Abstract

Leadership, motivation, work discipline are very important factors in efforts to develop human resources in improving lecturer performance. This study is to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on lecturer performance. This quantitative research is using multiple linear analysis. The sample of this study were 57 lecturers of Swadharma Polytechnic. The results of calculations with multiple liner analysis show that (1) the t test: the leadership variable test (1.876), the motivation variable (1.294), and the work discipline variable (3.605) have a t value greater than 0.05, namely 1.98. This means that these variables have a positive effect on lecturer performance. (2) f test: 8,382 with a significance level of 0,000. This significance value is still below the specified significance value of 0.05 and is positive, so it can be concluded that leadership, motivation and work discipline together have a significant influence on lecturer performance. (3) R2 test: equal to 0.283, the coefficient value is between 0 and 1. This shows that the ability of the leadership, motivation and work discipline variables to explain their effect on the performance variable is 2.83% while the remaining 7.17% is the influence of the independent variables. others who were not examined in this study

Abstract

In the current era of technology, many things have been made easier with technology. Digital developments in Indonesia are also inseparable from the role of the community currently in social media which has an impact on people's dependence on the internet. The internet has become a connecting tool between us and the digital world. With the internet, all digital things can be mastered in the palm of your hand. For example, watching TV series and movies can be accessed via Smartphones, office meetings or meetings can also be done through virtual meetings, even in terms of shopping, we have been facilitated by several modern digital markets known as e-commerce where we don't waste time and energy. , we can shop efficiently. PT. Volans is engaged in selling running shoe brands that focus more on its target in digital sales or also known as ECommerce. The problem in this research is to find out how the E-Commerce Sales Administration Governance Procedure is applied at PT. Volans.

Abstract

This study discusses the Procedure for Handling Incoming and Outgoing Letters in the Administration Subdivision at the National Archives Service Center of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the procedures for handling incoming and outgoing mail at the National Archives Service Center of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the procedures for handling incoming mail at the Archives Service Center include receiving letters, recording letters into the incoming mail agenda book, giving disposition, duplicating, distributing to employees who receive the letter under the instructions on the disposition sheet, and archiving. While the procedures for outgoing letters include drafting letters, typing letters, signing, numbering, duplicating, recording letters into the agenda book for outgoing letters, sending letters, and archiving letters.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Prosedur Penanganan Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar pada Subbagian Tata Usaha di Pusat Jasa Kearsipan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur penanganan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Pusat Jasa Kearsipan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa prosedur penanganan surat masuk di Pusat Jasa Kearsipan meliputi penerimaan surat, pencatatan surat ke dalam buku agenda surat masuk, pemberian disposisi, penggandaan, pendistribusian kepada pihak pegawai yang menerima surat tersebut sesuai dengan instruksi yang ada pada lembar disposisi, dan pengarsipan. Sedangkan prosedur surat keluar meliputi pengonsepan surat, pengetikan surat, penandatanganan, penomoran, penggandaan, pencatatan surat ke dalam buku agenda surat keluar, pengiriman surat, dan pengarsipan surat

Abstract

The use of the internet has become part of the lifestyle of modern society, especially for those who are used to smartphone, tablet, computer, and laptop technology. Mass media such as TV, radio, newspapers, and billboards are good to attract local buyers while internet media can attract global consumers from various countries. The use of the internet as a digital medium for promotion and marketing, such as the web and social media, should receive significant attention from MSME business actors. Digital media as a marketing tool for a product or service is an effective marketing strategy because it can reach consumers in a timely, personal, and relevant manner. This activity took the form of outreach for SMEs in the Jombang Region and Pamulang Estate, South Tangerang. The activity was carried out in a panel discussion at the Pamulang University Campus. Through this activity, MSMEs in the Jombang and Pamulang Estate areas that still use manual strategies, product packaging that is still simple, product marketing is still traditional, product marketing still covers a limited area and there is no product promotion will have the insight to take advantage of digital technology while applying this insight so that business can grow better.Penggunaan internet telah menjadi bagian dalam gaya hidup masyarakat modern, terutama bagi mereka yang sudah terbiasa dengan teknologi smartphone, tablet, komputer dan laptop. Media massa seperti tv, radio, surat kabar dan baliho hanya mampu menarik konsumen lokal sedangkan media internet mampu menaik konsumen global dari berbagai negara. Pemanfaatan internet sebagai media digital dalam rangka promosi dan pemasaran seperti web dan media sosial seharusnya mendapatkan perharian penting bagi para pelaku usaha UMKM. Media digital sebagai alat pemasaran suatu produk atau jasa merupakan salah satu strategi marketing yang efektif karena dapat menjangkau konsumen secara tepat waktu, pribadi dan relevan. Kegiatan ini berbentuk sosialisasi yang dilakukan untuk UMKM di wilayah Jombang dan Pamulang Estate Tangerang Selatan. Kegiatan dilakukan secara panel diskusi yang bertempat di Kampus Universitas Pamulang. Melalui kegiatan ini UMKM di wilayah Jombang dan Pamulang Estate yang masih menggunakan strategi manual, kemasan produk yang masih sederhana, pemasaran produk masih tradisional, pemasaran produk masih mencakup wilayah terbatas dan belum adanya promosi produk akan memiliki wawasan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital sekaligus menerapkan wawasan tersebut agar usahanya dapat berkembang lebih baik.
