untuk keberlangsungan hidupnya. Semua sektor perekonomian dari berbagai bidang merasakan keresahan akibat pandemi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan system inferensi dengan metode mamdani yang sering dikenal dengan metode MIN-MAX. Untuk mendapatkan hasil dari metode ini diperlukan 4 tahapan yakni; 1) Pembentukan himpunan fuzzy; 2) Aplikasi fungsi implikasi; 3) Komposisi aturan ; 4) Defuzzifikasi. Hasil dari perhitangan fuzzy dengan metode mamdani menunjukkan keterhubungan antara kondisi finansial akibat covid-19 dengan dampak perekonomian terhadap masyarakat di daerah red-zone. Kata Kunci : Dampak Ekonomi, Logika Fuzzy, Metode Mamdani.  COVID-19 is an infectious disease which it is caused by a type of coronavirus. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact all over the world, including Indonesia. Indonesia implemented a social distancing policy. As a result of this policy, it influences all aspects of life, including the economic sector in Indonesia. The economy is a main necessary of society for its survival. All sectors of the economy from various fields are feeling uneasy due to this pandemic. This study uses an inference system approach with the mamdani method which is often known as the MIN-MAX method. To get the output of this method required 4 stages; there are 1) Formation of fuzzy sets; 2) Application of implication function; 3) The composition of the rules; 4) Defuzzification. The results of fuzzy calculations with Mamdani method show that there is a relationship between financial conditions due to COVID-19 and the economic impact towards people in red-zone areas.
