Abstract

Employee performance is the extent to which the employee can carry out the task well in the sense that the implementation is in accordance with the plan, so that satisfactory results are obtained for achieving good employee performance. So employees are required to have quality human resources who are able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the tasks assigned. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees in Lombonga Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. The informants in this study were the office staff of Lombonga Village. the informants are the Village Head, Village Secretary, Employees, Community. The results showed that to determine the performance and sincerity of employees in carrying out their duties and functions at the Lombonga Village office, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. The author chooses the theory that is considered more suitable to be applied to government organizations, in this case Lombonga Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency, is Kumorotomo's theory in Agus Dwiyanto, (2008:52) namely: Efficiency, Effectiveness, Justice, Responsiveness. So it can be concluded that the performance of employees is quite good in its implementation. The influencing factors are the ability of human resources and the state of facilities and infrastructure which are important aspects for the creation of quality work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Inspektorat Daerah Parigi Moutong. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Data yang terkumpul disaring dan dipilih berdasarkan kebutuhan data kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 3 indikator, yaitu Kerjasama, Prakarsa dan Kepemimpinan. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Parigi Moutong apabila diukur menggunakan tiga indikator hasilnya baik namun belum maksimal yakni prakarsa sebagian pegawai belum sepenuhnya memiliki inisiatif dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya akan tetapi kerjasama yang dimiliki pegawai terlaksana dengan baik dan kepemimpinan pegawai dapat dijadikan contoh karena setiap pegawai telah memiliki kemampuan untuk meyakinkan orang lain, sehingga dapat dikerahkan secara maksimal untuk melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya

Abstract

Abstract

This research concerning the quality of administrative services of E-KTP in sub-district Palu Barat. The informant in this research chosen by using purposive sampling. And used primary and secondary data that obtained from the result of interview and investigation. The data analysis that used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Based on the result of the research by using 3 (three) indicator of the quality of administrative services E-KTP in Palu Barat sub-district Palu, so the dimention/aspect of administrative services related to public service assessment which includes; reliability, responsibility, and warranty. Related to reliability and responsibility are goes well while warranty is not going well.

Abstract

The aim of this research to know the quality of sales service of CV. Akai jaya Sentral Yamaha Palu. The informant of this research consists of chief of store and consumer of CV. Akai jaya Sentral yamaha Palu. The data of this research consists of primary and secondary data which is obtain from the result of interview of consumer. The data analysis of this research is qualitative.The result of this research show that the quality that seen from physical evidence of CV. Akai Jaya Sentral Yamaha Palu is good enough but need to expand the parking area. The quality of services that seen from reliability in CV. Akai Jaya Sentral Yamaha Palu is good. The quality of services that seen from guarantee of CV. Akai Jaya Sentral Yamaha Palu is not good yet. And the last, the quality of services that seen from empathy of CV. Akai Jaya Sentral Yamaha Palu is already good.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Development Planning Analysis of Bolapapu Village, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The informants in this research were Bolapapu Village officials, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency and village residents. Besides that. This research data consists of primary data and secondary data obtained directly through field research (interviews). Data was analyzed using the results of interviews with officials at the Bolapapu Village office and the community. The results of the research show that the development planning for Bolapapu Village is quite good, which is demonstrated by the commitment and seriousness of the authorities in carrying out their duties and functions in administering the Bolapapu Village government, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The theory used by the author is the theory of Taliziduhu Ndraha (2003: 56), namely: The amount of costs, facilities and infrastructure for human resources is clear, the implementation time is clear, when it starts and when it ends, Development is carried out in accordance with community needs. which the author considers more suitable to be applied to village government organizations, in this case the Bolapapu Village office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. through observation and direct interviews with five informants from the three dimensions/aspects of development planning assessment. The author concludes that the quality of apparatus development planning at the Bolapapu Village Office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency, as measured by the three indicators/dimensions, is considered to have fairly good development planning, namely the indicators of total costs, facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources, while in terms of indicators/ The implementation time dimension is clear and development is carried out in accordance with community needs, the results of which still need to be improved

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai adalah merupakan sejauh mana pegawai tersebut dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan baik dalam arti kata pelaksanaan tersebut sesuai dengan rencana, sehingga diperoleh hasil yang memuaskan untuk tercapainya kinerja pegawai dengan baik. Maka pegawai dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yang mampu melaksanakan tugas sebagai aparatur pemerintah sesuai dengan tugas yang dibebankan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Kinerja Pegawai Pada Desa Lombonga Kecamatan Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat kantor Desa Lombonga. maka informan yaitu Kepala Desa, Sekertaris Desa, Pegawai, Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Untuk mengetahui Kinerja dan kesungguhan pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya dikantor Desa Lombonga Kecamatan Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala. Penulis memilih Teori yang dianggap lebih cocok diterapkan pada organisasi pemerintahan dalam hal ini Desa Lombonga Kecamatan Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala, adalah teori Kumorotomo dalam Agus Dwiyanto, (2008:52) yakni: Efisiensi, Efektivitas, Keadilan, Daya Tanggap. Maka dapat disimpulkan kinerja pegawai sudah cukup baik dalam pelaksanaannya, Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu kemampuan sumber daya manusia dan keadaan sarana dan prasarana yang menjadi aspek penting demi terciptanya kualitas kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of the state civil apparatus in Matikulore sub-district, Palu city. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach.Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted regarding the performance of apparatus at the Mantikulore District Office, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, it can be concluded that the quality of apparatus performance at the Mantikulore District Office, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, can be seen from several indicators, namely: productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsiveness, and accountability. This can be seen from the informant's answers and the researcher's observations that the aspects of service quality, responsiveness and responsiveness are still not implemented optimally in Mantikulore sub-district and in service and work time discipline must be improved further, also in administrative programs are not yet fully appropriate and performance the apparatus has not achieved maximum results. And for productivity and responsibility, it can be considered to be going quite well. The factors that influence the performance of Village Apparatus in the Mantikulore District Office, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province that the author observed during conducting research are Human Resources and infrastructure in the office.
